Excerlent staff and good food. Buffet was great.

Great little pub, one for traditionalists. A bit more pricey than other pubs in the area, but it does keep the scutters out.

This is a regular stop for us (opposite Boots when you have to wait for prescriptions). Lovely friendly staff and usually mid morning plenty of them. However we have noticed on a few occasions now that the tables are not cleared quickly enough. Today when we were in for coffee, tables when cleared were left sticky to touch and not cleaned.

Excellent pub/hotel. Great staff and service. Rooms very good, breakfast excellent , fresh local sourced food& super coffee. Would revisit without hesitation. In middle of town parking easy.

Lovely friendly welcoming staff, and good value for money. Had a lovely cream tea on arrival, and only 2 miles to Ross on Wye.

Best Chinese in Hereford, everything is so fresh!! Just remember cash only.

Terrible service paid by cash they snatched the money out my hand no thanks food was terrible tasted awful better chip shop around the corner never eating from this dirty place again

I've had a meal here in the past & wasn't impressed. Felt over priced & not great quality or taste. However the cakes weren't bad and a selection of local beers & cider.

Chips are inedible- please cook your chips so they are actually COOKED so that your customers don’t waste hard earned money. We had chips and a pie but these were raw, cold and tasteless. The pie was mushy jelly and raw.

Don't know about food has I only drink there

I think the driver got caught in traffic because of the rain so understandably my food was cold. I think the driver could have called me to let me know.

Ordered food at 7:50pm. Estimated an 8:40pm delivery.. It came to 9pm and still no delivery. I phoned and the staff said "5 minutes away" Another 20 minutes I called again.. the woman blamed the driver.. claiming ‘ The driver couldn't read the satnav and had no credit to call me’ Given I live in the centre of Hereford on an old estate it's very hard to get lost.

I waited an hour and a half for a single pizza order. When I called after an hour he said the food was not even in the oven yet as no driver available. I called 2 minutes later to cancel and was told it would be with me in 10 minutes which was a blatant lie as it was not even in the oven yet! I have now waited a further 30 minutes since being told that and still no food. The man on the phone was unapologetic and showed very little care about my ridiculously long wait time. The 3 stars they have is very very generous in my opinion. I will not be ordering fron there ever again. Disgusting service.
