Very rude man ,food overpriced tasteless. They have no idea how to serve customer.Nasty behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COST !

I've been ordering from Coventry Kebab House for a while now as the quality has always been good with decent portions. We ordered from them last night and all I can say is WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! The food is still good but they have changed the menu. We used to order a large mixed kebab each for £9.80 which was great with plenty of good quality doner meat. Last night we ordered the mixed kebab as the large one had disappeared from the menu. The new mixed kebab is £10.90 and you get a lot less meat. I think the measly amount of doner meat we got was the last they had or it had just been swept off the floor. We'd made this place our regular if ever we fancied a kebab. Unfortunately the reduced quality of the doner meat and the reduced amount we got means we'll be looking for another kebab house. Such a shame as the staff are always friendly and we always enjoyed their food. I'll be deleting my online account.

I’ve been coming here for over 10years and this by far the worst food I’ve ever ate and I have never been spoken to the way the person on the phone has spoken he actually was shouting. As the chicken was pink and hard I had asked for them to collect it and I was told I can not have my money back and they are not collecting it. This food was unable to eat as it was pink would not recommend this to anyone.

Super fasy service, kind staff. Food was a bit heavy handed, meat was a bit too thickly sliced in my kebab but really good flavours

Love this place! One of the best kebab shops in Coventry. Fresh food and kebabs cooked to order. Staff are excellent, prices are good and the place has been going for decades, which says it all really! If you want a quality kebab, then come here!

Great combination kebab….. very nicely cooked, great home made chilli sauce…. Very fresh salad….. really enjoyed it…. Right up there…. Praise the Lord!

Very nice people who have a wide range of tasty foods. If they give you advice on what you should try and with what sauce you should listen! Get a chicken doner wrap with garlic sauce and watch as how you end up feeling full and are left with a very yummy flavour in your mouth after. Good value for money as well!

Cold kebab in a cold pitta bread, I wouldn't reccomend this place.

Haven't been here for a few years and usually the food is really good, but this time I had the chicken doner with salad and pita. The pita and salad was good but the chicken tasted a bit odd. Would not recommend the chicken doner kebab.

It's now 32 years since I've been coming here. The mark of any good place with longevity is consistency in taste. It simply hasn't changed (except portion size and price obviously) and is one of the few constants in life. In a fast changing world, I now view it as reassuring comfort food. I've seen the staff come and go and been on good friendly terms with many. It's a place I will always visit.

Avoid at all costs. Disgusting food kebab meat was dry and crusty no taste very bland rude and very bad mannered. Inside smells like old cooking oil and just overall S%#t food

ordering off just eat can be a gamble but hit the jackpot with coventry kebab house . driver was very patient as i sometimes take longer getting to the door because off my disability and food was brilliant

Just ordered food from Coventry Kebab house ... they forgot my salad and chilli sauce... had to chop my own and use sweet chilli.. I called three times and they dont answer... not a great experience

Wow! Asked to use the toilet which was told yes, there's no sink I there so God knows how there washing there hands, kitchen is disgusting and to top it off the over wieght lump serving tossed my change in the tin saying the bank don't except 1p and 2p which totaled probably 5p which they blatantly did the last time I checked. Food was OK but won't be returning due to the state of the kitchen they must have rats tbh.

Left a victim of a stabbing outside their "restaurant" while refusing to help him. Also the food is sub standard and over priced.

Very nice food, have been going for 15 years now. They are a little pricey though but the quality of the food warrants it.

We travel over to here from nuneaton. We were going to this kebab house over 30 years ago when we lived in coventry. It's still as good today. We'll worth the drive over there.

Worst kebab house ever. The only thing that has any taste is cheese burgers or a soft drink, I used it regular many years ago and could not rate it enough what has happened to it? Worst staff and taste less food unless you accept the chilli sauce as flavouring.

Food is always consistent, even when ordered through Uber eats. Kebab meat is delicious especially with the hummus. Good food hygiene rating too! Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Prices are a little higher than else were but paying little more for service and quality is value add.

Ordered online. What a mistake. They took the cost twice off my card. When I phoned they originally agreed that they had done so by mistake and promised to refund me. Weeks later still no refund. I phoned again and they argued that they didn’t take 2 payments. I had my bank statement clearly showing that the payment was taken twice. Our family and friends have all boycotted this place as a result. They want to really lose that much business over just £32. Sigh

Ordered £13.50 mixed special. Spat several pieces of the chicken and other meat out out, cheap meat gristly and just rank. You need to seriously raise your game. Awful.

Charged twice on my card for 1 order. The guy on the phone could see that they had mistakenly took 2 charges. I was promised that they would refund me the other charge. 3 weeks passed with no refund. I contacted them to find that they refused to refund the mistake. What a shame. I have spent so much with this takeaway. I will endeavour to put all off from paying on line. Be sure to pay on delivery people. I am currently £32 down. A lesson learnt. My family must spend in excess of £1000 a year with these guys. All that custom lost over such a small amount.

Best kebab takeaway in Coventry, really authtenic Turkish taste, very friendly staff . I've been eating from them quite long time, would recommend chicken doner or the house special kebab, salad is fresh and homemade chill sauce is that something you couldn't miss.

The food is amazing, the doner wraps are absolutely amazing. I work lates and use many off the restaurants. This is by far the best, I will recommend and continue to use myself.

To be honest i don't know about other menu, but I ordered Lamb donner, and it was not that good. I am not recommending. I think they must improve their quality. Feels like I have waste my money here.

I do not recommend pizza, dry meat, the only taste you can feel is the bitter taste of tomato concentrate ..

Very generous kebabs at a great price!

Ordered a pizza and garlic bread off Uber eats, the driver never arrived, called me and said he had been waiting for 10 minutes, whilst I has already been waiting outside for 10 minutes. I then called them for help with my order and the person on the phone was aggressive and rude, complained that I had made him wait 20 minutes and wouldn't let me get a word in when I just wanted my food. Don't order from here.

Badly injured and bleeding heavily, the victim ran into New Union Street where he first went into the Coventry Kebab House to seek assistance – only to be turned away and pointed in the direction of the nearby police station.

All frozen food priced as fresh. Fish and chips: like eating rubber fish. Definitely got this from farmfoods multipack. No fresh chips, again frozen. Kebab mediocre with no flavour. Ordered naan and got warmed pitta. All ingredients worth pennies. All in the bin. Wont eat here again.

The guy that served us was rude, when I eventually got the kebab it wasn't the kebab I'd ordered the meat wasn't in the pitta it was thrown on top of the pitta with the salad on top and the sauce on top of that so I had to pretty much get my hands covered in everything and put the kebab together myself. I used to go there many years ago..... I remember now why I stopped using this place.

Ordered today 2 large mixed kebab meals. The portion was really generous. It tasted really good. Salad was fresh and onions were really tasty. I liked that all ingredients were packaged separately so that chips don’t get soggy. Sauce was good too. Keep up the good work, we’ll be definitely ordering again.

The food was horrible I ordered for my family .. 2 pizzas and kababs kids did not like it say it tastes strange and horrible I ordered lamb kabab not cooked properly and only got three peices of lamb asked for sauce never got and salad is rubbish ... no tomotos or cucumber and don't ask for sauce as you will not get .. hubby had chicken kabab horrible three chunks and no salad. Absolutely rubbish will never return. Only went as friends recommended us waste of over £25 awful awful don't go horrible. No stars

The best food in Coventry..been going here for 20 years ..not every day lol...but regularly. Good staff polite and look after the customer's. Fresh food cooked in front of you. Great place.

Great take away. Friendly staff. Been going here now for 4 years and never had a bad experience. One of the few takeaway places to offer a mixed grill in addition to the usual fare. Generous portions and quick service has never disappointed. Generally easy to park just in front as well so convenient.

Very disappointed that when they are busy they cancel all delivery orders under 12 pounds. Also the notes are never read when I’ve been able to place an order!! Generally food is good but the staff are ignorant!!

Ordered chicken shish kebab it states that it comes with onions and peepers when it arrived there was no onions and 2 peppers when I rang to complain I was told that the peppers and onions are more money wtaf never again would I order from here at 650 for a few pieces of tasteless chicken

At first, I thought it would be like every other takeaway shops, small and somewhat delicious, but the Chicken and Lamb wrap that I ordered took me by surprise. It was really big and stuffed with chicken and lamb. I couldn't finish it so I kept it as a leftover and ate it the next day. Definitely would recommend this and worth the price.

Terrible, would not recommend. Pizzas took way longer to come than expected , and also gave us a meat pizza instead of a vegetarian one

Please do not order from here rang up to complain about my kebab I ordered a lamb kebab at a cost of just under 7 pounds what I received was 5 small pieces of lamb in a small pitta I slice of tomato and a few shredded lettuce pieces when contacting them they said every body complains contact just eat just been ripped off

Asked for hot chilli sauce as like my kebab hot and owner very patronising said home made or nothing!! Very disappointed was hungry so had no option to except home made chilli. Not hot and not enough, made my kebab very poor. Big disappointment, supply hot sauce owner please and be 5*

It's been a few year since I last visited this place and back then it was amazing. This time, not so much very VERY disappointed the mix chicken kebab had no flavour what so ever. And the lamb was just as bad. Redemption on the chips? Unfortunately not, even a simple portion of chips they could not get right. Soggy/oily undercooked. Dont waste your time. go to Istanbul at 17 the butts instead.

Joke food arrived within reason full of grease on the bags opened it to stone cold food and missing chips I paid £17 for bread never again

Was heading home on a Saturday afternoon and just fancied something quick to eat. Nice chips and deep fried chicken wings hit the spot, no hassle on a popular Uber pick up road.

Very rude delivery man! Also the price is not resealable for what they serve: one piece Kofta kebab, one piece Shish, one piece lamb chop and few pieces of Donner and chicken £9.40?!!

Tasty food but prices are a bit higher than other places. The people around the shop make the environment feel a little unsafe though. As the shop does not take card, taking cash out outside is a bit daunting.

Ok ordered my food Tuesday 9th April wow said they had been knocking my door absolute lies never delivered and took my money without delivering anything beware absolute legal gangsters

First time ordering and last! Lamb kebab meat looked like leather and tasted awful, the pitta bread looked like it had been beaten to a pulp. Cheese burger bun was soggy and cold and they forgot my chips

The Kofte are delicious, served with salad and pita bread. the pickled green chillies are the best. The lamb sheesh is a little chewy; could be a problem for some, but delicious. A great eat out/ take away option when in a hurry. Situated in the city centre. Roadside parking subject to availability.

Avoid!!! Coventry Kebab House Avoid!!! Today I found sharp piece of metal in chicken kebab meat. The owner don't care he told me what I can do. You can replace old kebab machine.

Superb kebabs from here, between here and Istanbul for me in terms of the best kebabs in Coventry. Lots of variety from, chicken, lamb, pork etc. Loads of flavour from the pre prepared marinated skewers of meat that is cooked in front of you.
