I ordered through just eat, got an estimated delivery time (1 hour) waited 10 minutes and rang the restaurant to be told it would be an extra 40 minutes.. angrily agreed to wait. To then after waiting 1 hour 50 minutes already get a text to say it would be a further 40 minutes!!! Cancelled the order straight away! 3 hours for a burger and a kebab!! Shocking

Tuvimos una comida encantadora aquí, asequible y muy sabroso. El personal era muy servicial y atento. Teníamos la parrilla mixta, solomillo y filetes Ribeye con puré de ajo. Lo único que no disfrutamos fue la salsa de pimienta pero eso se debe a la preferencia Sin duda volvería de nuevo.

Good food, made well, we repeated order here or go in to collect! They got 5 stars and always clean with decent tasty food. service always been good.

Una buena selección. Teníamos sándwiches tostados que eran todos encantadores. También tuvimos una oferta de comida para niños (además de una pieza de fruta gratis) que era bueno también. Personal muy amable. Solo defraudaron los baños muy limpios pero cansados. Solo dos para damas, mala disposición y aspecto cansado.

Cant comment on the food as I was there for some great music. Parking is a nightmare but if you're walking it's got a decent atmosphere, a good range of drinks and great staff.

It's okay, the service is okay. The food is average and can be eaten. Dinner with friends is okay.

Appalling food. I go there because its close and convenient but never satisfied always something wrong. Half portion of fries. Microwaved burnt chicken. Greasy hard wings. Coleslaw missing. Wrong drink given. Stale bread and hard chicken fillet. Called was told they'd come back and sort it out witch they attempted 2hours later. I have ordered elsewhere. Kebabish have not marked my food as delivered so I can't get it sorted through just eat. Won't be ordering again.

Food is always warm and good quality,very good customer service,also the staff are very helpful in taking time to make sure my food is always met to my needs

Mutton Soup was salty, no meat just bones.

Sólo un bocado rápido para comer. No estaba contento con el aseo de la mesa en la que estábamos sentados mis amigos y yo. Primero encontré un cartón naranja vacío escondido detrás de los menús (la señora que nos sirvió fue muy disculpada. No puedo culpar al servicio. Fue muy bueno). Segundo, cuando vertí agua en un vaso, tuve que pescar un envoltorio dulce fuera del vaso y no beber el agua y luego al final de la noche cuando íbamos a irnos, mis amigos y yo solicitamos recipientes para llevar nuestras sobras a casa. Los cogimos rápidamente, pero parte de mi comida cayó sobre la mesa en la que estábamos comiendo y cuando la recogí con un tenedor, se pegó un pelo castaño largo. Me llevé la comida, pero posteriormente me rechazaron y la tiré tan pronto como llegué a casa. Es necesario comprobar y actuar en relación con el saneamiento de las mesas.

The girl on the phone was very rude, the quality of service has dropped. There was sand in the rice, in-fact having patronised them for years, I am very disappointed.

I have been going to debenhams cafe at least 3 times a week for a couple years,but the service and food has gone down in both quality and quantity,the final straw was the meagre portion of beans on toast,a small scoop of beans that would not cover one slice of toast let alone two. I believe debenhams no longer control the cafe,but surly the must at least try and maintain the quality and service Don't bother going there are better places near by
