Dunelm Mill in Coventry

Tomó unos 15 minutos en la cola antes de ser servida , la chica en la caja también estaba haciendo cafés lo que hizo que el servicio fuera muy lento . Nos sentamos con nuestros cafés y mi esposa hizo una pausa, pero luego comenzó con su sándwich mientras esperaba mi panini. ¡Ahora un panini, que ya estaba hecho, solo necesita calentamiento! ¿Cómo puede tomar más de 20 minutos? Mi esposa había terminado su sándwich y café y fue a mirar alrededor de la tienda mientras yo estaba sentado esperando mi comida, yo perseguí mi orden, al igual que un par de otras personas, yo podría entender si el lugar estaba lleno, pero no estaba particularmente ocupado .. con 3 o 4 empleados trabajando el servicio debería ser mucho mejor .. comida cuando finalmente llegó estaba bien, pero para ese momento yo ciertamente no lo estaba !

El servicio prestado es increíblemente lento. Siempre parece que hay personal fresando alrededor no hacer mucho en absoluto. Sin embargo, las colas están retrocediendo. El personal siempre tarda tanto en atender a un cliente y necesita darse cuenta de que la rapidez lo es todo.

Person in charge very rude. Slamming everything down. No please or thank you. More coffee in saucer than mug. Served her friend who was behind me first. I felt sorry for serving staff as they looked frightened of her.

First of all the staff were excellent. Good product knowledge. We bought are 4th pair of black our curtains. Quality is exceptional, would definitely recommend a visit. Plus there's a nice little eatery inside. 10/10

Pause cafe in the London road Coventry Dunelm. Fabulous value for money on the breakfast baps. Bacon baps and sausage baps so full you’ll need to cut them in half. Pots of tea and milk jugs just add that little something relaxing and always manage to get two and a bit cups of tea each from the pots. Fast, polite and friendly staff. Clean environment. Ideal for that quick pit stop or to start the day. Child friendly and believe me with three lively grandsons the young girl had the patience of a saint while she waited for the boys to decide bacon or sausage.

Fantastic shop for home and fabic but aisles are far too narrow you cannot get 2 trollies past each other let alone if your on a disability scooter this store burnt down once and i would want to be insude if it did again no fast escape route.

Always been impressed with the Pausa Coffee shops in Dunelm but sadly there are exceptions, and this is one. Helped myself to sandwiches, drink & crisps and headed to the empty counter. Only 3 tables occupied and no one else waiting so should be quick, especially as there is a board advising me the 3 names of today’s Pausa Team. Bit of noise coming from the kitchen as someone was banging pans, clattering cutlery etc. but no head popping round the counter to check the till point. I waited, waited and waited but after about 7-8 minutes, I gave up and left. Perhaps I should have left the food lying on the counter as a ‘clue’ to the fact I had been there but my better nature saw me returning the items to their shelves. Visited the toilet and on leaving, still no-one had appeared. Sorry Pausa, Costa may have been dearer but at least I was given good service.

Myself, my husband and our son visited the store and popped in for a coffee whilst shopping. We were so glad that we did! The staff were polite and super helpful. They went out of their way in making us feel welcomed. We had ordered food and coffees and our son who is disabled is unable to hold a cup and drink from it, I had forgotten to pick up a straw from the counter when making payment and the gentlemen serving, despite appearing quite busy, offered to get a straw. He came back with two different types as he thought one may have been easier for my son to use than another! Really thoughtful - this kind of service is rare. Thanks so much to the staff at Dunelm cafe - you made our day!

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to order and collect . Staff very helpful in store and helped me to transport curtains to my car as they were very heavy. Well done Dunhelm

Good service, nice food and delicious cakes, couldn't ask for anything better when having a quick stop for lunch.

It was there and available. I fancied a coffee. Staff were professional, but nothing to write home about. Coffee made the grade, but not overwhelming. Filled a gap.

I have visited this café twice and on both occasions found that the service is very slow (only one member of staff customer facing). Todays visit did not improve my impression and the cake that was served to me was dried up. Tables were not being cleared - again perhaps due to a lack of available staff.

This is a nice place to have a coffee etc whilst shopping. The staff have always been pleasant and the food it of good quality - toasted tea cakes especially.
