Food came hot and was lush, on tome and delivered great

usually pretty good food and hot when it arrives, sometimes the wait time is longer than given at time of ordering but that time does get updated and easy to track delivery once on route to you.

Lovely hot food, lovely big fish, tasty crispy chips. Best pancake rolls!

Food was okay. Lots of meat as expected, could do with more sauce and salad.

That is one tasty galleon I just had they went above and beyond for my order the chicken taste absolutely lovely my fav part I like to ask for more chicken but it was all lovely and not a bad thing to say thank you so much to golden galleon for making that one amazing meal 🙂

always lovely food , fresh and hot but tried scampi this time as well and It wasn't great ...nothing to do with the cooking or presentation just not great quality scampi.

Ordered meal at 17.00 to be delivered at 19.00. The estimated delivery time was continually extended. After ringing the restaurant meal finally arrived at 20.36 suspect the meal would not have arrived at all if we had not rang the restaurant.

three hours late! food was stone cold with bits of dry cheese sprinkled over. absolutely revolting. terrible customer service. just eat kind enough to give me a full refund for this hellish service. would never recommend

The person that delivered this didn't have clue where he was delivering to he was unhelpful as the person he was delivering to is blind he wasn't very friendly at all

Got a medium Donna and chips that was correct but then ordered a large chicken nuggets and chips (should be 10 nuggets) I got 5 nuggets and then I orders the large onion rings which I think was 10 and only got 5 whole rings one half a ring! Service was mid and the food was mediocre. Not the best place to go.

Ordered food at 4:45 and it was delivered at 7:03. I’m not sure why it took 2hrs 25 mins to deliver chips. The delivery was delayed at least 3 times on the app. I tried to ring the shop multiple times but no one answered

Writing on my partners behalf but he had just been to gallon to get a large kebab, battered sausage and curry sauce. They gave him a regular kebab and forgot the rest of his order, so my partner said about the missing items the staff said that he didn’t ask for a battered sausage and curry sauce even customers had said that he did order them. They then gave him the correct order but not the right size kebab again 🙄. The staff member that went to make another one wasn’t wearing gloves, sneezed on his had and proceeded to make the food without washing his hands so my partner just asked for a refund. They were all very rude about it. None of the staff was wearing gloves which made me think, I’ve never seen them wear gloves or wash their hands when I’ve been in there.

Food is great. It is easily one of the best chippy's in Hereford.

driver was very good even checked the order number was correct. not had that happens in mouths

sometimes I think the drivers need to be given clear instructions as to where people daughter great food

We ordered food around 6pm got delivery 19:30 terrible

Took nearly 2 hours to turn up from little more than a mile away. Cold fish and the chips were clearly heated from earlier in the day. I was a frequent customer but will no longer be using them nor any of these awful delivery apps

I ordered at 8:20 and my delivery time was addin on 10 minutes every time for an hour and got delivered for 9:40 I’m not happy my food is cold and I’m annoyed that when I tried to contact the restaurant no answer and no way of getting a refund.. again I’m not happy with my service

Twice I’ve been for a steak and kidney pie and chips, both times got home to find chicken and mushroom! Decent pie but not what I wanted

ordered food at 17.12 not delivered by 19.30. had to then ring to which no one answered i then went and collected my order with no delivery charged reimbursement.

ONE OF THE FEW PLACES I CAN ACTUALLY ORDER KEBAB FROM AS A NON-GLUTEN EATER! A separate option for kebab meat and salad. No further options for chips or bread required, no phoning the place to say "I want to order this but please take this off". I could have cried of happiness. Ordered via takeaway. The lovely lady on the phone answered my very trivial question with the most politeness you could expect from an employee. The food was amazing when it arrived. Moist, flavourful chicken and doner kebab with no gristly, shriveled or dry bits. The salad had a tasty mixture of fresh crunchy variety. No basic iceburg with one slice of depressing tomato and half dry cucumber. Everything was fresh and so, so lovely. The crispy, spicy chicken wings and mixed kebab wrap went down a treat with the others. The chips were reported to be "nice tasting and not full of greasy rubbish". Amazing. Thank you.

Best kebab and chips I’ve had in a very long time. The salad was crunchy and fresh. Shall be ordering again. Delivery driver polite and friendly

If I could give 0 stars I would. 40 quid takeaway and all we received was the chips plus extra chips. A free bottle of pop received with the fish 30 minutes later is not acceptable when the chips are now cold! What a waste of money and time. Kids are now refusing to eat as the chips are cold.

Times keep changing and getting longer

this order hasn't arrived! the restaurant won't do anything and I'm still waiting to hear from just eat! waited an hour and a half for the driver to say delivered when it hasn't been!

Still good value for money from the restaurant but Just Eat always deliver late so order for 10-20mins before you want it.

Placed an order at 3.30pm for delivery at 5pm, Food hadn't even been prepared at 5, called the restaurant at 5.30 to find out what was going on and a driver wasn't there to collect it! You'd think pre ordering would be beneficial, on this occasion it was not, food arrived at 5.45.

Driver bought wrong order to start with then took over to get it changed at restaurant so waited over 1 1/2 hours for order in the end restaurant rang onece then ignored calles when tried to chase our food
