Delicious food, would order again and recommend to others

ordered at HALF SIX , told it was a half an hour wait and STILL NO FOODDD!!! its 8pm currently and still not arrived. i want my scran 😡

Ordered about hour and half ago still not got my food after they said half an hour wait they haven’t answered any of my calls after ive called 12 times

ordered food at 9pm, arrived at 11pm. pizza was lukewarm and wouldn't answer the phone when i called to see where my food was. wedges were great though

You need to put some love and care into these pizzas guys. Cheese mix was off and Italian spirit was missing.

Excellent pizzas - had a big order for 15 large pizzas on a Saturday and they were really helpful when I placed the order. The communication was excellent and staff were all incredibly friendly! Great selection of pizzas to choose from and really delicious too! Will definitely ordering again soon - thank you!

I havent been to pizza fiesta for years but it would seem to still be churning out great food and the new additions to the menu are a welcome change i especially like the mixed doner in a naan bread.

Delicious pizza, great value and service on each of the 4 or 5 occasions I have ordered from them (collection only). Highly recommended.

This was not my first choice to order from as from my 2 previous orders i know that they are overpriced for the quality, but as my usual pizza takeaway was closed and i have limited options in my area, I thought I'd give them another chance. I was given an approximate delivery time of 45 minutes, after an hour and a half I had a child and lady on crutches knocking at my door... my order had been delivered to a neighbour 11 doors down and they had to ring up pizza fiesta to find out who it was for, at 10:30pm. I opened my order to find that the dips were missing (1 was supposed to come with the chips and 1 I paid for). I also ordered peri peri chips but I recieved cold soggy plain chips instead. I have learnt my lesson and I won't be ordering again.

Had a fantastic first pizza this evening. A 15'' half and half Rustica and Pepperoni. Great value for money and thoroughly enjoyed. Freshly cooked and fabulous give them a try their variety is exceptional.

Great pizzas but ordered online and took over 75 minutes to arrive. Very very slow!!!!

After ordering online I waited 70 minutes before phoning to enquire how long my order would be, at around 90-100 minutes my order arrived, luke warm! Won't order from again!

I had drove to Malvern to see family which was a long drive from where I live. I was tired from the road so I went to pizza fiesta as I was craving some pizza. I ordered a margarita pizza and some chips to accompany it. The pizza and chips were made fast and tasted amazing! The pizza was flavoursome and my chips dipped in ketchup were appetising. The staff were polite too. I recommend pizza fiesta to anyone that finds them self in Malvern!

Texture was nice, shame about the taste. Ive never eaten plastic however, this must be the closest I've ever come, the cheese was horrible so won't be going back.

Pizza was delivered on time by a very cheery delivery guy and the food was hot and very tasty... would definitely use again

My order was 25 minutes late, then problems with payment and having to speak to the manager. when we got the food in, very hungry, was disappointed to find the garlic bread was so overbearing the garlic was burning my tounge and didn't even look or taste like garlic bread. Also the wedges were very soggy and we could not eat both of these items we ordered

I have ordered take away from Pizza Fiesta. Such a wonderful team, friendly served with smiles.Have been ask 2 times how I like my pizza cooked. I opted for 18 " pizza Detroit Style. Couldnt believe my eyes this pizza MASSIVE. Will Order again.. Thank you

Ordered first time from this place and I love fast food and ordering food. When we had our first meal from pizza fiesta we had two hot dog stuffed crust pizzas and one peri peri grilled chicken. The food was delivered on time and was really tasty and had generous toppings. We loved the service and strongly recommend.😋😋

Great Food and Excellent service without any shadow of a doubt. Fresh dough prepared daily and finely chopped tomatoes and vegetables. Beautifully slow cooked in a Huge Oven and served to order with various types of Dip choices. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Dry, overcooked chicken burger, cold chips and lukewarm pizza delivered to your door. The bin was the only place for such sad, poor-quality food. Any company can have a bad day but Pizza Fiesta has too many of them. I shan’t be guying from them again. 😔

Simply The Best. All Fresh ingredients & Great Service. Malvern's Finest. We had a combination of Cheese Stuff Crust pizza, Grilled Perri Perri Chicken with traditional italia Pasta with Tomato and basil. The taste was absolutely spot on and the staff were really nice and friendly. Excellent time to serve a fresh meal. We Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Great Stuff.

waited ages for a pizza. it was ok. but waited too long. Sent fiancé round for a burger in a moment of weakness then checked their food hygene cerificate on line. put the food straight in the bin. Update: they have gone from zero stars to their current rating but i couldn't eat there after that.

Not great. Couldn't taste any toppings on the pizza as they had thrown that many jarred Jalapenos on there. Was like eating a giant pickle. Garlic mushrooms were like golf balls. Chips ok.

So, Last time I ordered from Fiesta my gripe was the time to deliver - not this time - the online site said 45 mins - and was here almost to the second - and a fabulous piece of chicken alongside half and half deep pan pizza that was well cooked and had plenty of topping - well done fiesta

They never answer the phone.. Even now the cornara virus is around. People don't wanna come into the shop they want to ring up and order and pay over the phone. Zero contact. Leave the pizz about side the door!! ANSWER THE FRICKIN PHONE.. apart from that it's a good pizza

So I ordered online - and with some anticipation waited for 15 mins to get a response - great news - my order was accepted - wow - then 1 hour later I phoned 4 times to get an update on delivery - no answer to all calls - and still no food -

Slow, staff, love talking and don't look clean

This was the second time I have ordered from Pizza Fiesta. The first was not great but decided to give them a second chance.Ordered online. Email confirmation to say order accepted and due "ASAP". Nicely vague but suggests fast. How wrong was I? I phoned after an hour to be told leaving in the next five minutes. I live ten minutes from the shop (by car) so expected in 15 minutes. It seems that either there is a time dilation as you drive over the Wyche Cutting or they lied. 30 minutes later as I was calling them back the order arrived, minus the chicken wings. I phoned them back, I obviously was not happy and my tone would have conveyed this. Did not expect to be told to F*CK OFF and then hung up.Called back and asked for a refund. Was told, "you already have the food". "Not the chicken wings," said I. Told I would get a refund tomorrow. I haven't held my breath as i don't expect to see that money again.So would I recommend Pizza Fiesta? I would recommend that if you even consider ordering from this total shambles of a shop you immediately place your head between the door and the frame and repeatedly slam the door into your cranium until you lose consciousness. Rude, late, nasty and the food isn't even good enough to justify it. At least Gordon Ramsey makes a decent plate while he swears at you. NO, never order from here.

Second time ordered. Gave them another chance. 90 minutes to get order. Missing part of the order. When phoned got told to "feck off". Avoid at all costs. In fact put dog sh1t through the letterbox.

Rock hard pizza with burnt pizza cheese lay bites!! Would not let my children eat this!!! £24 of rubbish! No would answer phone once delivered!!!! Worst service ever

Ordered a Pizza and for the 3rd time we really enjoyed what was delivered - unfortunately the delivery was at best "ok" - real shame they do not give any sense of when it is going to be delivered - ASAP and 45 mins should not be the same!

Usually late, thought we would try them again and order online early for a couple of hours time but it still ended up 30 mins late. Pizza wrong when it arrived, can't tell which one is gluten free as gluten free is only 12" and the toppings we wanted on the gluten free are on a 15" and deep pan when we ordered thin... :S Waste of time and money, I would go elsewhere... They don't answer the phone either so their is no way to resolve problem. Very annoying.

Awful, ordered two pizzas for at 7pm to come at 8.30pm, came 30 minutes late and completely wrong. One was meant to be 12 inch and gluten free and one normal 12 inch. Instead a 12 inch non gluten free and normal 15 inch arrived with the wrong toppings. We tried to phone, but they never answered the phone after multiple attempts. Will never use them again!

Ordered with JustEat and once again a terrible meal. To begin with it was 25 minutes late and the food was not worth what we had paid. The kebabs were both cold, the lamb one had brown salad on and 4 large slabs of meat that did not appear to be cooked. The burgers were both cold and extremely chewy, the chips were like cardboard, the garlic bread was pure grease and the mozarella sticks were hardly soft. I will never ever recommend this place again and will never order from them again.

For the last 3 weeks I have tried to order a home delivery and each time no one answers the phone except for the 1 time when they said that the card machine wasn’t working.They are an absolute joke ☹️

Truly excellent. I make a pilgrimage to Malvern for this pizza bi-yearly. Family is second.

I had a mixed kabab, massive chunks if dried out burnt Donner and the same with the chicken, the salad was completely soggy and there wasnt much. Chicken wings were also horrible.

Me and my boyfriend visit Pizza Fiesta in Great Malvern whenever we want a pizza and we are never let down!The choice of toppings etc is amazing and the 18” pizza is literally MASSIVE and SO AFFORDABLE at only £12!!! We both agreed we would way rather Pizza Fiesta than Dominos. The pizza is DELICIOUS and not AT ALL greasy. I highly recommend the ‘Henley’ pizza if you like pesto, rocket and lots of cheese! 5* every time!

The best pizzeria in town. I stopped over the weekend during a music festival in town. I popped in with the family for a pizza and a few side orders such as lasagne and BBQ ribs. We enjoyed thoroughly. Great food and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Right pizza,bright price and on time!!

My experience was absolutely terrible!!! My partner in the Philippines wanted to surprise me with a lunch that cost her over £11.00 They accepted her order 12.12 noon and said 45mins.. After waiting and calling more times than I can remember with no answer!! After the 45 mins and also my partner trying to contact them online, pizza fiesta finally responded by rejected her order at 3:47pm!! And told her she had to wait 5 days for a refund!!! £11.00 in her currency is a lot of money!! There are far better places to order your food from and I wouldn't recommend pizza fiesta!!! And I will be speaking to trading standards to see if there is any recourse that can be done as regards to this appalling service!!!

Phone never gets answered, one saturday i called over ten times so drove up there to find one member of staff leant on counter one on their phone and only one working. So frustrating as the food is great. When asked if they heard the phone and why is it so hard to get through the one chap just looked at me and completely ignored the question.

The worst pizza ive ever had..... horrific. The chips were so hard i nearly broke my tooth.

Good food at a good price. Drivers always on time and are always friendly. Deserving of a good tip whenever they deliver.

Poor show rang 4 time in one day and no answer each time i rang no one pick up when they did the 5th time of ringing staff didn't seam untreated in my order and I got cut off so rang back and no answer, so I take it they didnt want my coustom so i will never go there again.

We ordered pizza with side order of BBQ wings which was all freshly prepared. BEST of the BEST. GREATEST PIZZERIA AS ALWAYS. excellent service and great fresh food. we had a family meal with the kids while visiting great Malvern 2 days ago. Absolutely loved the experience & the freshly cooked pizzas and lasagne. The Take away was extremely busy due to the time of the year and the Christmas lights to be turned on in town. We noticed the quality was without a doubt is the best even though we had to wait abit. We had an extra southern fried chicken which was also freshly prepared and most certainly delicious and proper great tasting.Above all The manager and staff were courteous and kind enough to explain that there is a lot of orders on that particular night but they were doing their best to help in every way . Would definitely recommend Pizza Fiesta to anyone.

Last night we ordered a meal deal for delivery. This was ordered around 19:50 online and was not delivered until gone 10 o’clock!

We have been using this place for the last few years and it was always our "go-to" for take-out. However, all the pizzas we've ordered in the last few months have been over-cooked. The first time, we figured it may be just a one-off but it's been consistently happening with every order. The pizza used to be delicious, but now it's just not as nice and we are hesitant to order from here now. It's really disappointing.

Really disappointing used to like this place but the last two times I have ordered the pizza has taken 45mins over what they said...No point calling to ask as it mostly rings out. Also the pizza was not great and the chips and wedges had been placed in a plastic tray when they were too hot and the tray had melted all over them so we couldn't eat them. Such a shame as it used to be really good pizza 🍕

This place used.........USED to be good. Now whoever the hell is running the ship. Well it has quite frankly already sunk! I've ordered a couple pizzas recently and they have all turned up covered in basically coal dust, which i guess is from a DIRTY OVEN!!! Never has that fresh taste and I would never recommend anyone to this place.

Added 20mins to original delivery time, arrived half hour after extra time, just check out photo of lasagne and I need not say more, cold, chewey, lump of cheese and burned to a crisp underneath, would hardly serve it to the dog.

After a busy day I could not be bothered to cook and found this cute little pizza place. Unfortunately the pizza was undercooked and soggy. It was as if the pizza had been frozen and not fully cooked through. Would not recommend to anyone. (Just thought that I should add that I am socially anxious and could not brings myself to ask for a refund or an exchange)

Tried calling the restaurant 3 times over the space of half hour, didn't once answer... ordered online took over an hour to deliver, one of the dips that i paid for was missing but no point calling as no answer! The cheesy garlic bread was just cheesy bread didnt taste like garlic at all & the donor pizza had more cheese & tomato than anything else is was simply vile. Really bad customer service will definitely not be ordering from here again 😠
