Food was cold and missing items but delivery was super!

They are ordinary Robbers, I have payd for 2 chicken select, and received just one…the order number 1909

Arrived as ordered, hot and very tasty

1h30 to order and deliver macdonalds. food cold and not packed well. chips not in cartons.

Missed our order as it took over 2 hours to arrive and we had to go out. We also had no way of cancelling as it was prepared just waiting for driver for about 1.5 hours.

Only the fries were hot both burgers was cold

Paid for 2 bbq sauce and two random sauces were just threw in. Everything just falling around the bag so drink leaked.

Foods cold, icecream was like water, ugh I actually give up on just eat

Driver was friendly and delivers with care

the food was cold , no straws, no sauces, chips were awful ! not happy at all!

Drink was tipped over in bag that had soaked the food bag. Both bags soaked and food ruined. Courier had a pool of drink in the bottom of his courier bag and referred me to contact just eat. After about 10 emails and numerous photos only refund given for the drink as it was tipped and not the food. £20 order went in the bin and they gave back £2 for the drink. Awful customer service won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered drive through and the food was still hot when we got home. Staff always seem friendly and polite and endeavour to get you on your way quickly with your order. They made one order error regarding the drink but I was okay with it (medium instead of large).

Worst McDonald’s food ever. All the food was cold and like it had been just left out for ages. Food prepared incorrectly meaning i couldn’t eat it due to allergies. Abysmal. Wasn’t the drivers fault, clearly down to McDonalds.

Just had a McDonald's delivery from Holyhead rd it was honestly disgusting. Chips hard and all our food stone cold, you expect to have to heat it a little but didn't look cooked at all. My husband even had sweet and sour sauce instead of red. Even though I have plant based being a vegetarian I've always enjoyed it hence why we decided on it for Christmas eve but big let down. Never again!

He has sent us all the wrong food. we are missing 4 Burgers, 6 nuggets, 6 medium fries. now we have to reorder this food and are out of pocket because of this delivery man. the order cost me £37.06, I am so angry this has happened. my 2 younger girls have Autism and are having a meltdown right now.

Foolishly, I made a mistake by ordering a meal from McDonald's. Unfortunately, I now have a lukewarm meal that is basically tasteless. I would rather eat the cardboard it came in; I doubt anyone could tell the difference. It's just disgusting. What a terrible way to ring in the new year!

the delivery driver brought the wrong order so all our food was missing and it ment we had to order from somewhere else so more money spent. tried ringing macdoalds to tell them what had happened but no answer. will not be ordering from here again!!!!

my food never got to me , I am not well and put in the note to please come to my right address when I went upstairs to see if I could see anyone I noticed my food and drink had been dumped on top of the rubbish bins , my drink had completely gone my ice cream was melted and my burger a mess so please can I get a full refund ?

We ordered and the courier turned up. Gently tapped the door as seen on camera so we couldn’t hear it and then walked away with our food.

Cold food, and half filled McFlurry

I mean, this place got renewed, but the stuff in the kitchen are so stupid. I have ordered several times from this place asking , to remove the iteam from the meal is impossible ,I don't want bacon so don't put bacon but they don't bother to read the note on the order not once several time with me and my family. I gave up ,I won't be going to this location anymore. Worst place ever .
