Ate from here the other month with my girlfriend. Ordered to only be told that one of the proteins I wanted, they didn't have. That's completely fine so I chose my sauce and they didn't have that either. Ok, frustrating, but also completely fine. During cooking, I was then also told they had no broccoli so I had to choose something else. Teriyaki sauce was very salty and not very pleasant. Not a very good substitute for the sweet and sour sauce they didn't have. A very ill stocked restaurant who's food really didn't taste that great.

Today's lunch was delicious, the service excellent, the help and explanation of the highest level from the girl who works there, the food delicious and with fresh ingredients, for several items ordered, we got a free lemonade from the lady cook. We will definitely be back.

Been here a few times and always had good service and the food is fresh and delicious. They sometimes don't have everything from the menu, but they can tailor your dish to your liking, very nice and clean place, definitely recommend

Indifferent service. Packed box mostly noodles. Recommend getting the mixed vegetables and a meat, no carb. £13.50 for rice noodles, chicken broccoli and shiitake and a small Coke. Felt this was way too much for average food.

The food arrived very late. The order went through at 21:56pm and the delivery arrived almost 1 and a half hours. Not only that, the food was cold. I'm extremely disappointed with Just eat. I phoned the restaurant and they notified me the food was waiting collection for a long time. I don't think I'll be using Just eat anymore, and I still not be promoting this positively to family and friends going forward, unless this is rectified.

Awful. Ordered 2 sets of noodles, one of them had extra ingredients in which I didn’t ask for and didn’t like, the other had missing stuff i payed extra for. Didn’t bother to ask the boys at the counter as they looked like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. Overall a bad, overpriced and disappointing experience.

The staff was friendly. We driver from Kettering to eat here, The noodles were OK, but out of 4 noodles, one of them I find bone's in chicken . Apart from that everything was OK.

Disgusting. Kid at counter eating directly from the prepped food. Poor girl doing all the wokking. Took forever. Overpriced. Dodgy goings on with another chap in and out... Family member had chicken and was sick for 3 full days after. I would never ever ever go again. Such a shame. Cov is the absolute pits. When this eatery goes, and it will cause its so bad and people vote with their feet...what then? Shame as so much potential. 😪

The Indian lady there has the worst type of service ever and shouldn’t be attending to customers whatsoever! Who does she think she is? She is there because of us so if that’s the attitude she has she should go elsewhere!

They were out of stock on beef and chicken and it seems normal after reading other reviews. Kind of a bad practice to keep cheaper ingredients to make more profits. Management should look into this if they are not purposefully doing this for profitability. Service was ok and the counter lady was very friendly

Waited over 40 minutes for two servings of noodles and only got a can of coke as compensation. My partner now has food poisoning from his egg noodles with prawns. Which part of that was bad? Don't know, so won't be going again. The staff did not seem interested in doing their jobs either.

Lovely place this is 2nd time I have come here and like last time the food never fails to amaze me. Food was exactly on point. Highly recommend this place. Staff are really nice and hospitable. Generally a good place.

Other than the fact that where the restaurant has glass walls where customers seat which means you can be seen by a lot of people passing by, the services is exceptional. The chef serves the food straight from the wok. For a wok based restaurant, the menu is really limited in the choices so it is ideal to pop in once in a while when you have wok cravings. Students get a student discount as well.

Absolutely a mess. Asked how long food would be told 20mins. After 40mins waiting asked for a refund said not possible as we had 1 dish of the 3. Told them give to homeless. Such bad customer service. Guy who was taking orders was slow amd lost. This is 1st review I have ever done because was so disappointed in service and told no refund. Joke of a place.

Perfect atmosphere quiet and quick service

Quite possibly the worst service and noodles I've ever had.

The Chicken Katsu with Egg Noodles Hong Kong and Hot Asia sauce is my favourite thing to order. Ahmed was really kind and very patient enough to take my order.

The food was disappointing. The containers were only half full, is this normal? On your website it states that noodles come with mix of fresh vegetables and an egg. The mix should contain broccoli, button mushrooms, spinach, onions and white cabbage. Our mixes only had cabbage and onion. Chicken in one of the boxes was impossible to find. The beef in the other tasted awful. Majority of food came lukewarm and one box was stone cold. We were force to pay extra for toppings, but we only got seeds.

The food range is better in Cardiff however quality is amazing here also 👌

Sometimes it’s really good (for the price) but sometimes is very bad, it depends entirely on the person who makes them. The last one I had the noodles were raw and had no taste, but other times it’s really delicious.

The place itself was nice. However Coventry city centre is unsafe. There was a chap high on drugs flat out outside on the pavement and as we sat at the window an elderly couple brought drugs from a peddler right outside. Exciting times. The police came with flashing lights, woke up the sleepy chap and left.

Staff are incredibly kind and helpful. As a first-time customer, I was made to feel at ease and was given great advice. Short wait time. Chicken Katsu and curry sauce with 🍄 🥦 + babycorn, tasted amazing. I will be back 🫶

Just had takeaway from here. Vegetarian noodles, absolutely disgusting, bland and flavourless. Biggest waste of money ever. Sauce is bland, no vegetables came with it even tho I paid extra for some. So disappointed will never order from here again.

Pretty good food. I have order here twice and both times the wok has been good. Quantity is enough to fill you up and price is not bad, a bit expensive but acceptable.

Joke of a service, they did not have half the things on the menu.. when I asked if they have more of it they looked annoyed. Then they started cooking the food even before I finished ordering... Because they didnt have most of the things on the menu we changed our mind and did not want to eat there.. then again they were annoyed as they started cooking the food already.. not my problem... Had wok to walk before in other cities always great but this branch was a joke

I recently tried the chicken, jasmine rice, and Szechuan combo at this food shop, and I must say, the taste was exceptional! The chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The jasmine rice complemented it beautifully, adding a fragrant touch. The Szechuan sauce provided just the right amount of kick, balancing the dish perfectly. This combo is an absolute winner for taste enthusiasts. I highly recommend giving it a try.
