It is what you expect at an Wetherspoons pub however the small grip that I had was someone who served before me despite me waiting in the queue longer than they did. Expect in the summer holidays to see kids as young as 5 run around the pub as if it was an adventure playground. They advertised that they were showing live Olympics coverage went downstairs and that room where the big screen was shut.

As soon as we walked in we thought it was very scruffy. However we decided to stay and chose our meal. Went to the bar to order and was told the wait would be at least 45 minutes. We walked out. Very disappointed as we normally have a good experience at Wetherspoons

We went there for a family meal and my mother's Birthday treat after a walk. We ordered meal one after another for the same table and asked the meals to come at the same time as we was a group of five, they said no problem. Two meals came out, we asked where are the other meals are but they didn't arrive until we finished the two meals. The manager didn't care, no apology, not even an offer of ice-cream for the children. He then asked us to leave because we dared to complain. The manager is a total idiot, I feel sorry for the staff.

I needed an uplift and the Foley Arms provided one. Despite being very busy, the staff were very helpful and kind. I was served by Amber, and again Richard the manager was always available and ready to listen to the customers' comments. The value is amazing. Thank you for understanding ordinary people's needs and for making it possible for families to afford to go out on the odd occasion at a time when there are serious financial constraints. The bonus is the spectacular view from the terrace towards the hills.

Ordered chicken nuggets for one granddaughter but got a very dry chicken breast. My meal should have had coleslaw but no. I did say but it was too late to change. Was disappointed as have been before and it was good. Also pizza's and my husband's black pudding were unavailable. Won't rush back

Food was served on a plate that clearly hadn’t been washed as there was rice and bits of food on the plate still along with the food I ordered, food also took an hour to arrive, wouldn’t recommend at all. Avoid.

Ordered small breakfast. No beans, came after request in a cold pot. Bacon so small it wouldn't fit in the palm of your hand, egg looked revolting! Also ordered mushroom eggs benedict, eggs solid, half muffin thin as cardboard, cold. Not a pleasant experience.

Absolutely appalling. Very nice but untrained staff. Nothing on the menu available. Order put through wrongly and paid for triple cheese and bacon burgers, but got burgers. Offered 'cheese' to make up for it! Avoid at all costs

We thought we would try the Foley arms as it looks lovely from the outside. I went to order food they had no pizza, no fish, none of the gourmet burgers it's ridiculous and poor so I ordered chicken in a basket and an American burger and we'll what can I say for burger it was burnt and the onion well I think they were running out of that too as it was only a small part of red onion dumped in middle and got lost in the burnt burger the only good thing was the chips were great and new mocktail was tasty would I go back 100% NO

Friendly staff, quick service, cheap varied menu, decent food. Kids menu varied and healthy! The condiment selection is also excellent!

Stayed here for three nights, had to complain every day about rooms not being replenished and cleaned properly. Food was an issue as they had no eggs or burgers and lack of staff made general clearing of tables non existent. Sorry would not recommend

Put up an overseas friend for a few nights here where he could enjoy the sights and we could eat in the evenings. Meals weren't bad. I had issues getting the Wetherspoon's app to work the first night (seemed okay the later nights) so had to keep heading up to the bar to place orders. Was an issue one night with a fire alarm interrupting the meal, but that got quickly sorted and we were only away from our meals for 5 minutes, not really much time to let them go cold. It sufficed, and is a good fallback but not as good an eatery as other places nearby.

We had a wonderful lunch here, seated on the balcony area. The views are absolutely beautiful, especially on a sunny day. The food was quick to arrive and they had tasty vegetarian options. The toilets were clean and the prices were reasonable. Definitely a great place for variety since it had the usual large Wetherspoon's menu with plenty of options. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quick hearty meal with lovely outdoor seating.

Don't be taken in by the facade of this pub! It looks pretty outside but unfortunately the inside is a different matter. This was our first visit to a Wetherspoon 'restaurant' and will be our last. We were not impressed by the lack of cleanliness as we noticed several of the tables had not been cleared or cleaned. We sat at an empty table which still had bits of food visible from the previous diners and we counted 9 menus on our table intended 4. That said, the food was cheap and cheerful and we survived the experience. Show less

Stayed for a one night stop over. Great location and the staff are fantastic. We all know about Wetherspoons as a business. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay.

Another beautiful old building given the spoons treatment. Our room was very big, very clean( a testament to the staff) and comfortable. The only real negative was that a stunning view down the valley was spoilt by dirty windows.

Stayed here on a short break to Malvern. Reasonable prices for accommodation and convenient place for food as many places in town closed late afternoon before opening again for dinner shift. comfortable and clean rooms in an historic building. It’s a Wetherspoons. It’s cheap and cheerful. Very good beer and decent food for less than you’d pay anywhere else. This one has the added benefit of huge windows, great views and local staff who seem to enjoy the job! I rate it.

Simple wanted to leave a review to praise the young gentleman on the door. Ensuring everyone had masks upon entry, clearly explained the way it worked inside, the app, leaving details table service. Recognised the exempt lanyard and saw as every customer had fabulous service by him. exemplary!!!!

It’s Weatherspoons. Beers cheap, food is edible, affordable and served quickly. My only complaint would be about the lack of mask wearing and social distancing by other customers.

This was the standout location in Malvern, when the rest of the town was DEAD. Making a sterling effort top offer a full menu of drinks and food in a properly-adapted environment, whilst remaining friendly and welcoming. Well done! This will be a survivor where others are not.

Sat outside in the beer garden with our dog and ordered our food on the app. When the waiter came out he told us dogs weren’t allowed anywhere on the property and told us to leave due to health and safety reasons! While sitting there waiting 20 minutes for him to process our refund (we could of eaten and gone by then) we saw 5 RATS running around the garden where we were sat! Now if that’s isn’t “health and safety” I don’t know what is!! Also the smell from the bins put us off eating anything at all! Quite glad we never ate anything from there, feel sorry for the people who were!

Although there was clear social distancing in place, the carpet seemed to have crumbs wherever we looked. Our cutlery was dirty and delivered by a rather grumpy server. The food, adequate but portion size smaller than we usually get at our local 'Spoons'. The views outside were beautiful, but this was not Wetherspoons at its' best.

After a walk into Great Malvern, decided to have a quick drink and as Wetherspoons is good value, we headed there. The pub itself is very dated, even for a Wetherspoons. Great choice of alcoholic drinks but a few not available and when wanting soft drinks for my children was told that the gas had run out! Bought cans of San Pellegrino as that was all that was available. Staff were clearing and cleaning tables efficiently, just a let down on availability!

Popped in for a quick drink and boy does the place look run down and very tired. Most of the soft drinks were not available, no cola or lemonade or cordials! Even the larger choices were limited.

They boosted the prices of all the food and most of the drinks even though the VAT has been reduced, I ordered chicken tikka masala for close to 9 pounds and I was shocked at how badly it was cooked the rice portion was tiny I would get more from a boil in a bag pack, the nan bread was rock solid so I just left it and the masala itself was cold.The staff all look like they're on the edge of killing themselves, unhelpful, rude and uncooperative.

A great choice of restaurant in Great Malvern for our Sunday dinner out, while exploring the town. New rules were clear. We followed the rules, found a table & downloaded the app to order. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Nipped in for a bite of lunch with family. Kids menu had good selection and have to say, the fact you can find your table, get settled and then order via your phone is fantastic! We had veggie burger and chips, veg chilli and chips and kids pizza. My chilli was a bit congealed and the burger was on the cold side, but the chips were great. Next time I will have the veg curry which was a much safer option.

We had 7 traditional breakfast and they all came out cold and I asked for scrambled egg and it didn’t turn up and we asked about it and it still didn’t turn up. The waitress what very rude and starting back chatting.

Absolutely awful, dirty plates everywhere, tables were filthy, ordered two burgers and hot drinks literally took them 30 mins to get them done was just a coffee and a tea and i grabbed them off the bar myself, Chicken burger couldn’t be worse chicken was absolutely dry and food seemed to be left under the heat lamp for ages, hence the delay, even the server was very unfriendly and unapproachable honestly the worst spoons i have been to, well yeah the view is amazing but horrible service and food compared to the postal order in Worcester, never returning back

Live locally, often pop in for a drink & bar meal. Visited yesterday between 5pm - 7pm. Tables uncleared of dirty crockery and used glasses, customers having to clear own tables, adding to ever increasing piles of dirty crockery on surrounding tables. Also excessive accumulation of dirty glasses on bar area. Not a single table wiped over during our two hour visit. This is a great shame, the Foley has everything in its favour - a good & affordable menu. fine surroundings, wonderful views. But nothing can compensate for lack of cleanliness & on grounds of appalling lack of hygiene we will not be returning.
