The best pizza place in Coventry they sell quality food they will never let you down with service and the place is nice and clean

I've used Torino's delivery service for 3-4 months now. Apart from my waistline the service has been A+. I've seen the image someone posted of the litter on the pavement outside the shop. Unfortunately, this could be anywhere in Coventry. I've only just moved to the area and the first thing I noticed was the litter and general dereliction of the City. Local Council issue, not the local people or traders who deserve better. Anyway, great service, polite staff, food is top notch. Hard to believe you can get a 12 inch pizza for £10.99! Ordering through the website is a seamless experience. Brilliant. Keep up the good work guys

Ordering food from Torino pizza-coventry is like playing russian roulette. 1. Food is good and within 45 mins. 2. Pizza base burnt and cold. 3. Items missing from order. 4. Wait more time for missing item. 5. Wrong item in box 6. Order takes over 45 mins. So game / ordering over.

Had a delivery driver swear and issue abuse in front of my grandchildren. Enraged I followed into torinos who didn't seem to have an issue with it.

Ordered the lamb kebab and chicken tikka kebab, both excellent. Shop was busy but service was fast. Would recommend.

I’ve used this place for years and it’s the best pizza shop in Coventry, the toppings are always generous and that staff care sways fantastic when I’m in store.

Went to order some food tonight and the people working in turinos keeps us out and said we wasn't allowed to stay in there were no signs stating that we wasn't allowed in the pizza was disgusting never ordering from there again there staff are very rude and they probably won't get a talking to

The pizzas & the donner meat are delish! I’m quite picky with where I eat but the food is always nice here and they provide a quick delivery service.

We stayed in Ramda and were looking for halal restaurants. Found this infront of hotel. We enjoyed broast from this shop which was tasty and rightly priced

The food has absolutely no taste and not cooked well. Maybe if I was under the influence of alcohol it might have tasted better. Gave me a stomach ache for past couple of days.

After the staff helpfully confirmed that the dough was egg and dairy free I enjoyed a large pizza with a good texture and packed with plenty of tasty vegetables.

The pizza here is good, not amazing, but for value the place is excellent. The two large pizzas, garlic bread, fries, drink and dips option for around £16 is easily enough to feed 4 adults. Delivery times are usually perfectly acceptable.

Waited fifteen minutes for three portions of chicken and chips while a group of lads who were eating food were given there second part of the order to take away..If the person serving me thinks trying to be funny and crack jokes will keep me as a customer... Then unfortunately he is a fool and a fool he is..

Would you buy pizza from a takeaway with this rubbish right next to the front door? The potential for vermin to be attracted is greatly increased by this sort of thing. The business should do more to keep the immediate area clean and tidy!

fast-foods avec un large choix de pizza, hamburger, poulet etc..., une nourriture orientale. Nourriture saine et fraîche et de plus très correct à des prix dérisoires.Personnels très serviable et sympathique.

Felt a bit peckish and fancied a kebab whilst out and about so popped into Torinos... Not the most flashiest place i've been to but good service and a nice kebab!!

Food was awful. Pizza went in the bin and chips were soggy. Also delivery driver had attitude problem because he couldn't locate our address.

Not happy at all! Food is lovely but then again how would you know when everything you have ordered and paid for hasn't been delievered, this isn't the first time either. you try and ring to complain but they don't answer. I order from here a lot and this is the last time I do.

Order food about 12am decided to try somewhere I haven't been before the order was accepted and said to be delivered by 1:10am it comes to 1:30am and still no food tried phoning to see where the food was and no one was answering then look to see and it said t was delivered and now closed, worst service I have received never offering from this place again

We ordered from here a few times and every time the pizza base had been soggy. Even tho we have asked them to cook it properly they have said they can't because it will burn the whole pizza and also the chips are really soggy and cold

Ordered takeaway took 20 minutes longer then was meant too, asked for 1.75l of Coca Cola to then be given tescos own brand Coke what a joke food was cold and tasted like watermelon I use these morons a lot but lately the service has gone to droppings

Food was really great, good value for money on the portion sizes too. Delivery instructions weren't read but other than that the delivery driver was reasonably polite.

First and last time I will order from this takeaway company. Placed order, received phone call an item not available, received order and 2 items ordered not arrived, called the takeaway who then said they will deliver them asap, received order with 1 incorrect size drink and 2 wraps instead of just 1 ordered. Food did not taste good at all and a lot of food left over as a result! Not pleased and will stick with papa johns pizza in future!

Can I just say how brilliant this restaurant is, was a mix up with the order but because of this I was given a lot of free bits and a very sincere apology from the manager himself, order from here a lot and the food is always above standards! Deffo reccomend x

We always order from here, but last night was appalling order was wrong and when we rang to sort it out they were very rude, after finally agreeing to sort it out they took another 1.5 hours to deliver for the second time.

The delivery was a little late but the piri piri chicken was neither extra hot as requested or flavoured very well at all and just tasted like normal barbecued chicken. Also the piri piri chicken burger had chicken tikka in rather than piri piri chicken. Very disappointed as normally these are good!

Food was hot, coke was cold and the fries were on point. Food arrived promptly and the delivery guy was very professional.

I used Torino pizza couple of times since it's opened. Food is good but not the best maybe. Staff have no clue what customer service means. Just random people working. Sometimes found it very rude. Mostly they talking each other in foreign language while serving customers it's sound really bad.

The chicken tikka pizza was very nice however the fish masala is vile it was burnt and dry chicken wraps were nice cheeseburger tasted but odd tasted like something had fallen on it like a chemical taste pizzas I would definatly recommend

The coleslaw was missing, but the pizzas were really good and the garlic bread too, I strongly advice the latter!

The shop actually is near my place. The taste always good! I love it! But this is the first time I try to order from online. Takes a long time to delivery and it was late! Service sucks! Attitude not good! And charged like it supposed to, but it claims free delivery.

Right where to start the chips we ordered was soggy burnt boxes where has been to near the the heat. One of the pizzas was burnt. Delivery time was a joke way over what it should of been. A vile place! The lads that work there pick their Noses etc. I had to walk out!!! Honestly to stand there infront of costomers doing that......

Order was delivered within 40mins which is pretty good for a Saturday night. Food was hot. Only issue would be their seafood pizza has A LOT of anchovie on it, almost like a paste base. Reduce that and the pizza would have been perfect. I will definitely use again, just not for a seafood pizza.
