The girl on the phone was very rude, the quality of service has dropped. There was sand in the rice, in-fact having patronised them for years, I am very disappointed.
I have been going to debenhams cafe at least 3 times a week for a couple years, but the service and food has gone down in both quality and quantity, the final straw was the meagre portion of beans on toast,a small scoop of beans that would not cover one slice of toast let alone two. I believe debenhams no longer control the cafe, but surly the must at least try and maintain the quality and service Don't bother going there are better places near by
El cordero estaba más allá de lo esperado. El pan era casero y sinceramente sentí que era mejor que la mayoría de los lugares de alta gama. Este lugar es una joya escondida. Perfecto post gimnasio!
Popped to town, wanted to support the theatre, choice was limited. I’m coeliac and oddly enough so was the woman being served in front of me. She was asking if there were any gluten free options and was pointed in the direction of vegan food. Staff clearly had no idea what coeliac or even gluten free meant and saw the poor woman as a difficult or awkward customer, even both servers rolling their eyes at me while waiting for her to
work out what she could eat, which as she discovered was only a packet of plain crisps. I then went to the Herbert Art Gallery cafe where they had a good choice of gluten free options (it’s not difficult to buy gluten free bread in to offer customers). Really disappointed with the Belgrade and the staff. But recommend the Herbert!

Walked in and walked out. The name Dhillon's BREWERY is plastered all over the outside of the building. Not a single hand pull on the bar. If you want bitter out of a can, knock yourself out. If you want a proper hand pulled bitter at a BREWERY, this is not the place for you!
Looked good from first appearances, but was not impressed at all!
Food was absolutely awful. Soggy cold chips, a bit of a not really interested attitude from staff. Wouldn't go back.
i tried the lam shawarma whith all original toppings and it was way too good im always thinking about going there again the customer service was also rly good
Alhamdullilah, the hospitality at Donya Restaurant is like no other! They are truly the heart of the community. From the warm atmosphere and welcoming vibe to the respectful, hardworking staff — and of course, the food... it just takes the soul on a journey of excellence!
What truly enhances the experience is their new digital profiles. From the moment you're seated, you can easily browse the menu right from your table, no need to fuss with physical menus. I'm sure we've all been to a restaurant before where their menus fall apart easier than the bread! This technology truly enhances the dining experience whilst making their business run more efficiently; I don't understand why other establishments aren't following suit?!
I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr Ali, a very kind and family-oriented gentleman. We first met naturally in the local park with his children, and it was clear how much he values family, even amidst running a busy and thriving establishment. His dedication to both his business and his family is truly inspiring and a beautiful reminder for all of us. Mr Ali's approach is something that many business owners can learn from.
The 2 women workers are so lazy. One with AirPods in and sitting on a chair until someone comes to the till and slurs her words. The other sneezing and on her phone calling someone.
