Hair in food. Poor customer service, very limited English or communication from staff. No apology

Ran by kids who have no idea about customer service. Yawning on the phone whilst taking orders. Orders are constantly wrong. Food has no flavour at all. It's like waiting in a doctors surgery for a rubbish appointment

Very poor service and unprofessional staff. Placed order for 9 pizza's on Thursday- they didn't provided the VAT receipt, went directly to the store and asked for receipt they said will send it through email - waited for one day and no results, tried calling the store5 time and they said will call back when the manager comes-still no response. Didn't expect such an unreasonable service from a reputed brand. Very disappointed. Planning to go directly to the store today...

Used to be 5 star when we started ordering from here, how downhill has it gone. We waited over an hour and a half with 2 kids starving, phoned multiple times no promised return calls, even the driver said she is rude to everyone on the phone. She wouldn't offer any discount for being so late. Last time we order from here. The drop in stars tells you what you need to know....
