Wow. What an improvement. Great selection of beers/drinks on offer at a very reasonable price. Staff were excellent. Very friendly and happy. Chef came out and explained a few things which was appreciated. £80 for 6 main meals of very good quality was superb. Long way to travel from Devon but will definitely visit next time we are staying with family. Thanks again and good luck for the future.

Recently started going to the quiz on a Thursday night which always great fun and well run,,, just a pity it's not as well supported as it could be , But the main reason I'll be going back is the great food we tried this week , small menu but absolutely delicious, My wife had the chicken and bacon salad, and I had the jerk chicken which was the best I've ever tasted (fruity+fiery all in the same mouthful) all at fab price of under £30 Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Sat outside in the attractive garden, staff all very pleasant, good polite service. Food was excellent exceeded my expectations. The menu was not huge but varied enough to have a good choice which for me reinforces that the food is home cooked and freshly prepared, The homemade pie and creamy mash was delicious, up there with the best, my partner also has the pie and also loved it, I was secretly hoping that he would of had something else of the menu like the chicken jerk, or curried goat so that I could of sampled a bit of his plate. Love to go back.

Having popped into another pub close by who advertised they served food until 9pm to be told they’d shut the kitchen, we drove down the road & came across The Three Horseshoes. When I popped in to ask if food was still being served we were happily told they would cook some food for us & even allowed our dog to join us! We ordered quickly & when my food came out I had a dressed salad with pesto which I’m unable to have, that was not a problem & the salad was changed straight away to a plain salad & a bottle of Italian dressing bought out instead! Thank you for accommodating us 😊

Called in for a couple of beers after a long walk. The best couple of pints of "Butty Bach" we have had all holiday. Pleasant pub staff and dog friendly too. Great music! Basic yes, but note local pubs need to stay, so please cut them some slack. When they are gone, they are gone! You will be left looking at two 4 bedroom homes that are not making a contribution to the local economy or lifestyle!

Overall, disappointingly poor. We returned for food today after previously coming in for drinks (outside at the weekend) after we saw it had re opened with new management but overall not very impressed at all. On the positive side: + nice friendly staff, chap behind the bar was very welcoming. + the beer gardens really nice On the negative side: - As the other person before me mentioned it’s a bit sparse inside and lacks atmosphere - food menu is tiny and very basic - food it’s self it’s “ok ish” but that’s it! It’s like canteen food really. - tacky diner style condiment sachets provided with meals - Mis matching cutlery - Miss matching plates - Tiny uncomfortable chairs All in all it’s missed a trick, just lacked care and attention in all areas (out side of barmans attentiveness) and it shows, if only they spend as much care and attention to the inside, the food and their service as they did in painting the outside (which does look great). Unfortunately being as poor as it is it won’t last long as it is, I hope you improve soon 3 horseshoe's you have potential please do live up to it.

Went for an early supper. It was stated that new management had taken over in the last 4 weeks. Beer was good but no lemonade for a shandy until the remade dispensing was sorted. No gammon was avaible from the limited menu. Fish chips and mushy peas peas were not but crushed frozen peas. The steak and ale with veg was pie with peas. The front of house staff were trying hard and friendly. The kitchen and supply management needs to be sorted out. To make this pub worth visiting.

It's evident this is a struggling pub, the place looked deserted the decor is nothing like in the pictures the furniture falling apart and dated, fell like walking Into a saloon from the wild west, food wasnt impressive at all the beef had a green iridescent tint like pre packaged meat and nothing tasted fresh, I didn't have the heart to speak up I felt humbled my money was going to a pub in need, unfortunately given the times we live in now alot of these country pubs are cutting corners and slowly dying, this pub felt like no exception.

We are truly shocked at the complete disregard, attidude, incompetence and foul language used by this ridiculous excuse for a Landlord! Not only was he bad mouthing his only front of house member of staff to us, and may i say she was incredibly wonderful and chatty and initially made our visit related pleasant! Thus was My Wife, Daughter and Father in law ! I called before hand to check kitchen was open and food was being served ! Indeed it was until 14:30 . We arrived at 14:00 to be told the kitchen was now closed ?! Naturally we stated we had just called to confirm, and reluctantly he said oh well i will have to than ! We felt like e shouldn't have been there .. Another family were also awaiting to order and very rude and abrupt he shouted to them that he wasn't dong any more food ! So they left upset and confused ! Once our food was delivered, yes it was just standard kitchen food knocked together as quickly as possible but it tasted ok i guess . We had 2 drinks each and stayed to chat a little longer prior to departing! I paid by card and noticed that i had been way over charged and requested a receipt! I went through my bill and noticed there were multiple extra drinks on our bill ??? I went back into the pub and asked the landlord if he could help me understand the bill as we hadn't had so many drinks and that he has made an error on our bill ! Well to say i was mortified of his disgusting response is an understatement, " You clearly have made the f***ing mistake not me" Shocked and taken back i said we haven’t had so many drinks in such a short period of time... not to mention we were riding on our motorbikes . He said well how much f***ing money do you want than ? We said just the difference from our bill, " he than aggressively opened the til drawer grabbed a note and threw it in my face telling me. " there you go now fu** off out of here" " go on fu** off out " We departed rapidly and rode home upset and bewildered at such an unprofessionally il mannered poorly trained Landlord of what used to be a wondefull pub. Never will we return to this absolute shambles I feel terrible for the staff member having to work under such awful conditions, she looked terrified!

We waited for at least 5 - 10 mins at the front of the Pub, where it advised, but in the end we approached the staff ourselves and asked to be seated, as it was clear it was never going to happen otherwise. The food was expensive for what it was; my gf had a similar meal to my Son's which cost almost double for the sake of one sausage. My baguette arrived whiter than milk and not crunchy, so I'm not sure it was even cooked. Seriously, the best thing about the visit was the lovely picture I took of my Son. I'm hoping this was a once off, because I don't like giving negative reviews, but our visit was BAD.

Visited the other day for a family meal. It seems as though the landlords family are also visiting, and treating the pub a lot like an extended dining room. They were having fun with food fights and teasing people (like me) who wear masks when they're not sat at their table. The food was meh (I had the veggie curry - reports of the fish and chips were more favourable). The wine (Sauvignon Blanc) was lovely. None of the bar staff wore masks (wait a minute... I think the only person wearing a mask was me... Did I miss a COVID update?) But they were very nice and - amazingly - asked the barflies not to swear as we had kids at our table. This almost never happens any more, and I very much appreciated it. It's a lovely looking pub, but, as with many pubs, especially in Malvern, the regular clientele can turn its cosy interior into something tense and uncomfortable. If social distancing and responsible behaviour are your thing maybe don't visit until COVID is a thing of the past.

Me and my family went to The Three Horseshoes for the first time this evening, hoping for a wonderful experience. When we went in, a dog barked in anger which made my Nan feel very uncomfortable as she is scared of dogs. Obviously it’s nice that it’s dog friendly here but for those who dislike dogs, it’s not so nice. The waitress told us to take a seat and we were expecting to kindly be given a menu. 10-15 minutes later, we didn’t receive a menu or even be asked our drink order, even though it was quiet and we were literally the only ones there! Instead we were sat at our table listening to drunk men shouting and causing a horrible atmosphere…so we left as it was uncomfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to go to have a lovely meal with your family, I do not recommend going here!

An amazing Sunday lunch at this lovely local pub. Visited with friends and 3 of us chose the roast beef. It is the best beef I've eaten. My friend, who is a vegetarian, had the Sunday roast but substituted the meat for cauliflower cheese...which she loved. I would highly recommend this lovely place for a warm and friendly Sunday lunch.

We always eat at the Grovewood when we stay at the spa as, besides being so convenient, it is such a lovely experience. We have been several times over the last few years, but this was a particularly nice meal. We also had breakfast here the next morning. I apologise that I can't remember the staff's names but they were all really lovely, one was very funny, and they really made our stay.

After having a lovely roast at the kings head we sat in their garden having a drink. Really unprofessionally the manager came over from the star inn and asked us to join them because ‘the drinks are cheaper’ Maybe but the live music is awful and your pub is empty - we now know why. So rude. Really unprofessional and an awful attitude to have towards another local business Absolutely no business coming from our large group who would have happily spent money behind the bar.
