Glad I found these... food is great.

Ordered the food was good. Wanted it for 8 gor it at 8.20. Had to warm it back up.

Wow first time ordering from this place and I must say food was delicious definitely recommended. Portion size is big as well

asked for a 3 in 1 chicken and curry sauce and i got a tray of rice an chips ( chips were hard, and the rice was dry)

Dry cbowmen couldnt eat it an ribs hard and dry

It's all about the food and that is too variable, I've had both good and less good, yesterday was less good. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Very disappointing! Food arrived cold. Noodles were over cooked and the crispy chicken was soft not Crispy and veg had no flavour. Curry was too thick and powdery and the ribs were all fat no meat. The only part of the meal that was edible were the chips and bbq sauce. Total waste of money in my opinion.

Ordered here tonight instead of my local jade garden rice chips curry sauce all tasted so bland disgusting curry sauce was thick and clumpy won’t be ordering again jade garden slaps over this way better quality turn the other way to add to it my food was also luke warm and I collected no excuse.

I orderd mushroom curry and rice. It was horrible. When I took the lid off it was set in the tub. It had obvious been frozen. The mushrooms were not fresh neither the onions. The whole curry was horrible I had to chuck it away. Recently jade palace Coventry has gone down hill. I will not use again!

My partner usually has a takeaway every other Friday and as yet I've only heard her say how much she enjoys her Friday treat so all good

I fancied a lovely Chinese for my tea but I never got that because the silly cow didn't answer the phone it went to somebodys voice mail I phoneed them 3 times

I just had an order costing £35, im very disappointed, mostly went in the bin. The food had a funny tang, the sauces were very thick and the chow mein didn't look cooked properly.

Ordered chowmein said no prawns as I’m allergic got home prawns in it , when I phoned got called a liar said Theres no prawns in it ?? Said would email Them pics but nothing ,, bring it back they will check , not helpful when on the way to work

Normally love the food from here, great service, great delivery times and great food. Today found a big piece of plastic in my chicken, and small pieces of plastic through out my meal; very disappointed as I normally love the food.

The salt and pepper chicken consists of nothing, just crispy batter with no meat, the chow mein’s don’t have much meat in them either. Really poor

Answered the phone, said nothing then hung up on me! Hire more people if you are too busy.

Really disappointed with our takeaway! Rice was mushy and overcooked and the chicken was like jelly, must be that cheap reconstituted stuff. Wouldn’t use this takeaway again and wouldn’t recommend.

the experience was most definitely 5 star from start to finish, i have been going here for many years now and the customer service is always lovely, i always call through my order and speak to a lovely girl who is very polite. the food is piping hot and very tasty. CANT FAULT IT!

Jade palace is a friendly place, the food is outstanding my only Chinese I will go to! I drive 20 mins just to get there to get my food and when I get home after 40 minutes of driving it’s still piping hot! Best Chinese if you ask me !

The food is amazing! Never had a bad dish from here. Always speedy collection times, and such friendly staff, always willing to help and open the door for me if my hands are full. Will never go anywhere else now.

Best chicken balls, curry sauce and salt and chilli chips I’ve ever had! Only Chinese I’ll use. Waiting times are worth it for the tasty dishes. Very busy Chinese takeaway, and rightly so, it’s delicious!

Always had a great experience from jade Palace but ordered the past couple of times hasn't been great.. the delivery driver got lost telling me he's in the right place for at least 15 minutes with him not being in the right place. My food was absolutely freezing and jade palace wouldn't do nothing about it like you can just reheat it. Joke and offer 20% discount ill be going back to lucky star much better customer service and sort problems out if needed. Come get your cold food huns.

Ordered dinner tonight from this Chinese restaurant.Delivery was on time and food quality was okay with generous Portion. Items Ordered: 1.Ocean Star Seafood Combo(Good) 2.Meat feast in Thai Sauce (Good) 3. Regular Roast Pork Curry(Average),added egg fried rice with Thai Green curry flavor Pocket pinch: 20£ approximately 🙂

Bought a chicken chow mein at 6pm on Monday 3rd Jan 2022. It was absolutely delicious, the best one yet.

My experience of this so called establishment was absolutely shocking 🤯. I ordered my relatively simple meal from one of the inexperienced girls over the phone 10 minutes before I paid instore only to have wait another HALF AN HOUR INSIDE. They kept saying only another 5 minutes but the only reason I didn't kick up a fuss was because it wasn't entirely my order and also the way they were smirking on counter and in the back was enough to resist them putting "not so delights" in the mix. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. BTW. The food is moderately nice after all that

I’ve been using Jade Palace for years, Lovely food.sometimes have to wait a little longer for delivery but that’s what you expect from a popular Chinese! Collection is always quick and ready for the time they say.

This place has gone down load in the last year. 85mins wait only to not turn up, When I called they say it will be another 30mins. Didn't want to help and said it's not there problem. Would advise everyone to stay away from them, I will be using another Chinese from now on Do not recommend 1* is to high a rating

This was my first visit to this Chinese Takeaway. It was very clean and the staff were friendly. Having placed an order it was only about a 10 minute wait before the food was ready. Very efficient service and I would certainly recommend a visit.

I have ordered food from here for years, the driver had to phone for my address. Waited over one and half hours came warm so had to heat up as jade palace is only 10mins away, chicken curry not like it was, very thick and tasteless . They have either changed chef's or there proud the chow mein very dry, sorry jade palace but wont be back again

Just been tonight, they got the order wrong, found out when removed the lid when I got back home. Took the food back! They gave me my original order, not very hot, the chicken dish wasn’t what I ordered. Very blend, I won’t ever be going back!!!…. Waste of money. I’ve been using them of over two years now. They gave me free pawn crackers!

This place is no where near as good as it used to be. Tonight my delivery is 40 mins late. Previous order had one dish missing. Hong Kong style chicken is chewy and horrible. Won't be giving these any more chances!

Staff are miserable from the moment the phone is answered, long waiting time on food which is very likely to be wrong. Food has definitely gone downhill and the attitude is worse.

Ordered food for specifically for 7:15pm and it came half an hour early.. The food has gone down hill massively, dry and tastless. This use to be our regular but going to go elsewhere as had far too many bad meals from here. Really disappointing!

Awful experience being inside the shop. (Boss) chinese lady arguing with the staff. Young lad behind the counter doing his best. Indian bloke followed me out and apologized about it all. Called the (boss) over and all she did was wave goodbye. Awful customer service and the food is awful. Dont go there.

AWFUL, will not be using this restaurant again, I placed the order at 6pm I didn’t receive food till 7.49pm the whole order was cold food tasted like it had been sitting there all day! When I called up to discuss this they were very rude I was fobbed off told nothing could be done as I had eaten some of it but how could I have known how awful it was until I eat some of it! Shocking no apology either, no customer service experience what so ever!

1st Chinese takeaway in 6 months so ordered all my favourites. Chicken dishes tasted all the same. Shreaded beef was terrible. All the food was cold and tasteless. Never will go there again

Best chinese in Coventry! The menu is so varied, and now you can even get half portions of dishes which is great for when theres only a couple of you. Best for quality, we've been going for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

After driving over 200 miles decided to get a delivery even though I live 5 mins away I was exhausted....waited 90 minutes even though website states 55 to 60 mins for delivery ...when I rang to.check on order and offer to come and collect told it was with delivery driver ....waited half an hour for something that should have take less than 10 mins.... food cold...the flavour is always good but not as nice when it's cold...WILL NOT BE USING DELIVERY AGAIN

Food took a an hour and a half to be delivered mot the first time either, it was cold therfore the sauces went thick then to realise not all my order was correct Will Never use these again.

Used to be great but after the third time in a row of the food being over a hour late to ring not be able to get through for ages and be told it hasn't left yet

Very disappointed ordered food at 6pm and still no delivery, only live in meredith road. Phoned at 8pm.tomd.45 mins then rang back told another 45 minutes. This was an online order, utter joke and order regularly from here. If so busy should not offer online orders. Only live on meredith road and a take away should not take this long.

Unfortunately my order which was placed at 6.20 didn't arrive until 9.50 . I understand how busy they can get but this wait is unacceptable. By this time I was stressed and didn't enjoy the food . This has spoilt my evening and my families ( we don't often get to enjoy an evening together as son lives far away !) I am very disappointed

Usually their food was amazing, but a few days ago we ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, lemon chicken, salt and chilli chicken, and chips with curry sauce. The chips were lukewarm and the sauce was dribbled on them making a slimy clump. The lemon chicken was soggy and lukewarm, and sweet and sour chicken balls were pinkish in the middle. The order also came half an hour early when we picked a selected time slot, which would've been fine but we just got home then and almost missed it. I emailed them about it on the same night, but unsurprisingly received no email. Not ordering from there again for a long while.

I had a delivery paid online then the driver sid I hadn't paid demanded money before handing over food said it wasn't stamped paid him more had to run after him while getting up my email saying I paid online cheeky I think it costs enough you don't expect that rang them and not even a refund or money back for the trouble or inconvenience having to chance him down I'm discdaced never again rang to report no money back in my bank!!!!!! Have used this place for 5 years nearly and oh my gosh was it amazing the spare ribs 6 in a portion well sized amazing chow mein fresh beautiful curries amazing etc however in the last year 4 ribs but price is the same!! Food hot but not fresh cleay pre cooked and reheated to within an inch of it being unedible unfortunately can't really understand the sudden change but won't be spending money there anymore

Ive been living next door to this place for 20 years and I've never had issue with the chips or the curry sauce the other day i ordered chips and curry sauce in the evening because i cba to cook and when i got them home the chips were hard as i know there is no point in taking them back because the manager is rude and has 0 customer service skills and it had closed by the time id got home. The old owner was a great and it was a decent chinese but everyone i know who used it says its gone right down hill i would now not recomend it to anyone avoid like you would the plague

Our local Chinese and the food is very good. Decent price for good sized portions, fast service and generally great service all round.

If you leave with the correct order *congratulations*, chicken pre cooked then heated until completely dried up and rubbery, little care or pride evident in either the service or the food. It's a shame because I remember the last owners many years ago and it WAS wonderful. So much unrealized potential it's sad. The last straw, will take my money elsewhere in the future!
