Guy on till has zero common sense, specified twice i want fake pepperoni pizza. Made me a normal pepperoni which I cant eat for religious reasons. Argued me on the phone too, im containing myself for religious reasons otherwise I wouldnt have let it go so easily. Never again

I am appalled by the service at Domino's on Gosford Road, Coventry. On 02/12/2024 at 10:53 PM, frnd placed a order for a vegan pepperoni pizza, clearly marked as such. However, was given actual pepperoni instead, which violates dietary restrictions and deeply affects religious beliefs that forbid consuming such products. This careless mistake is unacceptable and shows a lack of training or concern for customers' requirements. Such negligence not only breaches trust but also disrespects individuals' ethical or religious practices. Domino's needs to address this issue immediately and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Truly disappointing!

The o lyrics thing lacking is a wheelchair accessibility as I came with my baby in a Oram but the employees were excellent as their service was prompt

The only good thing about this place is the food, the staff were so rude. They constantly ignored me and my friends after we asked about our food that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago. They even rolled their eyes at us and just kept saying that it'll be out soon. I ordered one pizza and it took over 40 mins to arrive. I complained about there attitude towards me and all they could say was "oh". They missed a whole pizza out of a friend's order and accused us of lying. The cooks where always on their phones, or just talking to each other while orders piled up. Absolutely disgusting. Update: Visited again a year later and its not much better. Ordered a chicken wrap and received a pepperoni pizza wrap with onions, which I couldn't eat.

Well, the food is nice. The staff, is 0/10, they look at you and completely ignore you for MINUTES, LIKE 15 MINUTES unless u scream at them.

I ordered a pizza an hour and 30 minutes ago and when I called Domino's to ask what happened, they stopped the tracker, is this your system for treating your customers?

I got an extraordinary experience when I visited, during the promo season. The lady staff helped me register and placed order on ny phone, despite the huge turn up, but didn't get her name for excellent service. I finally bought big size of 13.5", sold for £23 but bought it for £5, medium for £2 and a free pack. My hands were full and day was yummy 😋. Bring another exciting promo for the Christmas period.

The staff was not friendly at all. They didn’t take my order seriously and when i got the order it was also wrong. Too much carelessness and worst customer service ever.

My personal rating would be negative 5 stars. Extremely disappointing customer service, and i am talking about the manager, not even the staff. The people doing flyers for them keep ignoring no junk mail signs and shoving litter through my postbox. I'm now reviewing companies based on my interactions with them and the people they hire to do business for them.

I called Dominos asking if any of their ingredients are halal and he said no, I tried asking another question but he immediately hung up on me. I am very disappointed and believe this was borderline racist. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

Changed from collect in store to delivery because didn’t realise the term ‘city centre’ implies a place relatively far away from the centre I would expect. Delivery was quick but by the pizza was cold as well.

Rang this place, spoke to a woman and requested for thin base please. She left the phone went away came back and said no problem you can have thin base. Pizza’s arrived thick base. This what happens when dominos hire people that cannot understand basic English or follow basic instructions. Dominos used to be good. It’s sht now.

Every single time we have ordered, delivery has taken over an hour. Several times it has been over 1.5 hours which defeats the purpose of getting pizza in the first place. Do not recommend at all. Horrendous customer service - they claim only 20 mins for delivery at point of order & then this window continues to grow to over 1 hour. No explanation offered. Shocking.

Didn't buy anything just walking past

Conveniently located in Coventry and easy accessible by conventional walking or driving. However during my experience when attempting to order on the application I was unable due to a lack of drivers, so collection was the only option. After being informed of a 10-15minute wait when in reality it was closer to 35minutes I went to collect, I recieved the incorrect pizza and my friend was forced to wait an additional 15minutes after which my pizza was cold. The staff was uncaring, rushed and upon asking for our dip we were ignored. However due to this dominos branch being open for 24 hours it is convenient for a late night meal if you have no other choice.

Bad experience, ordered a pizza and it never turned up even though app said delivered. Phoned the pizza place who said a delivery attempt was made and they had phoned, both of which did not happen. Person on other end of phone was not very helpful and when asked to cancel and for a refund one was not allowed.

The staffs are not good. Very lazy staffs.The guy from delivery didn't go upstairs to give the pizza which I have ordered. I will buy not buy from you again. And the pizza was cold.

Charged me extra , eventually they refunded the sum that they over charged. I was told the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, it took them 35 minutes for one pizza. Turns out it was ready but 3 of the staffs were busy chatting away while my fresh pizza was getting older by the minute. Just incapable staff, absolutely incompetent. I'd avoid going here if you do, expect to be waiting long then you should for your order.

Ordered 2 pizzas and after over an hour of waiting, the app was showing delivered. Called the place, the rude staff told me they have tried to deliver and now have disposed of the food. Never received any phone call or a ring on the door bell or a knock on the door. Incompetent staff, avoid.

Cheese and tomato pizza delivered which dry and cold. We sent it back for a replacement. The. Replacement came with cheese and no tomato sauce The potato wedges had black rot on them. Second time we have had a bad pizza that's gone so wrong. Wont be ordering again!

Poor delivery service, took over an hour to deliver cold pizzas, then made to wait another 30mins for replacements that were below standard. Service terrible no apology just excuses. Learnt my lesson dont order during peak hours when quality and service is terrible.

We just ordered from there now all has gone in the bin. The donner meat smells funny and the pizza looked like it had been made yesterday. Was really hurgy.. If i could give it zero I would the night manger was very rude. It was the driver mistake and when I asked his name he wouldn't give it. What was funny when I rang my phone call wasn't answered 3 different times but my friend who was sitting next to me rang got answered straight away.

The sad reality of a franchise, no matter the brand - got my two pizzas delivered, with no dip and not a single drop of the sauces they usually put on top. I guess the staff doesn't bother to read everything and just do as they please. So I basically got two plain pizzas with ham/chicken and cheese(all I requested was no tomato and added ham, so no reason for the missing sauces on top) no toppings, no sauces and on top of that I paid for a big dip sauce, which is missing as well. I previously had bad experience with that particular dominos before, which was 2 years ago and the customer service was quite horrible. I guess nothing has changed, but this is definitely the last time I'm ordering from them.

I am soo fed up. I made a order tonight (Monday 27th May 2019 at 9:45pm approx.). The driver could not find my address nor do not knock on my door at all. So the order back to the store at 120 Far Gosford Street Coventry CV1 5EA . I contacted the store they said the order went back to them and once they find another driver available they will send it back hot and wanted us to wait for up to another 30-45 mins to an hour for them to deliver our so called "hot" pizzas. When pizzas had finally arrived they were as cold as a ice which was a waste of my money. I deeply express to them how I did not wish for my children's pizza to be cold wanted them to be reasonably hot, the man on the phone said that they will be keep the pizzas hot but unfortunately it was not want I asked for at all. It not eatable- £25 wasted! I have come to conclusion that I will NOT be ordering any Dominos Pizza especially from your branch 120 Far Gosford Street Coventry CV1 5EA EVER AGAIN and recommend to other future customers who I come across that wishes to buy/eat your so called "hot" and extremely late pizzas NOT to waste their hopes and money from the Branch after this experience. I truly believe that after the order went back to the store, they were kept there for a long time than usual after when they found another driver they did not wish to gives us a fresh new order of our pizzas even knowing fully well that they were not worth selling and not what we had asked for; even though the man on the phone said that we will give you another fresh new pizzas. Overall, I am extremely disappointed.

Do not pay online at this store! I've ordered pizzas at this store multiple times and have paid cash, there were no issues. However, the last two times I paid upfront/online, the pizzas were crushed in the box and they were not the pizzas which I had ordered! On top of that, when the delivery driver handed me the pizzas (from the seat of his car), and I had realised they were crushed, he had quickly driven off! I then called the store and the member of staff I spoke to had the audacity to give me attitude. They clearly only care about taking customers' money. Quality of service and customer satisfaction is not a priority of theirs whatsoever. Do not pay online at this store!!!!!

Lady came to deliver my order.. she was struggling to open her car door and give me the pizza so I thought I’d be a gentleman and open the door for her.. she started shouting at me in the middle of the street.. strange woman .. never experienced that in UK ever. Sorry to the people at the shop 👍🏾

When my pizza Finally arrived, I saw the car pull up so I went out but then I just watched the delivery driver drive off with my pizza! After I called the store they tried to tell me that he tried to call me (I don't have a missed call, and the number they have is correct) when he came back with my pizza he couldn't show me the missed calls he suposedly made and he was so rude! I think the worst thing is the way I was spoken to by the staff. And what is truly laughable is that the food was burnt 🙈😂 I see the funny side now but, don't order from here

For the prices you offer I would expect far better service. One hour after I placed the order I called them because the tracker was showing it had been delivered which was not true. I was told the driver would be there in 5 minutes. Half an hour later I called again and was told the driver is close to my house...so waited some more...finally I cancelled the order.

The reason I give 1 star is not poor quality of the food since we did not even receive our food. We have ordered pizza at 20:30 and tried to call them from 22:00 till 23:30. Their phone number did not even work, so we called the other store. The staff kept telling us they are gonna figure out ASAP. Now 8:00 in the morning, I received refund. THANK YOU A LOT.

First time i've used this store. Pizza was very dry with less cheese and far less tomato sauce than normal. The worst dominos pizza i've had and not worth the premium price.

No longer going to order from Domino's. The prices are ridiculous when other places you can receive treble the amount for nearly half the price. Also what is the deal with the lack of cheese on the pizza's. The past 4 orders have had little to no cheese. Its got to the point where you cant really call them pizzas anymore. Save your money and go elsewhere! We will not order again.

This is the email I sent to dominos in Far Gosford Street on the 29th June 2018, I have not had any response as of yet that is why I am posting this review. To whom it may concern, I am writing to you regarding the poor service I received last night on the 28th June 2018 at 7:40pm, I purchased a pizza from your store in Far Gosford Street. After 1 hour of waiting I thought I should call the store and enquire as to where my pizza was, I was then told they were running 30 minutes behind so I told them that was fine. After a further 30minutes (1hour 30minutes) I called again to enquire where my delivery was to which I was told it was 10 - 20minutes away, I said that is fine. After another 30 minutes (2hours) I call a third time and I was told the delivery driver is almost here, which I was was not to happy about but I accepted that. Then after a final 30 minutes (2hours 30minutes) I called a fourth time to which I was told my order was cancelled as the driver could not contact me. I did not receive any calls on the contact number I provided. The door had not been knocked and the buzzer had not been pressed. They sent another order out to me and refunded the old one which I was told will take a month to appear in my account. I then paid for the second order which I received after 30minutes. In summary I am not satisfied with the service I received and the fact that I have no way to confirm that my refund has infact been refunded. I would like to know how you propose to compensate me for the terrible customer service I have recieved. If this issue is not resolved I will be putting a review on to the website and contacting Dominoes customer care. Please can you contact me at your earliest convenience using the details below ...

Quick but you don't get much for your money

Terrible deliveries i ordered mine at 12am and came 1 45 am Guess what the pizza was slightly warm but not as warm as previous ones!! When we asked for another one they said it was going to take 1 h 45 mins like the last one!! Also its not like there is traffic on the way to our house. So,Dominos if you read this change your people working at night!! Probably were extremely slow and just messing about
