Waited 20 mins for a small order, asked for a dip for the wait and got told to pay 30p. No customer service at all, rude staff.

WARNING. BE very careful if you have diet restrictions. I ordered a VEGAN chicken and mushroom pie and was given a potato,CHEESE and onion pie instead without asking me. I only noticed once I got into it and it didn't taste right. Thankfully I don't have a dairy allergy. I spoke to a member of staff about it and was then told they didn't have the other pie but they didn't seem bothered. I didn't want to cause a fuss and I didn't have much time and I was hungry so just took out the rest of the filling, ate the pastry and chips and left. I won't be going back here.

Food is great and delicious. Staff are very welcoming and food is a good value for money.

This restaurant used to be my favourite hot pot place. Don’t know what happened, they changed the menu completely. The fried dishes are still delicious don’t get me wrong. However, we went there yesterday and ordered hotpot. It was such a big disappointment. Firstly, the pot was gross. Secondly, I ordered food on skewers ( they are normally £2 per skewers), but I got served in dishes instead. Thirdly, food is not fresh at all. You can tell all vegs have been frozen for ages. Then the waitress gave me two bills, the first one was £85 then the second one was £78. The amount of money they charged me , I would just go to happy lamb which is much cheaper and nice food. I told the boss I am not going to pay this for the food I got ( because the prices was different with the menu they gave me and most of food are not fresh) . Lucky, the boss was quite nice, he said sorry and only asked me to pay for half of the bill.

Food was excellent. We had shusi and snacks. Tofu steak was weird looking but very tasty. Not as much dinning place but quick lunch or take away is what this is for. Definitely coming back again.

Terrible food.bad mannered manager needs to be tought people skills.if I could give it minus stars I would give minus five.will never go in again and I have noticed when I’ve passed the cafe it is almost empty

Me and my boyfriend ordered online and although there was an issue with our order Shazia was kind and helpful making the whole experience a lot nicer! This has been the only issue we have ever had and it was handled incredibly. Love ordering from here, would recommend :)
