KFC Coventry - West Orchard Shopping Centre in Coventry

Waited 20 mins for a small order, asked for a dip for the wait and got told to pay 30p. No customer service at all, rude staff.

Chicken is often very greasy and very slow service. Chicken was a little pink and when raised the manger said its the batter.

In time 4:55 , I ordered chicken wings and it was there, and the cashier lady said that it was finished and don't have a more, and I was returning when the lady turned to another colleague and they were repeating my order to each other with a mocking attitude and were really laughing. I feel sorry for the owner of this business who uses incompetent and untrained people in sales

The customer service isnt the best as they do not ask, just rush orders and keep saying the system can't scan the rewards, which is requirement by the KFC however at the start of the order process, they did scan the app but not the rewards so it's been an issue everytime with this.

Waited over 10 mins queue, when i got to the front the guy serving just turned his back & started doing other stuff. Left me stood at counter for another 5 mins. So queuing for over 15 mins to get food that was fisapointing even by the low standards of kfc. Would recommend searching bins oytside for food rather than here, its quicker & better service & food would be just as good

Cold food nothing fresh. Half a packet of chips two chicken drumsticks and a tiny wing that had been hanging around until the crumb had gone very dark and fell off as chicken had shrank - absolutely rank not recommended

20 minute wait for warmish dry food. Not good. To bump all tickets off the screen and to forget. Go to cross cheaping instead.

Good value and foid though people seem to be in a rush / come across rude.

Tables were extremely dirty and the service was very very slow I have to wait 25 minutes just to make an order

Not the worst KFC in Coventry but not the best either.

I've eaten here numerous times over the years and it is one of the very few KFC branches that serve hot, properly cooked chips. The staff are friendly and the chicken and other items on the menu are the usual KFC quality.

Not organised and rushed by staff

I got a fully loaded meal the frys where horrible still had the skin on amd some where black inside. The gravy was watery and the chicken fillet burger was thin and wasn't lime they used to be. I left feeling hungry 🤨

Staff were polite but the food was not nice at all.

Not happy found contamination in drink

Got my order completely wrong, didn't add things that were supposed to be, and didn't offer to add them after the fact

Much better service than mc d the city cafe is over two floors with lots of steps not really suitable for wheelchairs .fast tasty food served quickly fair sized portions. At fair prices The only gripe I personally have is the coffee which is served at the same temperature as the sun ( very very hot)

There is 2 or 3 in Coventry. The one in the mall is the better one in the centre. Foods always been class. Drinks are always nice there to.

Disappointed in my purchase at lunchtime today, at 2.30 approx. Chicken was dried up and had obviously been sitting around too long. It was so old, I suspect it could have been Pterodactyl! I'm a big KFC fan and today's experience was off-putting. Staff were nice though. Smiled at they served me garbage.

Got order wrong again sure they can not count as we are always left 2 to 3 peaces short on the order we ordered 8 hot wings to go with the meal and left with 5 will not be back waste of time and money

The chicken is not tasty as it use to be.

Ordered family bucket and chicken tower. chicken was very nice and freshly cooked,fries so nice and crispy. Ladies over the counter were so polite,nice and helpful.great job 👍

Again another premises with this franchise didn't sell coffee or any other hot drink. Is this a new trend for KFC?. I also had change the fries, were lukewarm and soft. Not impressed.

I didnt like the behavior of the girl who take my order here. Food was ok but i have been to other kfc's and this one wasn't that good. But if u doesn't compare then its good to eat..

KFC was ok burger was cooked great was asked several times if I wanted large after saying no multiple times i was looked at funny staff not very happy smiley they all looked miserable good food though

Kfc seem to have changed their fries.

The chicken and the fries tastes like sweet corn and the excess of oil on the fries and wings is way to much.

The tables are a bit dirty when you arrive so you have to wait for the cleaners to come to clean it.

Staff were very rude to me. They grabbed me aswell

Nice cookie and fast service .

Had to wait a few minutes while they finished cooking items but food was delicious and hot which is rare these days when you go in near closing time as often they just seem to dregs and leftovers.

Great for a treat good choice in the menu, something for everyone to enjoy.

Very chaotic and hard to find somewhere to sit at peak times. The food was hot but we ordered a large popcorn chicken meal, only to be given a large popcorn chicken, but a small chips and drink?! They wouldn’t give us a receipt and we questioned them when they first put the drink down and just ignored us

Rah it's a madness obviously I got that double bucket deal ygm it was bare peng but let's not lie they're a bit stingy with the moist towelettes so imma give it 4 stars for now cause 1 towelette per person ain't gonna run especially after destroying like 6 chickens and a couple wings ygm.
