stale bread every time. Pretty sure they're using up stale bread from days before. So little cheese. so little salad. they're so frugal with their toppings you only get 1/4 of what you've paid for. The staff are polite tho.

food not delivered. no contact from either subway or delivery driver.

Put ham on wrong sandwich and warmed up sandwiches when not asked.

when it comes to night orders.. it seems the order is never noted properly. it's like ordering milk shake and there is no milk in it. please be careful when you order. don't dream about the food you order. quality of preparing food is like, even if you wish to make worst food in.. you can't make it worse than this order

Deliver stole my food! I'm a pregnant women and ordered food to be delievered to my office. The site put wrong address in and driver blamed me. Ended our call and marked food as delivered and basically stole my food. Had to put 1 star on food but I don't actually know if was good or bad

I had a great experience at Subway recently. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. The place itself is spacious, with plenty of seating where you can relax and enjoy your meal with friends. It’s a perfect spot to hang out and grab a bite. Highly recommend!

Friendly and a great service, it's more about who is taking the order I think. Different people different service, but one of the blokes here does a great job consistently

Never order on Uber eats NEVER!!!! I ordered footlong ham and cheese a chicken tikka wrap the footlonf had 8 pieces of sweetcorn 5 pieces of lettuce and forgot the mayo The chicken tikka wrap they forgot all salad I paid over 7 pound for the ham footlong and it was bread and ham disgusting total rip off clesrly staff don’t give a toss about making food correctly because when using delivery apps you can’t say anything.

Order was half wrong, we got a meatball marinara instead of Tuna. I used to use this Subway a lot but I won't anymore if this is going to happen

Really disappointed that both the wrap and the sub had been toasted when I did not ask for them to be. It resulted in the sub being very crusty and the wrap soaking in the salami juice/fat leaking out.

Twice in week I ordered online for specific time but order wasn’t even ready when I went shop told the guy I ordered collection order he checked his computer he’s goes he didn’t get any notification of order and start make then asked what’s the point ordering online if have to stand in que and wait again for my order he’s said sorry and today 29/09/23 I ordered online for 8.45pm I went shop by 8.50pm as soon they saw me that’s when they start making order I asked the guy what’s the point ordering online if I have wait 10mins again even though I ordered while the guy start argue with saying can’t you see the que we really busy I said if your busy stop taking orders and he said complaint to management if I got problem he can’t do nothing about and the guy was serving me he wasn’t even working there he said he’s helping her friend out I’m sure legally you can’t not serve or help your friend if your not employed by subway health and safety reason and very poor service by that guy who wasn’t even employed there

Food was a mess,not cut in half and mayo everywhere very disappointed with subway, driver seemed to take the long way round to the house

Possibly the worst subway I have ever had and I have had my fair share. First there was no signal in the shop so had to keep going outside as I needed to use the app. The bread was stale, veggie patties were on a diet, I.e. very slim and cut into four pieces and didn't have much taste to them. Salad was average and hardly any sauce was put onto the pattie which made it extremly dry, especially considering the bread was very stale. I was still hungry after eating a footlong which was a first for me.

Sadly he sauce was missing from my salad. Everything else was fab!

Went in to get a great goddess salad, no hello or any sort of greeting. She started preparing the food, and I asked for extra salad and she didn’t even acknowledge my request the first time, as she had AirPods in and wasn’t paying attention. Not only is this unsanitary, but the food wasn’t even given properly, only a small amount of chicken that’s already in the salad , then this was even reduced to literally 2-3 tiny pieces? I have been to many subways and this one has been the worst customer service and the quantity was reduced than it normally is. Will not be returning. Sort it out.

Missed eating on my lunch break because of incorrect times, then when it did eventually turn up it was still telling me the Courier was still at the restaurant?

My order was changed to collection and collected by someone that was not me and a refund was refused, the worst service ever.

I orderd a ft long meatball sub, where they wrote on my receipt they have ran out, they gave me a 6 inch with 2 meat balls and no sauce with salad.

The Nachos had no cheese on it and the order asked for extra jalapeños and it didn't have any.

Went to get a sandwich at lunch, and I was happy to pay extra for salad and sauce in my sandwich. Instead I was repeatedly told off for wanting to add salad as if I was a child, to a sandwich that I’m going to eat and pay for. If your having a bad day stay at home instead of taking it out on your customers. Why are you getting annoyed at me for wanting to add and pay for lettuce in my sandwich. Please make it make sense???

Usually ordering from here it's great but today I ordered a few Macadamia & White Choc cookies, got dark chocolate ones instead. And drinks instead of Tropicana I got Tango. Rather would have had my order cancelled than receive stuff I do not want. Will be requesting a refund.

Some silly people working there. Didnt say hello but asked if im paying with subway points or card? Then he said ‘cause you used points COUPLE WEEKS ago’ ?? I got these points from buying meals from your own subway. Mad thing is i didnt have points cause i used them ‘couple weeks’ ago. If you had better customer service, then maybe points wouldn’t make you go out of business.

Ordered at lunchtime for 7:30pm delivery. Phones store after nearly 1 and a half to ask about order and about cancelling. They said they have no drivers and put the phone down on me. Order arrived at 8:50pm

I am allergic to tomatoes and there were tomatoes in my veggie wrap. Please be careful next time. My order didn't have tomatoes on it. Lucky I noticed them.

I ordered two 6 inch subs which were ok but must say expensive comparing to the size of it. I also ordered large crinkle wedges which were a joke. We literally had a few small wedges. For £3.49 I was expecting that we could share it and it would be LARGE. If I would ordered a small one I guess we would just get an empty box.
