Be very wary of this place, i thought i was on the phone to threeeven gave some details to this chicken shop, they are phone scammers and money launderes i would not eat here at all, going to take it all the way. My auntie is a judge so will ask her advice tomorrow.

Always great food, staff are always welcoming too. Food is like Nando’s- but far better and much cheaper. Give them a go!

I've ordered spicy chicken wings and triple cheeseburger, they deliver it very fast as that on big plus but: 1/ chicken wings was burned bad ;/ the smell and taste was horrible and uneatable. that was 10 pcs x2 and 14 wings go straight to trash. Cheesburger was ok. Fries was ok. + best fries in Hereford + Fast delivery - burned wings(badly) overall 4/10

Poor quality of food since the new owners have taken over. Fries taste weird, sauce has less flavour and the chicken marinade seems weaker.

Chicken was dry and rank no sauce chips were burnt and got stomache ache next day

If I could give 0 stars, I certainly would. The food I've just received (through just eat) is ridiculous. The food is cold as if it's been out for delivery for a while. Waiting almost an hour for which was specified. The portion of the so called Chicken Breast is the size of a chicken nugget. Appreciate you may need to tighten the shoe strings, but wow ! Items are missing also. I contacted the restaurant to advise them of my issue. I had an apology, but I was also advised that the food is this s*** due to lack of staff and people not turning up for work. Not the response I'm expecting after spending just over £30 with you!

Ive Ordered From This Place For Years & Never Had An Issue. However Tonight Was Missing A Side Which I Payed Extra For, That Wasnt In The Bag. Called The Takeaway Several Times & When Finally Got Through, The Woman On The Phone Was Atrocious & Dame Right Rude, Wouldnt Accept A Mistake Could Have Possibly Been Made Their End & Started Making Out They Had Problems With This Address Before. Ive NEVER Once Had An Issue Nor Complained As Ive NEVER Had To! But After Tonight & The Customer Service Ive Received From That Phone Call Alone, Ill Never Order From Here Again. With The Pure Arrogance & Disregards & To What Should Be A The Simple Resolution. Clearly This Place Is Having Issues, As If She Got My Address Mistaken With Other Complaints Which Theyre Received. BEST To Stay Clear.... If Chickens What You Want Stick To Pepes!

Food was tasty, yet small portion (but may have been what I ordered as I did not have a clue with the menu set up) the shop itself was dirty, but the staff were very nice

Me and my family used to have this as our go-to delivery food, but then after the latest rebrand some of us had problems, delivery got much slower, some items missing, and the 1/2 a chicken not being fully cooked. Though i do reccomend it if you're ordering in the establishment, as the food i've had ifrom there is amazing.!!

Took over and hour and a half to deliver our order. On delivery I did question the size of the delivery, but was told it was fine and was given our two milkshakes (very nice, but not worth £3). Turns out they’d forgotten my chicken pitta. The chicken strips were also very small. Rang and before I even told them the problem they explained my chicken pitta was about to leave. I complained about length of time and size of chicken strips and they said they send extra chicken strips, which they did and it all arrived fairly quickly. Not a good first experience, but the quality of the food was good. Will probably give them another chance.

Lovely chicken wrap, had spicy rice as a side dish, super tasty but super spicy! Quick service and helpful staff. Will visit again.

90% of the times its amazing just the odd once and a while it'll come cold. Love they are making use of the loyalty scheme now.

Been to go peri loads of times and in fairness the food has always been good even though it has been slow. Tonight I ordered for about the 10th time because it is lovely food. However I phoned up 30 minutes after the expected time of delivery and expressed my disappointment and the person on the phone just said ‘ok no worries I’ll cancel it’ - absolute joke, if they had said, ‘I’ll be there in 5 minutes and I’m really sorry’ I would have been ok as it’s a Saturday night. Don’t believe this company deserve my business after this. Just ordered a Indian from glass tandoori and a completely different experience even thought I fancied chicken!!

I ordered from you at 7:30pm, my order was suppose to be here at 8.20pm. Its now 9.20pm. I've called you at least 7 times and you havent answered the phone once! I even called Cheltenham to see if they could give me an answer as to what was happening but all they said was 'not my problem', business these days at there best! Im still trying to get through to you now, hoping a bad review might prompt you to contact me! Not impressed.

Best place for chicken in Hereford, awesome lunch deals and the staff are always friendly, very highly recommend!!

The portions are a good size, and the taste is great, i think its the best chicken in and around Hereford i would recommend it to everyone try it
