Costa Coffee in Coventry

Chai latte taste is bad 👎 its taste like coffee latte.

Started to visit a few months ago, slightly addicted now. While like all costa slightly expensive, coffees are a generous size, and always lovely. Service and staff are always excellent. Yeah 5 stars in every respect. Oh and those short bread bites, I'm addicted 🥰.

The pin is in the wrong place. As can be seen from the Google maps picture it is amongst residential garages! We never found the store.

Unfortunately, one of the employees named Maleha is very rude and racist, and it was the first time we saw her, I think she is a new employee.

Great location, Positive and upbeat atmosphere, very good coffee and friendly staff.🙂

It is my favorite coffee, especially Latte, but other types of coffee can also be served, such as cappuccino cortado, americano, etc. It is a pleasant atmosphere where you can have a coffee while chatting with friends or playing a game of chess

Unfortunately, I have no words of praise.. the cups are not clean enough, the spoons as well... regarding the serving, there is a young lady from India, Pakistan, to whom you order something and she serves you something else... for example, I asked for a tea of fruit and I got an English tea, another time I ordered a caffee frappe and I got a fruit frappe..so, I'm totally disappointed..

I visit this store and one other in Coventry on a weekly basis with my 18 month old daughter. Unfortunately my daughter has dietary restrictions and is a picky eater so I normally purchase her something from Greggs and then get a coffee and sandwich or cake from Costa to eat together at Costa. This has never been an issue until a week ago when a member of staff (probably new as I've not seen him there before) interrupted my lunch to abruptly tell me not to bring food from elsewhere, despite the fact I was eating food from Costa! I tried the explain the Gregg's item was for my daughter but he weren't interested. What's your suggestion my 18 month old daughter eats seperately at greggs?
