Spot on Pizza Hut. Looks to have reverted to human service at table, which works better for me personally, but the QR codes are still on the tables (I don't know if they still work.) Our hostess / waitress / server / whatever the correct term is these days (Robbie?) was great: charming and friendly and the service was great. Sadly, I didn't get the opportunity to tell her this at the time, because she went off shift between the dessert arriving and us paying and leaving. The pizzas were great: pepperoni and nduja was excellent as was the GOAT; just make sure you do actually like goat's cheese before picking this one as there's a decent amount on there! My one suggestion: the machine for the bottomless drinks is stuffed away in a corner where it feels just a bit poorly lit. I understand why you'd keep it out of the way as it's a money pit if people keep going back and actually having bottomless drinks, but it does feel especially like someone is trying to keep the punters away. Pro tip: the car park isn't massive and some of the spaces aren't all that big so, if you have a larger vehicle, getting sorted can be ... challenging. Interestingly, there's a slight ambiguity with the middle space of the disabled bays: there's no disabled indicator on the ground so I'm not quite sure if it's actually a disabled space, or not. Anyway, none of these things take away from the fact that this is definitely one of the best Pizza Huts I've visited and would happily go back next time I'm in the area.

Dropped in for an impromptu visit, mid-journey. Cerys was very polite and helpful, service was swift and ordering was straightforward. Recommended!

Bit sad really, when Pizza Hut came to Hereford, it was the only other fast food restaurant here, so it was kind of a big deal. Fast forward 20 years, you've got a selection of eateries of far higher quality, for the same or less money. Recent experience - bland packaged and processed toppings on a mostly greasy base. I remember buffet being value for money, now it's pretty much a rip off, unless you just wanna fill your face with as much food-like substance as you can muster. Even the unlimited ice cream factory, although still hot with the kids, tasted like, well.. not ice cream! Pizza hut, sorry to say but unless you seriously revise your game, your days are numbered.

Not been to a Pizza Hut for literally decades but was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. My only gripe is the self service Q code ordering but that seems to be becoming the norm these days. Staff were very pleasant

Overpriced, ridiculously large portions and in dire need of revamp, the owners need to look at other local eateries to see how bad their offering is. Relying on brand alone is no way to succeed in the long-term.

We visited on a mid week lunchtime, and for a quarter of an hour or so, we were the only people here. However, this made it good for a choice of table, and as we had the unlimited buffet, there was no queuing for food. Our server was very polite and friendly. The salad bar food was nice and fresh, and the Pizzas & Pasta was all very hot. We did enjoy our visit and will look to visit again, but not during the school holidays.

No cash accepted, order on app only. Staff seemed rude and inattentive. Prices ridiculous, calculated for the same deal, it is literally 142% cheaper to get delivered, it's like they don't want you there at all. One of the staff was cute, so there's that I suppose

The waitress was very nice, explained everything to us and ordering online was easy and fast. Pizza was lovely and I had loads of ice cream was quite quiet but sometimes it's nice not to hear everyone else talking around you.

Went for buffet. 3 vegetarians . Took a while for veggie dishes to come out. Cheese and tomato favourite for many non veggies so not much available

Status was driver at the reasturant for 20 minutes, u called pizza hut who said the driver was not there as they had left to do another job and my pizza was sat there for 20 minutes, my pizza has arrived tye driver said he was told to do another job and then collect our, our pizza is stone Cold !!!!

Just been for quick bite to eat. Staff friendly and understanding to my Long covid no sense of smell and taste. My main reason for such high stars. The disabled Toilet. Im wheelchair bound and seen many many terrible layouts of unworkable rooms. But this was spot on. my biggest gripe is always no lid to toilet and the flush means leaning over the toilet and a quick fling body back not to get splash back.. Sounds funny but i can asure you its not. Ive spoken to mananger. Credit where credit is due. We are all so eager to complain. It gives me great pleasure in a positive review. Thank you

Cheeky Monday night pizza, decided to eat in, as we like the salad bowl to go with the pizza. The staff are always friendly including the duty manager. Liked the recyclable menu

Fancied a pizza so with the restaurant only just down the road I looked on line to see which one we fancied the price was £16.98 but when I got to the restaurant it was £33 it was cheaper to have it delivered than been eco to pick it up our self's

Came here with a friend for the unlimited buffet and safe to say, we got our money's worth with a combined 30 slices of pizza plus ice-cream between the 2 of us. All the pizza was hot, fresh and tasty and had 6 different pizzas to choose from each time and pizzas were refreshed quickly. The place was pretty quiet (only about 3 tables including us) but we didn't mind that atmosphere. The staff were friendly to us and even asked us if we wanted to take any pizza back with us at the end so that it didn't get wasted and we kindly agreed 🤣

Kids love this as a treat..The staff in the Hereford branch are really friendly..the Manager is lovely. Food is fresh and tasty. On several occasions we've had to wait around 10 minutes for more pizza to be cooked when we chose the buffet option. In peak times the pizza is taken within seconds.

Once seated down we ordered from the table, other staff were just loitering around not doing anything. We had to ask about the buffet as nothing was out about it at this time and wasn't stated when seated. We chose to get the buffet for 3 children and 2 adults. Once the pizzas were laid out there was another family (that I assume waited longer than us) who got up and rinsed all the "small" pizzas, the ones only our kids would eat. Waiting again, having to ask when more will be brought out, again the same family done the same thing. We had to ask again after waiting for ages for more to be brought out as this is a "buffet" and get our children to wait right by it so they could actually eat something. Did we get our money's worth (absolutely not). With this going on and the fact that the staff watch you like hawks to see how much food you're consuming and coming up to your table every 10 minutes to ask if you are done, very rude and embarrassing for people with food in their mouth. Toilets absolutely stink like mould and damp as well, air freshener wouldn't go a miss like.

Manger is selfish towards people and he only except card. He not considerite to people in public if they don't own card

Love the friendly behavior of the stuff. As always pizza hut never disappoints . Always a place for tasty meal when you are hungry. Specially i loved the behavior of the stuff

Pretty typical Pizza Hut - clean, well presented, helpful & attentive staff. The pizzas were pretty average, but we were expecting no more. Very quiet for a early Sunday evening at the end of the school holidays. Oddly their website indicated no tables available when we tried to book online, but plenty of free space when we got there.

Quite an enjoyable experience. Two of us had a buffet. Pizzas were coming out regularly and were all good. The waitress that served us was really friendly and a delight. Only let downs were the Pizza Hut managers spread out over a table doing very little but ruining the vibe and the lack of parking here (car park was completely full with limited disabled space provisions).

Average. Stopped because we were hungry. Service was rubbish.

Pizza is tasty, but not exceptional. Was quiet when we went, and one of the drinks machines wasn't working. Prices are on the high side, I would expect better quality overall for the prices here. It feels like a cheaper restaurant, but the prices say otherwise. I wouldn't go back, because it didn't feel like good value.

Food was freezing and the pizza was all smashed up

I have been 3 times in the last 6 months, and the ice machine is never working. The ladies' loos need attention and the attitude on one of the servers was slappable. I wo t be going again.

Food was delivered on time. The melts were amazing as always but we didn’t recieve our cookie dough desserts. Called restaurant to question but no answer. Have requested a refund.

AWFUL! “Manager” got in both my mother and fathers faces and shouted at them when my parents raised issues “manager” was also in regular clothing in the kitchen (no gloves, etc) POOR HAND HYGINE. No selection, way over priced for nothing! I was left severely ill! Disgusting toilets (blood all over the floors) generally disgusting place should be shut down immediately!!

It seemed under staffed and all employees seemed super young like a McDonald's (probably to keep wages low). Seemed full of parents shouting at kids too, not very enjoyable experience. Won't be going back

Took our grandson for a birthday meal and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We all had a different pizza which everyone said were really good. The service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile

I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for 25 years and it’s still the place to come for a buffet

It does what it says on the tin Great if you're coeliac too. My only issue is, when you order your food via the app in the restaurant, it asks you do you want to give a tip. Well no, we haven't had the good yet or anything. The service and food could be awful. Ask for a tip at the end! I think it's very unfriendly to order food using an app. If prefer a waiter/waitress take my order. For the price you pay, you do ll the work placing the order.

Pizza was ok. There were five other customers and a few takeaway orders when i was here. Waited a long time for drinks and the pudding never arrived. Third bad experience so will not go back.

My pizza was salad tipped on to a cooked pizza. So I had double salad. My chicken side was pink so was left. If it was cheap I'd take it on the chin but it's not at all cheap so it's a no from me going forward!

I enjoyed going to Pizza Hut, but the fact that you can't use cash and they expect you to order on an app is killing the place. I hardly see anyone in there now. Just go back to the old system, and you may get customers back. Apart from that the food is good and the service is great.

one of the workers were very rude to me and my friend but the manager did come over after and asked us if the worker had been rude to us we said yh and the manager was very apologetic for the other workers actions and polite which we were very thankful for manager came back over a few minutes later and checked that everything was ok. food was great pizza cooked perfect

The lasagna was tasteless. The service wasn’t great. No body in the place yet they wanted us to use QR scanner to order even though we were having problems with it and they were at the table asking if we’d ordered food yet!? Salad bar was mediocre. Couldn’t have the buffet on the menu as the pasta bar was closed. Expensive meal for what turned out to be just ok pizza.

Staff and food was AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. Defo recommend for a family meal. HOWEVER......expect a large bill at the end of it all haha. The prices are VERY high on certain items from the menu. The place was also empty. Probably because people can't afford to eat there atm 😂😂. If it was a little cheaper, we be regular visitors. Their pizzas are lovely. Especially the pepperoni and spicy honey 🤤👌.

Gone right downhill. Had to send the fries back as they smelt disgusting. If they had told me the chef had used them to wipe his backside i would not have been surprised. Typical place where the price keeps going up but the service and food go down

Same as usual, pizza was good, we were in early so not many people so not much atmosphere.

Food was nice enough, service was no existent. Booked online but they knew nothing when we arrived, we were shown to a table and then shown the QR code to order online, noone came over to check we were okay, if we needed anything. Cutlery not given so we had to get it ourselves off another table. Salad bowls also not given so had to help ourselves. Very poor. Food was nice enough but the service really let's the place down. Waited ages for puddings and in the end had to go up to the kitchen hatch to ask for them.

If you like salad and ofcourse pezzas, then it's the buffet for you and me. I'm lucky enough to be able to go between 1100hrs and 1500hrs, Monday to Friday for £9.99p and fill your boots. (Personally, it's a Friday for me).

Our first time ordering from Pizza Hut. Absolutely superb food. All ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly. And the deep pan base was the best! Definitely order this again. After recent disappointments with other chains, this has restored my faith. Fresh, tasty and brilliant value for money. WELL DONE

Won't ever order from here again. The pizzas are disgusting, not very hot, and the garlic bread was just about lukewarm. We had a deal for 2 /3, which with an promotional discount cost over £32 with delivery. Firstly, calling them sharing pizzas is very misleading. They are very small,fonr sharing. Definitely smaller than the normal large pizzas. Belmont Pizza Hut is sooooo much better. Their pan bases are fluffier, loaded with more toppings, and just taste so good in comparison. These are flat, and really stingy on the toppings. Most pieces of the pepperoni pizza had only 2 pieces on. Seriously disappointed, and will somehow try and get a refund sorted, although I very much doubt that will be possible. Wasted my money...

Food arrived with box unopened and seal not stuck down, pizza inside is all bunched up and a mess and the pizza is stone cold. Shame I can't upload the pictures as evidence. Shocking

We ordered a thin crust ham n pineapple pizza and it arrived with whst looks like layers of bacon n pizza base was rough and too crusty. Must of been a different chef. Not again . But dog liked it.
