Absolutely disgusting loads of uncleared tables, floor hadn't been swept, The tables that were clear had not been wiped clean. toilets shocking. Has rapidly gone downhill, place needs a thorough deep clean and staff retraining.

If i could give 0 out of 5 stars I would! The food is good but trying to get them to deliver to you is like trying to get blood out of a stone!

Chips are real nice always hot great chicken curry an rice an the roast chicken with chips an curry sauce is the best also nice staff

This store is the worst one yet. Never seen such a mess and such rude stuff! The store manager and assistant manager were so rude to me! They should get fired because you don’t get paid to be rude to people. Never going there again!

"Burger King is better than McDonald's." I am ready to die on this hill. My go-to is their BBQ Crispy Chicken, and it never disappoints.

Why ask to go through your order and not give you what you asked for when it arrived, chicken tasted more like pork all round very very disappointed for the money won’t order again, Shame really after being recommended by others who have used it.

Honestly I never write reviews. BUT I am fuming with this place now. Iv had food from here over time and always been ok ,but twice now it has been a shambles. Ordered food one evening took my order said can I pay by card, yes that’s fine. Told me my order would be 45 mins and put the phone down on me. Rang them back to say u didn’t take my payment, Didn’t have a clue what they was doing and still didn’t take my payment I told them to cancel the order, 45 mins later The driver arrived with the food minus a bottle of pop ordered, said they didn’t take my payment he had to drive all the way back to the shop call me and take payment. Even he said the manager was on holiday and left clowns in charge what a way to run a business!! Then this evening needing a quick tea kids opted for a kebab. Food arrived 1 and half hours after I ordered it ordered it at 10.20pm, I Ordered chips no chips arrived at £2.50 ago couldn’t get the orders right asked for yougurt mint sauce just mint sauce slapped on top, all the meals looked like they were just wanged in there boxes. For 56 quid and a very rare tea time treat these days I will never waste my money here again. My advice is find somewhere else to get a decent kebab and the right order! You only have to look at the other reviews to see this place has no care for presentation or customer satisfaction

I spotted the carpark attendant who had no visible ID of any sort. I asked what she was doing looking at the cars and taking photos of the registration numbers. Having previously receive a parking charge notice through the post after only 20 minutes parking. There is no information on the 20 minute limit on the signage board. This is no becoming a police state but this particular attendant is really viscious.

Very tasty food. Had it delivered at about 9:45 on a Sunday night, and all expectations were exceeded. Only problem I can see here is the prices, it was a little too expensive. Wings were quite small for the £4 price tag, however all of the food was delicious. Will be ordering again.

Called in just before closing on a Saturday night and it was mega busy We were still served efficiently, politely and quickly and have to say the crispy chicken burger was fantastic! Well done team - we will be back!

Tables always dirty and uncleared. needs a good shake up. Staff pleasant enough but the place needs to be kept cleaner and tidier

It says it's open at 7am but when I went there it was closed still, someone needs to come like 10 minutes early, prepare everything and open at 7am. Not parking the car at uniun Street at 7, then walking to the shop, takes you 5 minutes the way she was walking and preparing might be taking 10 minutes so in reality you've lots 15 minutes a day, this is 7 hours a month.
