I do not recommend. You wait 3 hours for food and it arrives cold.

Cheap but can't keep track of a queue, if you aren't the only customer in the building don't bother

I had chips and chicken burger missing i rand spoke to 4 different members of staff they kept say me go collect I can’t get there then they said I never ordered them when I did I have proof then the last one number 5 staff member put the phone down on me Disgraceful customer service none of them wanted to take Responsibility for the items missing then said I hadn’t ordered them they were rude

Guys in here are great. They're in town but I go out of my way to come here. Cannot fault them. Fish is so cheap and tasty compared to the competition!

after the food being 50 minutes late we had to phone the takeaway and they said it had been delivered but would look into it, they called back about 5 minutes later and said the food would be with us in about 15 minutes which it did finally arrive,

ONE OF THE FEW PLACES I CAN ACTUALLY ORDER KEBAB FROM AS A NON-GLUTEN EATER! A separate option for kebab meat and salad. No further options for chips or bread required, no phoning the place to say "I want to order this but please take this off". I could have cried of happiness. Ordered via takeaway. The lovely lady on the phone answered my very trivial question with the most politeness you could expect from an employee. The food was amazing when it arrived. Moist, flavourful chicken and doner kebab with no gristly, shriveled or dry bits. The salad had a tasty mixture of fresh crunchy variety. No basic iceburg with one slice of depressing tomato and half dry cucumber. Everything was fresh and so, so lovely. The crispy, spicy chicken wings and mixed kebab wrap went down a treat with the others. The chips were reported to be "nice tasting and not full of greasy rubbish". Amazing. Thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 40 quid takeaway and all we received was the chips plus extra chips. A free bottle of pop received with the fish 30 minutes later is not acceptable when the chips are now cold! What a waste of money and time. Kids are now refusing to eat as the chips are cold.

Times keep changing and getting longer

Still good value for money from the restaurant but Just Eat always deliver late so order for 10-20mins before you want it.

Placed an order at 3.30pm for delivery at 5pm, Food hadn't even been prepared at 5, called the restaurant at 5.30 to find out what was going on and a driver wasn't there to collect it! You'd think pre ordering would be beneficial, on this occasion it was not, food arrived at 5.45.

this order hasn't arrived! the restaurant won't do anything and I'm still waiting to hear from just eat! waited an hour and a half for the driver to say delivered when it hasn't been!

Driver bought wrong order to start with then took over to get it changed at restaurant so waited over 1 1/2 hours for order in the end restaurant rang onece then ignored calles when tried to chase our food

the delivery took 1hour 50 minutes from time of order till arrival. And it was over an hour from the first delivery time

Horrible customer service, came with the wrong drinks. All they told me was that they can give me a free drink next time I order from them. Food was greasy, and like warm at best. Chips were stale and the kebab meat was dry. Ordered a large but felt like a small. Place is a rip off.

Over an hour for fish and chips. batter wasn't crispy, instead a bit stodgy. Chipshop curry sauce which is dull (wife's choice). Chips were the same as anywhere else. Well done for being average :)

Preordered for next day delivery,food came warm enough and like always tasty,my lil one liked a lot the fishcake.Its a very good place to eat fish and chips ,even when at work we all buy from them.Was slightly later than was written at the beggining, 35 minutes ,but that's not a big issue at all.Thank you for the good food and generous portions

Food and prices are great, will keep going back even though they are constantly let down by Just Eat delivery drivers...just make sure you factor in a 20min+ wait past the specified delivery time and you won't be disappointed.

This is the 3rd time now my order as been late i ordered it at 5.50pm and it arrived at 7.45pm and i think thats unacceptable so i wont be using just eat again.

2 hours for delivery.Absolute joke Just eat. Not blaming the restaurant at all. Just eat needs to sort their drivers out.
