Had the brown sugar bubble milk. No brown sugar in it. Asked for some, they said they don't put brown sugar in. Challenged them why it advertises brown sugar, they then put disgusting liquid sugar into plain milk with boba. Would not recommend. Clearly don't know their products!

The food was very good, came within 10 minutes of ordering. Waiters were fast and nice. Will visit again.

I went to this restraunt for eider just a few weeks ago and we waited for a table for 8 ! The workers were talking and laughing while we stood there.. We ordered our food shortly after and we waited 2 hours for DRINKS? And 3 for food they ran out of beef and ran out of the drink I wanted my mother asked for assistance and put her hand up one server looked at us as walked away???... We ordered some tea the server said to wait 15 minutes 20 minutes or more we were waiting we asked for the tea and the waiters didn't even put it into the system or even bothered to make it for us The food was just a normal burger wasn't that special we saw 3 family's leave the place cause of how long it took and so many people complained the total was 119.87£ for what like 3 plates of rice woth chiken one chiken nuggets 2 burgers and 6 coca colas I wouldn't reccomend

Very poor service and unprofessional staff. Placed order for 9 pizza's on Thursday- they didn't provided the VAT receipt, went directly to the store and asked for receipt they said will send it through email - waited for one day and no results, tried calling the store5 time and they said will call back when the manager comes-still no response. Didn't expect such an unreasonable service from a reputed brand. Very disappointed. Planning to go directly to the store today...
