McDonald's Coventry- Alvis Retail Park. in Coventry

Decently good, but the atmosphere always feels tense no matter what time of day it is. It’s usually messy after 10pm, when the teens start to pile in. Staff don’t clean as much as they should, there’s usually leftover rubbish on the tables. Overall, it’s okay. I occasionally eat here as I live around the corner, so it’s an alright place for a quick meal, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like awkward vibes.

absolute worst McDonald’s in the city staff spend more time stood around chatting then actually doing any work and orders never seem to be correct or for the better part warm I know we all expect McDonald’s to To be subpar however I do expect to at least get my full order and for it to arrive in a reasonable time ordered a meal after an day of work The other day and it took over an hour to arrive. AVOID AVOID AVOID

They were very busy last night (you could tell it was payday 😀) Ordered drive through and the food was still hot when we got home. Staff always seem friendly and polite and endeavour to get you on your way quickly with your order.

Absolutely amazing!!!! The new ‘McRib’ is a must have Small restaurant that need a bit more traction amazing cheap quality food and drink!

ordered £10 burger n fries meal came late with one burger no fries they won't answer phone waste of money and time

First don’t bother with McRib cus they are nothing like the original they are disgusting. Second the barbecue dips you pour yourself had cleaning products in it. I reported it and the staff couldn’t care less. I had to repeat report to manager to get anything done. I will be reporting to local authorities as it seems they are happy to poison people. Won’t be going back.

my delivery has not arrived yet. nearly 2 hours after we were told it would arrive. so now can you reorder it, as it would be cold by now and the milkshakes would of melted. I'm so not happy as the delivery boy would of passed our door at least twice. we are just across the road from the Premier Inn.

Who is in charge of checking the bags to make sure all item are there before being sent out for delivery. Always an item missing. Sort it out

The new layout is nice. Tables are always cleaned by the lovely floor stuff. Food is always hot and if there are problems it is sorted straight away. The only downfall is trying to pay by cash takes a while for someone to serve you on the till. The toilets are very clean. Better now than before

To be honest food was cold don't mind sometimes if it's even warm but not on this occasion

Good service. Better layout now it has been brought up to date and a better divide between those eating and those there to pick up food.

Completely wrong order delivered. Customer services won’t help as I didn’t take a photo. Not sure why I would make up that I got the wrong order especially when I stated the order I did receive would have been much more expensive than the one I actually ordered but unsuitable for my little girl who is who I ordered the happy meal for.

Had an Uber eats delivery ordered multiple items including a chicken Big Mac thought I had one ! As the box was for a chicken Big Mac but had a beef Big Mac and I have an intolerance to beef so had to put it in the bin !!! Uber eats said contact you and I have no response !

There's is nothing fast food about this place. The drive thru is woeful, this my local mcdonalds & I can't remember the last time I wasn't told to park & end up waiting over 10-15mins for my order!

Since a recent refit, it's now heavily focused on self service with just a small area to collect orders placed online or the in-store touch screens. I wouldn't say this is progress

Fries weren’t cooked so couldn’t be eaten. Items missing from order (drink) and some items sent weren’t ordered! Took very long time to arrive, particularly as they had clearly just been sitting around as everything was stone cold. Nice refurbished restaurant, shame service hasn’t improved!!

Every time I order from this Mac Donald’s, the food is either cold or items missing.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. 2 burgers and 2 fries didn’t even turn up and after I had to leave my child’s birthday party to complain they told me they couldn’t give me my missing food or refund me. Absolute shambles of a place. Well I don’t even want to start on the LARGE fries I ordered. I will never ever be returning ever!

absolutely disgusting! my entire order was freezing cold hard and stale. no sauces either. every single time I order from this store its always horrendous, its the closest store to my house but the food is always of a much higher standard if I order from the city centre store which is further away. absolute waste of £14, and everyone's time!

It was very clean and had a lot of spots to park. Staffs was pretty nice. However the food is not the best. Food was cold, missing sauces and straws, drinks were only filled to three-quarters full. Anyone thinking of going to this McDonalds I suggest you to go to other ones in Coventry.
