Absolutely disgusting came late completely wrong order told no salad and there was on everythini mix meat and chips came massive lumps of burnt donner meat with a dried pitta bread 23 pound vile place needs closing

Not happy at all as there were olives stones on the pizza. Thought I’d broken a tooth

Ordered from pronto app, it hadnt registered the 2 portions of chips that we had ordered but we recieved the 2 kebabs we had ordered they arrived luke warm at most with a stale pitta the kebab meat was salty and dry, originally we did ring in regards to the missing chips and understood there may have been an issue during the order and accepted this to be the reason, after the first mouthful of the warm kebab meat I rang to complain the first thing I received in response was to us calling about the chips being missing and then asked what they could do about it, I asked for a refund and was met by the rudest customer service i have ever received, I strongly suggest staying away and using somewhere else, I have been a loyal customer up until this point but I Will never use them again

Ordered two kebabs and cheesy chips, they went straight in the bin. Made some sandwiches in the end. I called, he wouldn't accept they made a mistake. All he had to do was apologize and we would probably have forgotten about and would order again some other time. I find more and more now people can't admit they are wrong. Hard to respect someone who can't admit they made a mistake. If you have any allergies best not order from here. I know I won't again.

Credit where credit is due. Their pizzas are amazing, always delivered within a reasonable time. The garlic butter tastes like pure garlic, pizza is cooked for the perfect amount of time I order frequently. Better pizza then pizzas franchises by far.

I had to message 15 minutes after the latest estimated time. By the time the shop rang back and then the delivery guy arrived it was almost half an hour later the latest estimated delivery time. Also the chips were stone cold. Pizza burnt… I have photo but can’t upload on here. We did eat it as were soo hungry as we’d been waiting over an hour. Just disappointed 😞 oh almost forgot mozzarella sticks still warm ish but tasted lovely 😊

Chips were very dry and were like they'd been cooked multiple times. Buns were hard and jaw started hurting. Lamb kebab meat was very tasty however.

Got exactly what we asked for...

Waited over two hours for three milkshakes and two cheesecakes. Once it arrived at 10pm the cheesecake was frozen solid. When I called prontos they told me to put it in the microwave for 15 seconds! Shocking service will not be ordering again

This is only based on our latest meal....everything else we've had has been excellent... Was given a delivery slot, but was messaged to say it was going to be a bit late...normally the chips are hot and crispy, but were warmish and soft, the bun was also warm and a lot softer than normal, usually you can take the top off the bun to put sauce etc on, but was all stuck together this time... Like i said earlier ever other meal i've had has been excellent, so hoping this is just a one off...

Good food served by good people who take pride in their product and use quality ingredients. They do a half and half pizza which is a nice touch so you get filled with variety and don't have to buy two pizzas to please everyone. The pizza reheats VERY WELL, super crispy base, plenty of toppings so it doesn't go dry. I baked some bread, turned the oven off after 200 c put a slice in there and it reminded me of Barcelona: Ramblas. Lush. I've no connection with this business. (Lol).

always travel 45 minutes just to eat here! the pizza is next level and they are so generous with toppings. the chips are delicious and they have lots of different drink options. the workers are so friendly too! there was one time that they made some mistakes on my order so we went back for them to correct it, they not only corrected our order really fast but they also gave us a free slice of cake and free 1L bottle of pepsi to apologise! cannot recommend enough

Had a takeaway which husband and me collected - waited ages and when eventually got back to where we were staying chips missing from order. Paid almost £17 for chicken pieces, loads of pointless salad, dry cardboard pitta and mayo - when we actually requested garlic mayo. Won't be going there again!

Not as nice last time. Chicken was a bit dry & tough in the kebab & not much in the way of salad. Chips were nice.

The worst takeaway we have had from here. The food was cold, the mixed kebab had beef bits instead of lamb, dry chicken covered in minted garlic mayo, cold chips and a pita bread that smelt wrong in so many ways. Definitely will not be having another takeaway from here.

Had a 14in pizza 🍕 meal deal. Probably one of the best pizza's I have had in Ross. Very tasty. Well done guys Just need to do a vegan cheese topping so the other half can try it.

2 hours delivery time on a Wednesday. Told me 1 hour and 20 mins. Pizza was burnt, chilli cheese bites that I paid £4 for wasn't cooked properly. Almost every time 15 mins after eating I find myself on the can with the ****s! Stinks. Never again

First time ordering as a guest for home delivery coat me £40 and came and 2 of the 3 pizza boxes where squashed and the topping ruined... The chip box was melted where they had been places in while too hot and they were not nice.. the onion rings and potato wedges were clearly over cooked. 😠 Not happy!

Terrible ssrvice. Ordered from here satirday night. Delivery turned up and gave our order to someone else as he couldnt be bothered to walk to us. Rang up n to not even get an apology. Terrible place with terroble service. Strongly advise people to go to the best instead. Would of gave 0 stars if possible.

Took an order in just eat. Made me wait an hour. Then cancelled it without any decent reason. The owner said "I'm too busy to deliver to you so we cancelled it because we can do that if we want" Well done. Great customer care. I am exactly 12 minutes from the place. Hardly a big run that is it. All things said, reviews I have read, I've had a lucky escape. Crap stuffed crust pizza, late deliveries, wrong foods and more. And an owner with a really bad customer care ethic. Well done mate. I'm here a lot. But you can stick my custom right up your backside sunshine.

Had food last night had a few mouth fulls before placing it in the bin where it belonged it was like eating a tray of fat & grease. There was no taste to the food at all
