Best Chinese in Coventry I travel 15 miles for my food

Used to be 5 star when we started ordering from here, how downhill has it gone. We waited over an hour and a half with 2 kids starving, phoned multiple times no promised return calls, even the driver said she is rude to everyone on the phone. She wouldn't offer any discount for being so late. Last time we order from here. The drop in stars tells you what you need to know....

Customer service shocking, I asked them to read back my order so I didn't forgot anything and she refused and hung up.

Best Chinese food ever. I always ordered chefs special chowmen and chefs special fried rice. Piping hot delivered to my door as requested. Portion wise no complaints at all. They let me down once and that be the last. But I would say must try it at least once.

Think they have changed owners (hence the name change )used to be really nice now not so much

False advertisement. In all menus PORK included.

Unfortunately after eating here the second time I got very ill due to the food.

Ordered from here the other day and found a clump of hair in my curry I dont think I've ever felt so Ill, I dont even understand how you get that much hair in someone food, it was disgusting. Put everyone straight off their food, customer service was shocking. Never ordering from here again and I'd advise no one else to either.

Rude staff no taste of food. When contacted answer is probably you never know Chinese taste...really. Better to cook food at home rather than wasting your money. Ordered yesterday never going back so stay away please.

Just found the best Chinese ever Was a bit hesitate of ordering from this place as we had one from another one in the Holbrooks area... but this place was sooo nice! Fresh hot tasty and fast delivery the price was reasonable too! Also i don't feel unhealthy after eating it all! Will be back for more!!!!

Awesome food. Great delivery drivers and staff.

The food from Yummy is always amazing! However, today we ordered from there via Just Eat and it took over 1.5 hours to be delivered, 30 minutes more that the just eat time slot! We tried to call Yummy but they weren’t answering the phone and all we got was a message saying that the message inbox is full. When the food did eventually arrive the driver was very surly and rude! No matter how fantastic the food is, no takeaway is worth a wait that long! We will consider very carefully whether to use them again in the future.

We ordered chicken chow main and was perfect. Was dry but not too dry! Highly recommend!

Disappointed. Ordered from here a few weeks back and was easily best Chinese EVER! And tonight my meal is simply vile. Literally can’t eat it through fear of getting ill. Chicken balls taste of nothing. Egg fried rice dry prawn toast over cooked. Not going to list everything.

food is always very good and the delivery not only prompt but I was treated with patience and courtesy. I had forewarned the lady taking my order that I am disabled and may take a little longer than average to answer the door..The driver asked where I would like him to put my food. I had tried to make space at my desk so I could sit in a comfortable chair instead of the wheelchair. The lovely man cleared a little more space and set my meal out for me, asking if I needed any help with opening containers, removing lids for me, watching as I went to get cutlery and standing by as I transferred from my wheelchair to an armchair. It was a chilly evening and I had been trying to light the fire but my lighter had run out of gas. As I settled myself down, he nipped back out to his vehicle to get his lighter and very soon he had found more wood and paper and had a merry blaze to turn a lonely take away dinner into a cosy firesidemeal for one . Bless him.

I really enjoyed my prawn curry but unfortunately, 7 hours later, so did the toilet of the girl that I was on my second date with. Thanks for the humiliation Yummy. Thanks.

Brought 2 of the tray meals and they were quite nice however also brought chicken balls which were gross. The batter was soft, chewy and soooo undercooked and some parts were grey where the batter was raw. Been looking for good chinese delivery for ages and still havent found one
