great pizza, great customer service :)

Bland pizza, no taste at all... Rubbish & over priced.. over £10 for 10" pepperoni with no herbs, no pepper, no taste...

Just got screamed at over the phone, because i was given the wrong order and i wanted to get my normal order. Instead the man on the phone argued for almost 20 minutes with me. Never ordering again. Working just down the corner i will never recommend them again.

Tonight's food was absolutely perfect, can thoroughly recommend the traditional House Special. Great food for two.

Pizza in Leomister, this is the place to head

All previous experiences have been fantastic, but today I’m really let down. I asked for extra Mayo, which granted, means a bit more than usual but my food was flooded in it, more Mayo than donner but that’s partly my fault as maybe I shouldn’t have requested extra but in my past experiences, usual is never quite enough. However the donner meat was overly chewy, it cost over £9 and didn’t even come close to filling half of the box, which to me is absurd. The mayonnaise had a very yellow appearance and spoiled flavour, perhaps it had got too warm (very much salad cream like in taste and appearance) but unfortunately that then made my whole meal inedible. Im not impressed and I hate to complain but it is over £9 for a large kebab, it isn’t exactly cheap and I had to travel over 10 miles to collect it, I would have expected a bit better, especially because of the steep price hikes. I understand things are tight for businesses but it’s a lot for the food it is.

Good pizza and service, but recently the price increase has been utterly disgraceful. I understand that many prices are increasing for businesses and subsequent changes in menu pricing are a necessary part of life, but I feel whoever decided on the new prices is taking the mickey. Anyway, I can't really afford or justify buying another meal from Hot Flames. I did enjoy my pizza and garlic bread, but it's not £30 worth of food.

Nice place to stop for a burger, polite customer service. Probably the best burger joint in Leominster. I enjoyed the bbq chicken deluxe

Love these pizzas, we travel from Bromsgrove to get them, the last time we came there was another guy cooking and the pizzas were different, still nice but something has changed?

Love this place! Kebabs are the best in Herefordshire! No other kebab house make it like they do and quantity is unreal for cost! Berk is the main man and very friendly

Prefer to drive here than use the kebab shops in Ludlow. Food is always good for a Kebab shop, lads working are decent.

Curt, unfriendly and hung up on me before I was able to complete the order.

I had a delivery came 20mins late,order a kebab and asked for it to put in the pitta,small salad, it came in a box pitta on the bottom meat salad stuck on the top I couldn't even hold it went everywhere, and was cold and looked awful.

We have been going for years. Always good. The house special kebab is great value and always tasty.

Ordered donar kebab, it came in a box not in pitta bread ready to eat ,pitta bread not cut ,cold ,donar meat cold salad not good at all.staff not really friendly at all.had to pay cash no card.....

Food is generally tasty and properly cooked. But unfortunately.. Company common sense? = Zero Concept of customer service? = not even managing to score zero. Accomodating even the simpliest of requests..? = not a chance, the owner hasnt got the IQ or the desire to help in any way so if you have even the most basic of food intolerances, forget it, youll get absolutely no help in any way, so walk away and buy your food elsewhere.

Good choice, good food. Patient staff serving late into the night.

Hey all, Im a regular customer of Hot Flames and they have always been good, however today I have been really disappointed as I ordered 2 pizzas from them and waited around 45 minutes. The Pizzas came cold and that means they were unappetizing which really annoyed me. I contacted Hot Flames to complain and was brought to a very rude person which handled the situation in a very unprofessional way... Asking me, the customer what they should do... They brought the prices up and brought the employment and customer treatment down... Lovely! 😠
