My Coffee Corner in Herefordshire, County of

I went to order a coffee at 5:55pm this evening. The female barista greeted me by saying “for f*ck sake” because she clearly didn’t want to serve me so late in the day. I told her not to bother and stated I’d spend my money elsewhere. Shockingly appalling service.

Quick and efficient service. Nice location in a pedestrianised area. BUT coffee is fairly average and it is served hot. And I mean hotter than the sun hot.

We visit My Coffee Corner each time we go to see our parents in Hereford and during a recent visit, my father in law left his wallet. The wallet was full of dollars with a value of £700, not only did My Coffee Corner call to say they had it the manager delivered to their home Six miles away. We always visit My Coffee Corner when we visit Hereford and will always do so not only is the coffee great, they are honest and kind people. Thank you My Coffee Corner, The Young family

Some improvements in shelter, however seating a bit haphazard and many tables a bit messy from previous customers. Food and drinks ok but nothing exceptional, plus a bit pricey. Fast service at the counter though.

It was very dirty outside, lots of rubbish on the floor , tables not cleared. Coffee tasted nice but I though the food poor. The focaccia was very salty and the salad I had with it really dry (the couscous wasn’t flaked and was in dry cold lumps) I wouldn’t go back.

Visited the site in High Town. Luke warm drinks when I asked for very hot. Non COVID compliance. More expensive than Costas and Coffee 1. Not value for money. at all I won't be drinking there again.

Great drinks but bit put off by the expensive cakes. Nice venue and staff polite. But would go back.

Over £24 for 4 drinks and three cakes. And literally every item delivered in a disposable cup or in a disposable plate. Save the planet and your wallet and go elsewhere

Always a friendly service, cappuccino's excellent, food of a high standard. Always good, frequent often

we popped in to have a drink the staff were good and helpful the drinks were very good and all at good prices

What a lovely atmosphere. After wandering round the shops we really enjoyed stopping for a coffeee and cake at My Coffee Corner, the one near Waitrose. It was busy, really busy. We ended up sharing a table with another couple. Service was great, coffee/cake was great. It was nice to sit outside under the heaters, there were rugs to keep you warm as well. Everything has been thought of. We’ll definitely be back.

We visited the Alpine Lodge during a visit to the market in the run up to Christmas. I thoroughly enjoyed drinking mulled wine in the outdoor seating area, taking in the ultra kitsch Alpine-themed decorations.

Took my 3 grandchildren and my son for lunch Really great experience . Children exceptionally well catered for . Great food and excellent service

Stopped for a quick bite to eat staff were very abrupt food was awful and over priced avoid at all cost.

First visit into market area and on a nice sunny morning stop for a coffee and snack and people watching

Does anyone listen to your order? It seems not. This is 5 times in a row now that we've had to tell the staff that they've got the order wrong, again. Too busy talking amongst themselves to get it right.When our drinks do arrive (having changed some of them) the initial drinks are now luke warm."I said no marshmallows please", then the staff would just scoop them out instead of producing a fresh drink.Lattes appear when cappuccinos have been ordered.The tables take forever to be cleared. Staff don't take much notice of their customers. The outdoor tables and chairs are strewn all over the place.Not impressed. Get a grip please!

We stopped here for a break from shopping and had hot chocolates. Thankfully during this visit they were actually hot! (happy with that). Nice to sit outside people watching. It took an hour for the staff to clean some of the tables, which isn't good I'm afraid.

We stopped for a coffee and a quick coffee before continuing our shopping a good experience nice choice of snacks.

great tasting coffee in generous sizes. Like the loyalty scheme too. Drink indoors, outdoors or take away the choice is yours.

I visited their outside catering stall in Hyde park over the weekend. The stall was always busy. The staff were friendly and helpful even though they were rushed off their feet they remembered my order (large coffee with an extra shot). The coffee was very good which is why we continued to go back. We had some of the homemade Welsh cakes which were tasty. It's a shame that their shop is not closer to me. Thanks to all involved.

We ordered 2 x sausage baguettes , a cheese/ ham croissant and 3 coffees. The quality of the food was very poor. Only one and half sausages in the baguette!!! Surely they could have run to two whole sausages?? They were not warm all the way through so not pleasant to eat. On the plus side the coffee was nice but for £21 we expected better.

We went for gelato with the kids, but there were only four flavours available, very disappointing, and the ones they had were rather average. Asked for cappuccino but was given latte, caramel specialty coffee was just very sickly sweet , could not taste the coffee, and it has spilled all over my clothes while carrying outside. The tables are crammed, there is no sense of privacy for those conversations with your friends, although it was tidy it did not feel clean, and the place looks a bit tired and used. Unfortunately it does not have the continental feel, I have been in many coffee shops on the continent and this is very much like any other coffee shop around here, just with more outside space. The parasols did not cover all the chairs so the back of my friend’s chair quickly became wet too. The choice and presentation of coffee also does not remind me of those in other continental capitals, definitely not in Italy.

unfriendly staff, no wonder there weren't many tables occupied. advertising for staff on an a board gives a clue. coffee ok . personality definitely lacking .

So much on offer for such a little place, smoothies, teas, coffees and even Matcha teas! Then there is great lunch options liek soup and sandwhiches followed by a tonne of puddings such as waffles, ice creams, cakes and cookies.

I sat here with my wife before going to the cinema on a Friday evening. I found it better than our last visit, as it was a lot cleaner when we arrived this time, infact spotless! Our hot chocolates we actually hot (as last time) and enjoyable. We were sheltered and cosy because of the over head heaters. We watched the world go by for 30 mins.

A good location. Outside heaters on, whilst I had a hot chocolate with my wife (the drink was actually hot!).

When we visit Hereford we usually have a coffee or two here! It's a convenient location near the market shops. Cosy inside albeit tiny, great outside in the summer, but there's overhead heating for the winter moths too.

Staff members didn't smile and tables weren't wiped even when the used crockery was cleared. Some tables were wet from overnight dew. Wife's cake was dry as if it had been frozen. Only saved by excellent coffee and hot chocolate.

Me and the boyfriend ended up here after a road trip. As it was a boiling hot day (and I am extra fussy) it took a while to find a nice smoothie/tea place with icecream also.

You always get good coffee and good service. The benches are great made of coffee bags as covers. The atmosphere is not corporate.

Great coffee, lovely outside seating and HUGE tea cakes!! Glad we only had one between us. Well worth visiting for a good experience in Hereford.

This place has decent coffees, good cakes and sweets, artisanal paninis and good selection ice creams, so a good place to have something to eat or drink on your way to the cinema

The messages to the customers on the wall tell you everything. It's fun. It's good coffee. Great snacks and cakes. The staff are always chatty and friendly. Sheepskins in winter, outside in summer. Brilliant.

We often stop here for a drink and a mid shopping contemplate. None of the coffee stops in Hereford, and believe me there are many, are especially brilliant, but this place is the best of the bunch. Whether it's just that there's not enough staff, or whether it's they're too busy, it's often difficult to find a clean table, but the quality of the coffee is always excellent.

A nice situation with a choice of indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee and cakes all looked really good and were well priced. A good choice of breakfast menu. Great to see somewhere that serves ice cream and coffee, but on this occasion we were given the wrong flavours! Unfortunately I felt it was let down by inexperienced staff with very little personable skills. A little more customer interaction and service with a smile would make for a great place.

Visited 12th July at about 1.00pm. Had a sandwich each which were warm ( fridge had thermometer in which had over 12 degrees on and all items marked store below 5 degrees C !) Coffee was OK but not a cappuccino as ordered (milk not frothed right). Neither my wife nor me would visit again.

It's new it's bright its continental. Good coffe good snacks, it's kept clean, and good staff. Smokers outside take up too much space.

Popped into Old Market, Hereford with Baldy and decided to enjoy a hot drink under the outdoor, heated umbrellas of this relatively new outlet.
