Food quality was really bad. Cold and soggy fries were served in kids meal. Fries are always prepared in advance (bulk quantity), so the quality is pathetic. Avoid fries as much as possible. Milkshakes are good

hello everyone I want to share with you all what is happening at this restaurant a lady named cristina or kristina I don't know exactly what her correct name is because she didn't have a badge with her name every time I go to this restaurant she behaves very very badly if you want to ask her something she doesn't answer you she is rude to customers i asked how long my order will take and she didn't even notice me with uber eats drivers she behaves very badly she is rude I hope something is resolved with her because if not I won't come to your restaurant it's not the first time a manager has to be polite to people I think that's nice

Popped in for a quick lunch food came hot amd staff friendly

Order through the app. Food items missing and no way to contact any one so lost money. As paid for items not even delivered how can people get a simple order so wrong. Appauled there isnt a contact number or the help section actually works. Just got sent round in circles as its a robot an doent know how to deal with complaint issues

Decent all round, stopped off for a snack whilst on a test drive. Food was right, good temperature, staff interaction was friendly and efficient. Just wish my local one could employ the same strategy

If I could give 0 stars I would, went through the drive-in and the lady who took the order was just rude. Then we waited at the window for about 10 minutes for our food and drinks which looked like it had just been thrown together. By the time I got home which is only a 5 minute drive from this restaurant my food was freezing cold and my burger had a massive hair in it. I will be avoiding this place from now on and using the other mcdonalds in Binley which I have never had these issues with

Great restaurant and great staff. However one employee in particular, Raj is very rude and needs a lesson in customer service. Multiple times he has been unprofessional now, not sure whether he just doesn’t like certain customers or hates all customers or maybe he’s having a bad year 🤷‍♂️. Might just go kfc next time

We came to the store on London road Coventry on 05/04/2025 at around 6.30. And there were a few gals sat next to our table throwing food over others. When we questioned them they started doing it more and more and even throwing sauces.. Even they started throwing sauces on our 6 yr old child as well... And seeing all this the staff just stood there doing nothing. When we approached the staff for help they just said sorry and the gals were still in the premises. This was disgusting. We came to enjoy our food in a good atmosphere which turned out to be worst experience ever. We would never come back to this place.. We hate this place now and would pass our experience to our friends and family as well. If there is a zero rating would like to give that.

Self order machine dint work, started hanging,went to another one payment machine didn't work , selected payment at counter on machine,no one was there,everyone was in the kitchen,they didnt even bother coming and checking if anyone's at the counter,,took 10 mins before I could pay and then they started preparing,really disappointed with this place

I always want to write good things about McDonalds. However, it always seems to be a different experience in every restaurant I visit. I really believe it stems from the management and how happy the employees are in that given restaurant. And that is what ultimately filters down to our own experiences. For example, this certain restaurant has been recently opened within the past 2 years. Within that time, it has gone through multiple managers and staff. The online orders are not good, from cold food, late orders, items missing, and even sometimes not delivered. I myself have experienced some of these issues. Because of that reason, I will never order online anymore. However, I went shopping at Asda, was a bit peckish, and decided to grab a quick bite to eat. It's was around lunchtime, the restaurant was very busy. I managed to find a table that somebody left messy with food on the table and floor.. before I got to the table, a lady immediately began to clean the surfaces and floor. Because it was so busy, I ordered table service. I ordered a large philly cheese stack, It was bought to me within 5 minutes! The food was well made, and the fries were the hottest I'd ever had. The coke was full to the top and even had ice. The staff were rushed off their feet with the lunchtime rush, yet still had smiles on their faces and were on top of everything. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect the efficiency and promptness of everything. A very refreshing experience and will definitely go back again. I hope this is the standards all Mcdonalds restaurant should strive to be.

The manager it’s completely not good for this job I was ordered at the table serve and I was waiting for 20 minutes for the porridge I was asking at the till and in front of me I see was lied to me waiting for the porridge and the porridge was there but this people had the head on their hands 😆plus lied to much about porridge not finishing and porridge I eating now it’s cold completely joke and also not speaking English 😂

Go there regularly after work in the mornings. Raj on the drive thru is always very happy, helpful and friendly despite the early hour. Gemma the manager is also very helpful.

Never had a problem with the food. Always nice as far as I'm concerned, although I would avoid using Uber Eats again because it's tepid by arrival time. Not MacDonald’s fault obviously. Drive thru always seems busy, so I guess they are preparing stuff fresh all the time. I prefer to go in to collect. Service is as you'd expect. Bit hit and miss in terms of getting a smile out of anyone, but nothing I'd complain about. It's fast food and the servers are busy. Atmosphere is also as you'd expect. I wouldn't actively seek out the MacDonald’s atmospheric experience, but unlike some I've been to, I've never felt uncomfortable there!

Sometimes food items are missing. This happened at least twice . Realised having driven away only to drive back

Long queue. Cash only which was ok by me,cash is still the best way to go. This is because their network went down. Just think of all the next generation who don't deal with cash.. what a world we live in... By the time we did get around the food was just ok.... You need to do better McDonald's !!!!

Ordered a full fat coke with my meal and got diet. Made manager on duty aware and was told I wouldn’t get what I’d actually ordered because I’d taken a couple of sips out of the Diet Coke. Not that big a deal in reality but absolutely no need for him to be so rude about it. Thank you for very reluctantly giving me the 12p difference back. Please work on your customer service skills.

Always been the best McDonald’s in the area, until today when we experienced the acting manager Gemma. Extremely rude, even going as far as directly insulting my wife. She should not be in that role. Won’t be attending this branch again whilst she is employed. There is never an excuse to be rude.cant comment on the food as we didn’t even get to experience it.

We visited this place on a Sunday morning when it was almost completely empty therefore it felt very clean, tidy and well-kept. There were plenty of parking spaces as well and the service was also extremely fast. There're a couple of screens for placing orders, tablets for children to play and stay entertained, good availability of different types of seats and clean toilets freely available for the customers. It's nothing different (worse or better) than any other McDonalds of this type, however, the staff seemed exceptionally engaging, friendly and helpful (the lady that was cleaning the floor gave some pencils, crayons and printed colouring sheets for our children etc.) I can recommend this place.

Quick service with the meals. Daniela was an amazing hostess & our children were kept entertained by dinosaur activities. Impeccably clean eatery & facilities.

Ordered from McDonalds Coventry Abbey Park Asda, collection point told they are out of apple pie however we could either wait for 8 mins or have a raspberry pie. Was given 2 pies as goodwill gesture, both pies were past the discard date/time, scammers!!! Close this store asap!!

BREAKFAST DEAL SCAM!!!! “Can I have a sausage and egg muffin with a cappuccino please”… proceeds to add the breakfast meal, remove the hash brown, then brazenly ask for £5.19 instead of £2.79. I have been here twice whilst the offer is been on, both times it has happened.

Nice exterior, food was hot and nice but some areas were a bit dirty, staff were pretty good for a McDonald's. Overall not bad, would recommend.

Every time I visit this place, there's always something wrong or missing from my order. How hard is it the make a plain burger with just cheese and an extra patty. You should make it that you can't get a job there unless you actually have the ability to read. I'm sick of making 2 trips just to get the original meal I asked for.

Came in to get some food waiting over 45 minutes at 1am I asked the manager on shift if he wouldn't mind having a look was then confronted by names such as "stupid boy" "idiot" etc. The manager needs immediate retraining if not sacking. Mcdonalds allowing that to happen will not be returning and telling others not to. After finally receiving my food for my order to be wrong and not changed. Absolutely shocking standards have to improve or won't last long. Tried phoning multiple times this morning to find out the store dosent even have a number you can phone.

Forget about it if you need to cancel an app order. Needed to cancel an order and three members of staff (including the on duty shift manager) walked away from me mid conversation. They advised me to cancel through the app (which had no cancellation option) and even showing them my receipt they refused to process the refund through their systems. Attempted to go through the online portal to get a refund but the virtual agent couldn't understand me and wouldn't reroute me to a human. Fortunately I paid on a credit card so I'm able to process a charge back. My only hope is that someone at corporate notices the chargeback and the staff get some remedial training in customer service

Worse MC Donalds I've been to 😡 wrong order for the start like I ordered a double big Mac and came with bacon we didn't ordered. My child didn't get the book they provided for kids. Over peppered the burgers and over cooked the chips and left it cold. Will not be coming back again due to this.

Was very worst McDonald's experience ever. Im every weekend coming here with family, we are ordering the same things. Today in my wrap not the day deal one, for normal price, was no Cesar sauce at all, those bits which is about half of tea spoon i don't count at all, when i asked Assistant Manager NAOMI to advise and emplane why, she started to argue in the rude manner that it is McDonald's standard meaning just go away with your wrap. That attitude is not acceptable at all. Im working Assistant Manager in the restaurant, was the supervisor at GREGGS and know how good customer service looks like. My advise, please, remove that person from the position as she is not suitable to work with customers and resolve the problems at all....

Cheeky little double sausage and egg McMuffin combo on a Friday morning. Easy order process in the drive through and speedy collection of food.

I was charged for something I did not order and then was called an idiot for trying to correct my order and ask for a refund, after which I was told that my order would be cancelled and they refused to serve me. Horrendous customer service from team and manager Rebecca who decided to defend her employee in the wrong, and tell me it didn't happen and then continue to disrespect me, the customer.

I ordered 2 LRG hat trick ml 1 hamburg plain got home to find 1 hamburg and 1 hat trick 1 meal wasn't in the bag so I will not be going back as they can't get it right if you go to the shop

Atrocious customer service, staff completely unbothered and don't tell you when your order is ready. They just stand around doing nothing and ignoring customers at the counter until you spot your own order just sitting behind them for ages.

Will not return have been here many times now and every time there is an issue with my order the staff do not have a clue what they are doing much training is needed every time I have been here something is either missing or incorrect!

Popped in here after doing some Guide Dog puppy training. The food was excellent, hot, well prepared and presented. The staff were friendly and helpful and we're very accepting of our guide dog puppy in training

Unpleasant and rude staff, waiting times on orders sometimes longer than 15-20mins. Even had orders stating delivered to the car when they weren't so had to go inside to get it which defeats the object or ordering to the car! The worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Just wow! Does this brunch being monitored? How the employees serving their customers because I just had a poorest customer service ever for all this years in MCDonald. Going further the brunch manager ( MEENA) and the crew trainer ( CHRIS) very unprofessional towards customers I went through drive then bought foods and Oreo and other stuff which I was not served correctly after when I rise my concern to the employee I was being ignored like just a customer then I called for manager even manager still ignored my complaint and supported her team this has to stop Do not go to this branch very poor when comes to a customer service and stuff very rude and ignorant I will say very unprofessional I wish someone or owner of this will investigate I will leave it here for now and I hope things will soon change Thank you

This is my 2nd and final time I'm ordering from this branch. 1st the fish o fillet was so soggy as if it just came out of freezer and straight into deep fry without defrosting it and then today I've ordered wrap of the day meal which was dry and hard to chew and also the fries were dry amd hard as if they were sitting in under heat for a while. Very disappointed as I'm a regular Mcdonald eater due to my night shifts. Only disappointed from this branch.

Paid for 10 rich tomato dips and manager Will or who ever name is, wouldn't give it to me. He's a racist, servers were going to add those dips in the bag but he just took them out. All foreigners avoid this McDonald's!

Probably the worse McDonalds in Coventry, in fact anywhere I've been! Terrible service, kept waiting to order, waiting to pay, then told "park over there" every single time. Poor management, dirty staff, floors and tables. Should never have been built. Do yourself a favour and go to the one in Binley by Morrison's. 5 mins drive but the food and service is far better.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with the extra cheese slice, had NO CHEESE literally just beef patty and a single gherkin. The single most depressing thing to ever happen to me.

Quick service but clumsy food. Burgers weren’t put together well and the wrap had a large hole in the side which made everything fall out.
