Resturant must have left food Sat for a long time as it was all cold

took over an hour for the food to be given to the driver! to be fair to the driver he was waiting at the restaurant for about 50 minutes!!! and got here as soon as he could the food arrived freezing and tasted horrible I won't be ordering on here again

Delivery driver put my order down as delivered but did not deliver the food and drove off.

Ordered at 17.47, arrived at 19.24. Delivery time was estimated at between 15-20 minutes. Food was freezing and looked as though it had been shaken around. Burgers were covered with mayonnaise and insides were out of buns so eating was messy. Tipped the driver so that's another £2 down the drain. Awful service. Never again.

unfortunately, the estimated time kept changing and going up until I was an hour past the original estimated time. the food was warm at best, had an item missing and a drink that was wrong. We have learnt our lesson, it was definitely not worth ordering a McDonald's for delivery.

From order to delivery was 56 mins. all the food was cold and inedible. The driver was at the restaurant promptly so it was clearly a restaurant issue. The restaurant is only 1.6 miles from the address and once tje driver-tracker moved, it arrived promptly. It is clearly an issue with the efficiency in the restaurant.

Food stone cold, dired up, verging on inedible clearly couldn't be added to cook anything new in last couple hours was stone cold when final chips forced down and dry, tastoess meat also cold.. pop was flat and garlic cheese dips quick hard

AWFUL - obviously couldn't be bothered to cook fresh food and sent out 2 stiff as a board McSpicy. chips cold cold or cold. Again stiff and you could see they were the left overs. no ice or serviettes. still hungry as couldn't eat most of it. if people order before 5am it's still normal service. issue needs addressing on how you switch over

Courier tried to give wrong order even when we checked he said it was correct then admitted it was wrong. Drinks spilled everywhere nothing left to drink. Fault entirely with delivery and not the quality of food.

This is the second time i’ve ordered a vanilla milkshake and not got it the first time is because the machine broke and this time i don’t even know why because they are still available to buy but i got sent a coke instead. very large order all items received. The only problem was most of the drinks were the wrong drinks but the right amount.

originally 45 minutes changed to 2hours 15 minutes! then decided to deliver about an hour and a half live 12 minutes away. burgers like cardboard must have been left on side. drinks not full. full of warm coke delightful! no ice this place needs new staff it was good now awful

Order later than estimate. Not drivers fault. He was waiting on order. Also staff didnt add the sauces or straws which was an inconvinience and lucky i had some sauces at home

Drive through again and order understood ✅ Staff always seem friendly and polite and endeavour to get you on your way quickly with your order still hot, but last evening was poor and food cold after a very short drive home. People wrapped up with their beggars cup when you place your order knocks the overall atmosphere of drive through.

Unfortunately the fish o fillet we ordered just wasn't cooked properly and it was cold on arrival despite us eating in. I feel like the night staff just doesn't cook the food correctly and you can really tell in the taste. The tables were also really sticky, I'm not sure why they don't clean the tables.

NO way of contacting them to complain, dinner was completely ruined as there was no chicken nuggets and the chips were undercooked, almost cold. the ignorance of this restaurant, if i can even call it that, is awful. how they can take money from people and delivery without even completing the order is actually evil. please do not mute your calls from customers who have something valid to complain about as it further adds to the point; do not order from this macdonalds shop.

Ordered online. Meal arrived missing items. Rang the number, no answer, no email or any kind of outlet to reach out to, to register what has happened. Food that did arrive was cold and frankly, crap. This is now the third time that this is has happened. Ill take my custom elsewhere as this is utter garbage.
