Lovely place, with friendly staff. I been here already several times. I like to order from this restaurant. Food is delicious and nice tasting, but price is quite expensive. Recommend it.

The Indian lady there has the worst type of service ever and shouldn’t be attending to customers whatsoever! Who does she think she is? She is there because of us so if that’s the attitude she has she should go elsewhere!

They were out of stock on beef and chicken and it seems normal after reading other reviews. Kind of a bad practice to keep cheaper ingredients to make more profits. Management should look into this if they are not purposefully doing this for profitability. Service was ok and the counter lady was very friendly

Waited over 40 minutes for two servings of noodles and only got a can of coke as compensation. My partner now has food poisoning from his egg noodles with prawns. Which part of that was bad? Don't know, so won't be going again. The staff did not seem interested in doing their jobs either.

Other than the fact that where the restaurant has glass walls where customers seat which means you can be seen by a lot of people passing by, the services is exceptional. The chef serves the food straight from the wok. For a wok based restaurant, the menu is really limited in the choices so it is ideal to pop in once in a while when you have wok cravings. Students get a student discount as well.

Absolutely a mess. Asked how long food would be told 20mins. After 40mins waiting asked for a refund said not possible as we had 1 dish of the 3. Told them give to homeless. Such bad customer service. Guy who was taking orders was slow amd lost. This is 1st review I have ever done because was so disappointed in service and told no refund. Joke of a place.

Perfect atmosphere quiet and quick service

Quite possibly the worst service and noodles I've ever had.

The Chicken Katsu with Egg Noodles Hong Kong and Hot Asia sauce is my favourite thing to order. Ahmed was really kind and very patient enough to take my order.

The food was disappointing. The containers were only half full, is this normal? On your website it states that noodles come with mix of fresh vegetables and an egg. The mix should contain broccoli, button mushrooms, spinach, onions and white cabbage. Our mixes only had cabbage and onion. Chicken in one of the boxes was impossible to find. The beef in the other tasted awful. Majority of food came lukewarm and one box was stone cold. We were force to pay extra for toppings, but we only got seeds.

The food range is better in Cardiff however quality is amazing here also 👌

Sometimes it’s really good (for the price) but sometimes is very bad, it depends entirely on the person who makes them. The last one I had the noodles were raw and had no taste, but other times it’s really delicious.

The place itself was nice. However Coventry city centre is unsafe. There was a chap high on drugs flat out outside on the pavement and as we sat at the window an elderly couple brought drugs from a peddler right outside. Exciting times. The police came with flashing lights, woke up the sleepy chap and left.

Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. As a first-time customer, I was made to feel at ease and was given great advice. Short wait time. Chicken Katsu and curry sauce with 🍄 🥦 + babycorn, tasted amazing. I will be back 🫶

Just had takeaway from here. Vegetarian noodles, absolutely disgusting, bland and flavourless. Biggest waste of money ever. Sauce is bland, no vegetables came with it even tho I paid extra for some. So disappointed will never order from here again.

Pretty good food. I have order here twice and both times the wok has been good. Quantity is enough to fill you up and price is not bad, a bit expensive but acceptable.

Joke of a service, they did not have half the things on the menu.. when I asked if they have more of it they looked annoyed. Then they started cooking the food even before I finished ordering... Because they didnt have most of the things on the menu we changed our mind and did not want to eat there.. then again they were annoyed as they started cooking the food already.. not my problem... Had wok to walk before in other cities always great but this branch was a joke

I recently tried the chicken, jasmine rice, and Szechuan combo at this food shop, and I must say, the taste was exceptional! The chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The jasmine rice complemented it beautifully, adding a fragrant touch. The Szechuan sauce provided just the right amount of kick, balancing the dish perfectly. This combo is an absolute winner for taste enthusiasts. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Some things are more important than a refund. Do not eat here, im currently up very sick from having a chicken noodles. 3 days ive been poorly!!!!

The signature wok dishes (£7) are much cheaper compared to creating your own dish (£10+ with app. four favourites) Good portions and tasty food. There is a signature vegan wok and you can also ask the staff to make your vegan when creating your own meal.

We decided to go here for lunch we wasn’t that hungry and we had a meal booked for 7pm so we decided to share the signature box we was waiting around 15min and when we asked if ours was ready they said no not yet they prioritised the web orders before ours . it wasn’t the best we have had better not very tasty we wouldn’t go back there I can see why the place was empty.

I have been here a few times and every single time there is a constant loud bleeping noise coming from an alarm box on the wall. Never stops. Why would you not get this fixed?? The food is ok but eating in is completely ruined by the noise.

Food tastes burnt, tbh it was a complete waste off money in my eyes. Wished id gone round the corner to mcds or kfc. Honestly its not worth the try at all, service was the best thing tbh, i would also have a look at getting a deep clean done around your ceilings

A friendly staff, they interact very friendly during orders and making choices. One start out as they don’t have a sauce that meets my tastebuds. Either is too sweet or too hot nothing in between, and I don’t like sweet sauce.

Me and my partner went in a couple of weeks a go as we really wanted noodles for our lunch as it was quite and no one in there we decided to eat in. We both stood waiting to be served for a good 15 minutes and both people behind the counter looked at us but carried on doing other things instead of serving in the end we gave up waiting and went elsewhere. Personally I prefer the noodle bar in west orchards at least you get served straight away.

The food is amazing, everytime i go in i get the same box and it's perfect everytime. The box is quite filling as well as tasty. Customer service is also good and the wait on the food is not too long depending on how busy the store is.

Came to wok to walk 3-2-23 as wanted to try for ages, so glad we did as the food was fantastic.we finished everything in the box,we will definitely come again

Great value for money and delicious food. Service can be slow, but overall a great restaurant to have some udon noodles.

I ordered 2 noodle meals and received only 1, which contained none of the extras I paid for. £30 for 1 box of noodles, an egg and some veggies. Absolute disgrace. If you try to call them they will -never- answer the phone.
