Came in and ask about gluten free to the member of staff to say gluten free is on the board and then when we doubled checked the member of staff then said to will soon find out won't you. Not very fair when gluten free isn't an option

Went in today. Awful customer service. Rude. The meat was absolutely freezing cold even I mentioned her to toasted. And order 2 items she gave us same item. She cannot understand English. How come she can deliver food to customers. Better training good speaking skills staff. Donot put Eastern European people who cannot speak English. Bad day even manger donot mention apologies for her fault never go again rubbish and uneducated customer service is waste of time.

Manager she don't know how to handle customer, she is very arrogant attitude, I have very bad experience

Totally disappointed, no care taken, looks like it had been thrown together from a fair distance, wasn't transport as they were tightly wrapped. Dip also missing. Happily buy in person again but not through just eat

When ordered estimated time of delivery was 12.10 - arrived 12.33 with food not being very warm

Order was 2 footings but got one 6” and one foot long

Asked for my sub to be toasted came stone cold asked for extra hot chipotle sauce and didnt get that

No cheese in the chipotle cheese and the beef just shoved a tiny amount in the corner

Food estimated time was 20 minutes. We waited about an hour and a half for our food. Crispy onions were missing on salad. Sub was no longer warm. Won’t be ordering again.

Drier was at restaurant for a good half hour maybe more according to app. Phoned restaurant and my order had left long before but hadn’t updated anything so to me he was still at restaurant. Food arrives 20 minutes after the delivery time had changed multiple times and driver appeared further away when it did show the map from the restaurant is to my house

Missed too much of my order including cookies n drinks and crisps but wouldn’t let me report.

It arrived 2 hours after ordering due to driver issues. Not so toasted sub.

There was no driver available, so I was waiting for a driver. If just knew there was no driver available they would know they would not be bale to meet the suggested delivery time. This should be advised to customers so they can make alternative arrangements prior to paying. I was unable to have lunch because it didn't arrive before I had to start working again.

Sandwich order missing about half of the items. But because it was part of a meal deal there was no option to get a refund on most of the bits that were missing.

I wasn’t even hungry when the time came and it also did it come with a drink , also I’m allergic to pickles pickles in it

Clean and tidy. Nice staff. Good food. Usually use Subway when in Hereford.

Mixed up our order and gave us not what we asked

Subs weren't cut, meatballs weren't just burnt they were black and inedible. Had salad items that weren't ordered and are not liked. Worst subway ever

How is this job so hard for your drivers! I’ve had enough of this now, either they take so long the food is cold and you cant give a good enough refund after 2 hours of waiting for a delivery and now I’m getting told my food has been delivered and there is no one around in site, no know on the door, nothing left on the door step. This is an absolute joke. Especially as this isn’t the first time your drivers haven’t even attempted to deliver.

We ordered 2 salad boxes with meatballs and sub stack hash browns as sides! When receiving the order, everything was there but to our horror, my daughter took a bite of a hash brown and realised they were not cooked! Stone cold and solid! Very disappointed!

I've ordered food to my place and it shows on map that it was delivered. Which was not, nothing. I want a full refund. I do not personally care where your driver put it and if he wasted fuel. I want full refund till last £. It's a joke honestly. Never will order again from this place. I want my money back

The steak and cheese salad was completely inedible.. I threw most of it away in the bin. Normally I’m such a huge fan of subway but this time I couldn’t even eat it.. I should have got 3 meatball pots instead :(

Delivery was great but food was really bad which normally isn't the case. Chicken sub had barely any chicken in it and was burnt to a crisp. Also got given 8 out of the 9 hash browns ordered. Will be reluctant to order again

The driver was quite rude the order was earlier than expected so they called me and asked me to come to the door I kindly ask them to leave inside the porch they kept telling me the porch were locked I told them it was open I turn on my camera that I have on the front of the house to see what was going on I could see the Driver keep going to the side gate and about to put it over the gate when I called them back and asked them to leave inside the porch I saw them open the porch and throw the meal inside very rude

There is a pepper in my sandwich and I am allergic to them and I can seriously get I’ll so I threw it all away and i want a refund please

This was well presented, toasted with a perfect amount of cheese, the will not be the last time I order

Subway failed to put Brie on the Brie salad, and forgot the cheese on the Nacho chicken sub and the Steak and Cheese sub.

I loved the meal but it was 20 mins late and I only have 30 minutes for lunch. This is the second time my subway was late - I will not use again unless the arrival time can be guaranteed.

I would like to tip that driver cause he didn't wait when i asked him to. Wanted to bring money cause of my mistake he wasted time and money.
