Had afternoon tea for mums 70th. It’s a lovely place, very tranquil, staff are very attentive and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a lovely time. The afternoon tea was perfect!! Thank you xx

The food was an exceptional standard and so was the service. We stayed two nights at the adjoining hotel, and had plans to eat out on both evenings. On the first night we were tempted by the restaurant menu, so decided to to eat "in house" instead of going out. We ended up being so impressed with the quality of our food on the first evening, that we ate there the second evening as well. Both meals were outstanding, with surprisingly decent portion sizes given the quality of food. The price was also surprisingly good. Over the two evenings, we had starters, salad, mains, and desserts. We couldn't fault any of it.

When you can not tell which cup is tea and which is coffee it tells you so much. The breakfast is really disappointing - they should do better !!!

Wanted to charge me £5 for a portion of CHIPS £3.50 because I only had a card to pay. I run a business with card services and know that's an absolute RIP OFF!!! The card charges are pittance and the profit on them chips is huges We were a group of around 50 in Upton for the Folk Festival and most went to this chippy but that £1.50 will cost you dearly in the future. I'll make sure everyone knows your RIP OFF merchants

3 High Street, Upton Upon SevernAvoid this pub and the brewery that owns it. They ripped me off, HMRC have been informed about the way they operate and pay staff cash to avoid paying tax and national insurance. Tye kitchen is in a terrible state not fit to serve food. The police are watching the pub due to drink drivers constantly drinking in the pub and the. Driving home. I urge people to proceed with caution

69 Main RoadWe use this as a base to travel to the Malvern Show. New staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, light and airy with a comfortable bed. We slept well as the room is at the back of the property. The bar was quiet but it was mid week. The evening meals we had were excellent both in taste and value. We dropped in on our way back from the Show to eat here as it was so good the previous night, we were not disappointed.
