Good place to buy food on the go

Famous branding carries certain expectation, so I might be holding them to a higher standard but overall: not bad! Of the big ones (KFC, BK, McD etc), definitely top so far. Food took an annoyingly long time but was still warm, very well packed and presented and importantly, they got the order right. Could be bigger but was of a high taste standard and with the offer, not bad on price. I'd definitely not bother without said offer for such small portions but will go back when there is. Good job.

Got charged twice for 1 order. Tried to phone subway but the phone number is invalid and there was no way for me to call just eat to get my money back. Other than that the food was good

Won't order from here again. All three of the salads were made incorrectly, with several missing items. I had to check the receipt to make sure I ordered right (which I did). Really, really poor.

My order wasn’t delivered whatsoever. This is not the restaurant’s fault as I called them up asking where my order was and they stated that the driver had already picked up the order ages ago. For this reason, I will never be ordering from Just Eats again. A refund from Just Eat would be highly appreciated.

We are regular customers to the subway. We have reward points to claim the sub. But person in till is very rude and asks us to show the history of points , showing history is not the problem. After seeing history of points ,he is asking multiple questions. The way he asked is the main problem.. he just treated us that he is providing free food.

Good example of a subway. A little cramped downstairs, but it works. The staff are good and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Server was so rude I ordered twice in 10 mins time and store was empty still he said you shouldn't order twice like bro you yourselves are saying no for more orders???

they gave me the complete wrong sub, ordered deli meats and received a tuna sub lucky that it was written on the sub and that i had checked it before eating because we do not eat fish and wouldnt have been happy at all

The Indian guy (staff) with a beard and mustache is very rude. He doesn't know how to be warm and welcoming to customers.

It's normally great from here, I don't know if there was a packaging issue today or something but the sandwiches arrived a bit squished (unboxed) and had no cheese and almost no salad in them. Give my best wishes to the delivery driver, nice guy and he's not been well.

The food I received was great, however I was missing a few items. Have requested a refund for the missing items.

The food is stone cold. I was only a minute after 12pm so it makes me think that it was done just as I ordered

i went there today and asked if i can have the nachos using my subway point. This specific subway had said that i could use my points to get nachos ONLY IF i had point history which i did. So i went in and the guy serving was very rude and refused to allow me to get the nachos due to me having 2500 points which had meant that i spend £250 on subway. He started laughing and made some unecessary jokes on how many family members i had for the total price to be £250. Honestly hes a joke

Your standard subway, the upstairs dining area actually has a good view to the high street.

No cheese on the meatballs and no cheese on the 6 inch...what happened did you run out of cheese? Ruined my lunch really

Sandwich was missing most of the ingredients.

There was barely any salad or sauce in our subs which is pretty poor considering how much they cost.

Received another customers order, even after telling the driver this was not my order he left without a care in the world, In the end i dropped the food to the customer as it would of meant another person not getting their order, and saved the food from going to waste. Called the restaurant multiple time to no answer which was not a surprise. If anything avoid the place online just go in yourself.

got nothing we asked for, there’s no chillies in both salad, no peppers & no mayonnaise on all 3 items i’ve brought ? also missing two crisps ? not happy with this order

I ordered a subway salad and the box was not even half filled with salad. Compared to the usual amount that is provided this was really poor and I am not happy!

Food quality is awesome but the sitting area upstairs is horrible.

I ordered a cold BMT. it came luke' warm after it had been cooked. And luke' warm because it was so late arriving after being cooked. I wanted it cold and 20 mins earlier

Everything cold, the cheese was not even metled on the meatballs so must of been cold from the start. Cheeseballs were soft and cold as were the hash browns. None of which were ate as they were cold. Also footlobg was missing the sauce u asked for. Lovely jalapeños

Service is now incredibly slow. Uber eats deliveries now take priority. If there is a large queue you will be ignored while they prepare endless orders!

Nice and warm meal, quick delivery and the restaurant followed the notes I wrote.

Everything was cold including the meatballs which was missing the jalapeños. Hash browns were soft and cold. The gravy was lovely tasting but needed reheating.

Food is all fine. Please tell delivery drivers that if they're just gonna dump the delivery on the doorstep (of a building divided into multiple flats), to at least buzz the door or do a drop phone call to alert the customer? Cheers.

Usually ordering from here is great but tonight I'm missing half my order. Ordered two meals, I got the subs but crisps were missing as well as a cookie and a drink. Considering the bag everything was packed in was stapled sealed they obvs didn't read the order right. Have asked for a refund.

Driver had been assigned for ages times kept moving up , nachos was stone cold and hard, like they had been in the freezer , food must have Been made whilst waiting for the assigned driver ages ago also, driver was in wrong location to deliver so that was extra 5 minims trying to find him

Food was over an hour late. When I called the restaurant 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I was told they hadn’t started preparing it yet. Food items were not exactly as requested, eg sandwiches not toasted. Very poor experience.

The delivery this time missed out an item on my order. Although this is probably a one-off thing and I'm being refunded, really hope this doesn't happen again.

First time I tried Subway food, I was pleasantly surprised how nice it. I will definitely use them again.

Delivery driver did not deliver to door which I am paying for I had to go outside and open gate to take from him this is not door to door service

Avoid this one subway at all cost; there is many better ones around

Questa per me era la mia prima esperienza al Subway e devo dire che mia ha particolarmente stupito al livello del cibo e cortesia/professionalità due cose da ridire sono 1 il fatto che tutti i tavoli erano sporchi e 2 la password del bagno non funzionava riagiustate queste due pecche e molto probabilmente rifarò o cambierò il commento con un 5 stelle anziché 4

if you dont have anything in stock atleast replace it, rather then having pay extra for an item that never arrives.

Everything good except delivery driver… I must running on the street to find him, because “he see other building on postcode” I was spell postcode and exactly explained that my block it’s in the end of street, but for nothing. He just say name of shop where he is. Later I was check. My postcode it’s just for my block, not show building 0,2 mile away

Poor customer service, food is kinda nice tho, this one lady was mad moody tho styll she shouted at my boy saying what bread do you want my guy, wouldn’t recommend

Ordered a wrap. Was an absolute joke. Not even a handful of fillling. Looked like a saussage roll!

This subway is very clean and the subs are properly made in a neat, non-messy way. The staff is polite and friendly. Thank God! This is not like the Subway next to Quinton Park

My order was changed without being told… first the drink then the cookie…. Then the wrong sandwich arrived

Arrived at 9:05 twice and store wasn't open... Tables not cleaned as much as needed. Toilet is sometimes available. Food is fresh.

One of the salads had missing items

I received a call from Subway and was told there was no large tubs of ben & Jerry's. So a substitute would be offered. Three small tubs were delivered, which were not the flavour j ordered. Also I confirmed on the phone my veggie delete would be toasted. I also ordered 3 cookies, received 2. My food was not what was ordered and people had to go without.

Tuna six foot is the best sub 🙂

Everything was lovely and fresh and was still warm. Would like more sauce on the subs though. Cookies are nice and chewy. Good packaging to keep sub in shape.

Never turned up. Driver rang to say he had delivered - I couldn’t understand exactly where he had delivered even though I left instructions. He then cut me off. I rang back to be talked over, cut off and then ignored the second time I called. Delivery never turned up

I have requested a refund for this order and no one has got back to me, either from the restaurant or from just eat

Only complaint is that when I ordered a large meal deal, I was made to buy a side for £1 extra, it was required. So buy your sandwiches separately, don’t use the meal deal option until this is fixed

my chicken bites are freezing cold my sandwhich doesn’t even feel toasted and the wrong cookie

Review I didn’t receive my order which is bad enough and having to now wait 5-7 days for a refund I’m extremely angry and will never be using just eat ever again

Got given the wrong sauce but other than that it was really nice
