The girl on the phone was very rude, the quality of service has dropped. There was sand in the rice, in-fact having patronised them for years, I am very disappointed.

Ordered at 17:15. Food turned up at 19:00. Tried to deliver it to the wrong house too. Food was dreadful. Bland and tasteless. Sauce like slightly flavoured water. Disgusting. Won't ever be ordering from here again.

Had a fantastic takeaway. Quick delivery, great delivery driver. Had 4 dishes and all tasted amazing and beautifully cooked

Ordered food, absolutely no flavour whatsoever Bland food and they service from the young lady is unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE EMBARRASSED IN FRONT OF YOUR GUESTS. Found 3 little hairs in my rice. Asked for refund or another dish and was told better service next time i spent £30 or more and for them not to fix a mistake is really disgusting.

The food is lovely apart from the chicken balls, they are the greasiest most awful things I’ve tasted. Also, they do not accept card payments, in this day and age??

Had the worst experience with the young lady taking orders, rudest person i have ever come across. Do not recommend to anyone who wants to spend £50 and over and to be spoken to like absolute crap. Definitely not a good service.

On their website there is no information about allregenes whatsoever. The dishes don't have their ingredients in details which can endanger people with allergies, sensitive diets. We have left a note for our special enquiries concerning the order, and only figured out that they didn't receive it after the order arrived. We have called because of it and were disappointed to be treated so pourly by the lady from the restaurant. At the end the issue got resolved after the lady who said was the manager talked to her boss, however I wouldn't recommend using their website to place orders as it is very unreliable and could result in poor customer service or even health dangers.

Have had numerous take-aways from here and the food is good, but a bit expensive and the staff can be somewhat abrupt. But they have an extensive menu and the food is usually very good.

We use this place a lot - the food is excellent and the prices even better. You can sit down if you wish, and delivery is available. It's cash only. If you are in Coventry, and like Chinese grub, this is the place to visit.

The food was nice and was reasonably priced. The noodle portion was huge. The spicy prawns were delicious.

I’m vegetarian so I ordered the Singapore Vegetable noodles, everything was great until I found a piece of chicken in my food. Would not recommend here if your vegetarian. Absolutely mortified 😭

The portions are massive for all people, authentic food made fast and fresh and tasty. The price for the value and quality of food is the best. Everyone is polite and smile when you smile back and when you arrive at the counter, you get approached immediately An efficiently ran successful food business serving some of the best Chinese food in the City. Thank you. PS try the singapore fried rice with a pot of chilli oil.. Yum!

Been coming here for over 10years order the same thing seafood Tom yum last nights was the worst ever nearly 9 quid for this 2 king prawns and 3 pieces of squid wasent even Tom yum just oil floating on a bed of broth?

I usually order from here and the food is tasty, however the customer service is terrible. It took 2 hours for our food to be delivered and the woman on the phone was very rude and wasn’t even apologetic all she kept saying was “they are really busy” and she kept speaking over me when I was trying to explain why it should ‘t take 2 hours for food to arrive. I’ve never experienced such poor service from a takeaway like this before and I am highly disappointed

I paid an extra pound for extra pork and got no pork at all in my food not even the normal amount and I am therefore triggered!!!

My family has had food from here for years, and we've never been less than impressed with the quality/value of the food. We always take out, but you can eat in. There's plenty of Chinese students who nosh here, so you know it's good. Had a takeaway tonight for my birthday and, as ever, couldn't fault what we had.

Am I the only one who thinks Delivery means they bring the food to your door...? I placed an order and the delivery driver decided to that he did not want to come to the door he said that they don’t deliver to do and I must come outside to the car... he spoke to me very rudely and then drove off with me Food... I call the restaurant and the lady on the phone was very rude and began to call me names and refused to re deliver my food ... I have been ordering from them for a very long time and I know their system so I have very surprised at how they reacted .. I will definitely not be ordering from there ever again

I have made an order over the phone for home delivery and what did they do ? They brought the wrong food , I called the restaurant and complained and the woman on the phone was so rude to the point that she shouted down the phone . I will never order from this restaurant again .

Estado viniendo aquí regularmente durante algún tiempo. Solían ser bueno. Ahora simplemente no escuchar cuando pides. En fin, bajo pedido o en el caso de poner los collies en la comida equivocada. La decepción de caña simplemente cuando no te importa cuando se resalte. Acabé dejando más de la mitad de la comida. Pérdida de 20 libras.

Hemos comido aquí varias veces, y cada vez lo mismo. Clientes chinos evidentemente el doble tamaño de porciones como otros clientes no chino. He mencionado esto a la dirección dos veces, y me dijeron, "Chino son una mejor atención al cliente, necesitamos mantenerlos felices! "y para ser claro, esto no es un ridículo es racial, compuesta por una observación muy evidente! Es frustrante, porque la comida es muy buena y se sirve siempre muy rápido. Sólo me hubiera gustado que tratan todos sus clientes por igual, como debe ser!

No te pierdas este lugar en la calle lejos de los cadáveres en Gosford la captura de ventana el ojo. Comida muy sabrosa y el tamaño de la porción es enorme. Precio totalmente razonable. Nos encantó el pato. Ignorar la decoración ya que no es la mejor, pero la comida vale la pena.

Esta es una revisión actualizada a mi anterior 5 estrellas. No sé qué ha ocurrido a este lugar recientemente, pero ha ido cuesta abajo. La higiene es horrible y el chow mein ha enfermado en dos ocasiones. No estoy seguro de lo que ha sucedido, pero no volveré.

This is definitely a foodie’s paradise, although the décor could do with an update! I suggest you just close your eyes and focus on the food.Give it a try if you love authentic Chinese. Roast duck is a must.

Delicious food, big portions sizes if you eat in. English and chinese menu..my favourite is the BBQ pork. Not the best looking of places..pretty much a take away with tables but the food is great and filling. Careful with spice levels.

Yo vengo aquí sobre una base semanal... la comida es muy asequible con porciones increíblemente grande. Usted puede ordenar su comida picante suave, mediano o caliente. Debo decir, de tamaño y más allá es excepcionalmente picante. No tome algunos tolerancia acostumbrarnos! Gustos comida muy fresca y nunca decepciona.

The food is amazing - big portions and great taste.Favourite place to eat in Cov.I would definitely recommend the Hot and Spicy Spare ribs.Staff are nice most of the times.

Best Chinese food in coventry, friendly staff, my Chinese friends showed me this restaurant and now I would allways recommend it. Food price is reasonable since the quality is so good.

The first time I went in here was shortly after it opened a few years back. I was greeted by a quaint short lady who took my order in her finest broken english.What happened next secured my custom. About five minutes after it became apparant that one of the Chefs had made a booboo with his cooking. This was evident by the wack around the head, the yelling, and the then sheepish scraping of said food into the bin for him to start over.Couple this fixation with quality with the fact that the place is always full of Chinese people and its obvious they have pride in what they do. The taste of the food is wonderful. 6 years and Ive never had a bad / late order.Thank you Angry Chinese lady. keep doing what you do.

What a shame about this place, I would eat here Atleast once a week. This place needs to close and refurb. The place is filthy dirty. Food has gone down hill. Please take notice spend some money and clean it up, replace the take away seating as it's harbouring dirt. I can understand your very busy but no excuse, it's filthy.

Here You'll get real chinese as all the chinese people are the cook. its near to coventry university so for students who love chinese this is the best place. they have hell lot of varieties you cant imagine.
