Ordered here for a few years now , I don’t think it’s bad food for the money and time of night they will deliver , would recommend

Wish there was negative rating as an option, I ordered ice cream and they came with no cutleries in the pack, and how am I supposed to eat.

I ordered stood in just eat and not over one hour late and still no food I have called the restaurant and was told was on the way still not arrived yet Now they are not answering the phone to my number I will never use them again I don’t know how they manage to stay in business if this is how they respond to you and don’t get the food I will make a claim with my bank to get a refund

Absolutely awful don’t go here guys they like to take your money online and scam you or give you dirty food everyone should take this further im going to see what citizen advice say and trading standards tomorrow cause this is not on scamming everyone they should be permanently closed down for this!

They told me last night they was coming when I ordered it at 1:05pm and they never come I waited 3 and a half hours they still didn’t come in the end they have took my money I rang them and they said they don’t do ice cream and told me to get a refund by just eat when they do sell Ice cream so I will be taking this further

Wish I could give 0 star. Have used them and been loyal for years but today no food. I rang them and asked where my food was, they deny even having the order, despite receiving confirmation email. They have literally just stolen my money. Literally disgusted, do not use this place

Blue Rooster? More like Blue Balls!, it’s been hours waiting and no food, it should’ve been here at most two hours ago. I’m starving, they won’t give me a refund either or pick up my calls. It’s a joke! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! You won’t get your food or a refund.

Absolutely disgraceful, the chicken was dry, & so called southern fried was hard & very salty. The mixed sonar wrap was gristle, & the wrap was so thin it just fell apart.never again.!!!!😪😒🥵

Guys don’t order from here they are a joke so I ordered food waited over 2 hours as that’s when they said it will be delivered told them call me when they are outside and not to ring the door bell as my kids are sleeping so the delivery driver arrives in a Nissan note calls me and says I can’t find you come to the road and collect your food I can’t leave when I got kids in the house and he couldn’t speak English properly I looked out my window seen him and was trying to tell him to park up and I will guide him the freshie stayed on the road kept on saying come to him to collect the food he then swore and said come collect from the shop and drove off and I have been hungry now for over 3 hours I will be taking this further but be aware guys don’t order from here immigration will be in touch Also when I rang the shop and told the next guy he said oh you going to pay me extra like omg

Me and my cuzin were hungry and called this place my auntie tried to place an order and they ended on her because she had an accent she just said hello I would like to place an order they said what and she repeated it and they said okay bye in bad way horrible treatment

Surprised at the negative reviews. Came here in the middle of a pub crawl. 7 Inch pizza, drink and chips for £3.90, great price and very tasty. Clean and attractive place with tables and decent service.

BLUE ROOSTER IS A TOTAL SCAM!! They are called ROYAL BURGER on deliveroo and when you check their actual location on map on deliveroo they are called ROYAL GRILL taking you to a different location in the CV6 area in Stoney Stanton. But these fraudsters location is in CV1 area. I ordered for 5 boxes of chicken and chips for me and my family. The chicken was terribly spoilled, as if it was gone bad or expired. I tried to call twice to make a complaint, but my call was cut in both occasions. I tried to call several times tomes with no success. Therefore I lost my money and we went to bed without food. They are not faithful. They lie on their name on deliveroo so that when u get to the location you get confuse and go home. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

second time coming here, second negative experience. Don't remember what I got the first time, but, this time I got some mozzarella sticks at 02:10 closing time, and instead of 8, I got 6 and one of them was rock solid. Don't recommend this place.

I ordered around 1 AM and it was expected by 1 40 AM but at around 2 20 I'm informed that the order will not be arriving. The restaurant picks the call and puts the phone aside without talking. And now I'm supposed to order again and wait for the order for another hour or so. This is not the way a customer should be treated

Ordered my food with manners and respect but the staff seemed as though they wanted customers out quicker then the food came out. They Slammed my food down, I asked for a bag PLEASE and they left me to bag the food up myself. Big mistake no idea how to run a business

Very unprofessional staff and poor service. They disconnect calls during conversations and are almost always 30minutes late for delivery than the estimated time of arrival. If you like your food cold, go ahead with the order.

Ordered stuffed pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni!!!! It arrived cold and when I called them they told me I was wrong and hung up on me twice . Also I was short changed by 4.50 this place is ridiculous

Soggy chips and onion rings too salty

I ordered pizza and chips from there, told them I will collect it. Pizza was horrible. The dough was sour and it tasted rotten. The chips were not fried properly, most of them raw, even my dogs refused to eat.

Worker was rude and insulting after i pointed out their pizzas are nearly two inches smaller than the size they claim. Ordered various sizes several times and when brought it up and shown with a ruler that the pizza is smaller i was repeatedly insulted and told that he "knows better than a ruler". Awful place

I ordered 2 naans with chips at Blue Rooster. The guy making the naan was wearing no gloves and while making the naan was digging his nails into the dough. He forgot to put the chips on, so when the naan was done he left it on the side. He then empties a bag of chips in the fryer and puts the empty bag into the bin and pushes the rubbish further down the bin. At no point did he wash his hands. Another customer orders 2 cheese burgers and again I see him digging his fingers/nails in to the meat to seperate it from the wrapper. He then handles my naan and at that point I tell him that he hasn't washed his hands. His colleague then tells me to leave the shop. No apology or even knowledge of how unhygienic his actions were.

Pizzas not great and slow delivery. I ordered 2 pizzas. Took about 1 hour 15 min to arrive. The dough tasted old and pizzas were very greasy & oily. Only noticed after ordering and eating that the hygiene rating was 2, won't be ordering again.

Dont go their absolutely horrible. Save yourselfs

The chiken pitta bread meal i have had a few times but tonight salad chucked on top, no sauce like i asked, they always put lots of onion on, last time we ordered they forgot an item, they are forgetting things a lot too. Going downhill fast

This was quite possibly the worst takeaway I've had in Coventry. The chicken was old with a terrible smell, and wasn't even fully battered. The chips were soggy yet hard at the same time. The burger did taste ok, but this is probably because it was freshly made. I rang them up to complain and they hung up on me refusing to accept responsibility. Terrible "restaurant" with terrible service. Do not order from here!

The worst takeaway in Coventry I asked for a refund. They cut the phone call on me. I have added some pictures to show how terrible the food quality is at the restaurant. Would never order food from them again. They recently texted me apologising for the experience and stated they will give me a discount on my next order. I wonder who on earth would reorder after such experience. My mates told me they had similar experiences and a few of them had gotten food poisoning. Would avoid at all cost.

I went there last night, ordered a burger. Price on the menu was 2.70, they charged me 3.50 . . . I told him about it, he didn't even apologize and gave me 50p back (still trying to cheat)! Awful people, above average service, food was horrible as well, would give that place 0 stars if possible

Would not recomend to anyone. Just orded a loaded box meal which is suposed to be chicken. The 'chicken' tasted hard and gone off. Also there was a bit of pigeon fluff in the wing.

Last time I waste my time order was hour late. It's cold dry and wrong pizza when rang up refused to send correct pizza and was very rude and snotty on phone. PLUS has dixy chickens stamp on chips. Don't waste your time or money in this place!! Should be able to rate 0! There service is discraceful and think they need to fire staff speaking to a customer like they did.

Disgusted. Received a mouldy pizza & garlic bread, so was sent out another mouldy pizza & garlic bread. Took over 24 hours to get my money back, No apology or anything. You'd think, after sending out mouldy food they'd be trying their hardest to keep us as customers, but we were spoken to rudely, had to argue to get our money back and didn't even get a good will gesture. Won't be going back

One of the best pizzas I've eaten! The home delivery service is as promised on time. Good pizza in reasonable price. Definitely recommend!!
