We always call in at some point during a visit to Hereford. Seems to get better each visit.Light and airy, good beer, good food, good service and good atmosphere. Be back soon.

Unfortunately we didn’t have the best meal, nothing was fresh, the batter on the fish was just not nice, chewy hard , the chips were a mush together, we were hungry but I just couldn’t eat it, I have had some good takeaways before so hopefully they will sort this out.

Ordered from here a few times now and hand on heart, 10/10 each time! From the burgers to the mixed kebabs to the calzones to the milkshakes. This very quickly become our favourite place to order! Thank you!

Despite the huge birthday party taking up the whole of the ground floor, the staff at Gilbies - and particularly our waitress Rachel - looked after the two of us wonderfully well. We were given a table up on the mezzanine floor, our drinks were brought and our order taken nice and quickly, and then the food turned up in really good time. And the food was great! A selection of delicious tapas dishes, the star of the show being the Teriyaki belly pork (we'd eaten here before, so we ordered two portions). The party downstairs was in full swing when we left, wishing the staff good luck for the rest of the evening. Another memorable meal, and we'll definitely book in at Gilbies again, next time we're down Hereford way.

Came for Sunday dinner which was absolutely gorgeous, a real Range of vegetables and very pleased to see Lamb on the menu which is unusual. Cooked to perfection. The bar staff weren’t very friendly(have heard about this before) however the waitress Latisha was so very helpful and friendly. Was great to see a Waitress with a smile on her face. Well done Carvery, we will be back again.

Not been here before. Thought we would give it a go today. Very disappointed. Cash only. Latte coffee was very poor and in heavy glass jugs. Eggs watery with rubbery toast smothered in cheesey very salty butter, not nice at all. The seats were really uncomfortable. Most of the other customers were really noisy and full of the flu. To top it off very depressing music playing. We will not be going back first and last visit.

If I could give zero star, I will. Poor customer service and was overcharged for something we never had. Please also don’t go for the ice cream as it’s literally a scam! They didn’t give you a full scoop and my ice cream was hollow in the middle. For almost £4, I’d suggest you to go somewhere for something better! Avoid at all cost.

We have been visiting Morrisons Cafés for years and they were always well known for being budget friendly, offering quality, fresh cooked Food to Order particularly there Breakfasts... I emphasise the word "were"! What has gone wrong? The Staff are clearly operating on a Skeleton Crew, that has become obvious particularly over the past 4-6months. Queues for Ordering, lack of Clean/Cleared Tables, lack of Clean Cutlery/Mugs for Self Service Tea & Coffee, Food Waits of approx 30/40mins which is absolutely fine as we're often informed upon Ordering but the quality of the Food has become dreadful. Food served warm, Bacon on Breakfasts fatty and undercooked, just slung on a pile on the Plate. Sausages shrivelled up as if they've been pre-cooked then reheated. Hash Brown's Raw. Fried Eggs are either undercooked and snotty or crispy and hard. Baked Beans there appears to be more Tomato Juice than Beans itself. Mushrooms watery and balnd as if they've been slung out of a Tin. Black Pudding almost deep-fried and incredibly crispy. The only positive I can mention about our Breakfast was the Toast... and yet Morrisons Breakfasts used to be superb 👌 Where to start regarding Childs Menu - Kids Eat Free is fantastic incentive however the quality of that has now become incredibly poor. We have a 7yr old who used to love Morissons Mac n Cheese/Tomato & Mascarpone Pasta served with Garlic Bread, it has now been replaced with some kind of Microwaveable Pasta with a very wet Sauce (if you could even call it that) with chunks of Aubergine, Courgette, Pepper, Onion and Tomato. Totally not Kid friendly, we had a 7yr old dissapointed to say the least! Improvements need to be made, stop trying to cut corners and do everything on the cheap... it doesn't work!

Awful, ordered 2 roast dinners as the first one didn’t even arrive to the right place for this order to miss my drink and my extras and to top it off had a rude delivery driver. Won’t be ordering from here or on here again.

Had to waste 30 minutes in town. Decided to go to Marks cafe for a coffee. Awful attitude from the lady making the coffees. Saturday 7th 1030am. It would help to be barrista trained, because my coffee was useless, full of air bubbles, making it unpleasant. A smile wouldn't go amiss either!! Shocking!!

Love this place so much, a short-trip here and found here surprisedly. Really enjoy here and immersed in here. Brilliant coffee, chill vibe.

Omg this pizza they serve here is absolutely 😋. 💯 everything. Very friendly owner. Can't fault one single thing. My favourite is the vegatarian volcano 🌋.

It's one of the best Wetherspoon pubs we have visited. Really friendly staff, beautiful outdoor area & food was amazing
