Sushi Papa in Coventry

Food was excellent. We had shusi and snacks. Tofu steak was weird looking but very tasty. Not as much dinning place but quick lunch or take away is what this is for. Definitely coming back again.

Please dont waste your money, it was the worst sushi ive ever tried. We ordered 6 dishes and all the sushis were basic and not yummy. The caviar in the sushi was bad quality and there was no flavor. Spent 60 pounds for horrible food :(

The restaurant didn't accept card. It was also quite cold there and since we wanted only sushi it wouldnt get any warmer for us, the staff member who attended to us wore a hoodie as well and that shouldnt really be a thing. The place didnt seem to have any atmosphere to it and the tables felt cramped as well. The food might be good but after walking through cold and rain we expected warmth, so we had to leave.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We ordered some hot food and sushi. Came out quite quickly. And the food was value for money. Very fresh and tasty. Would have liked it if they sold beers.

The taste is pretty good among similar kebab shops in the UK. Especially in a city like Coventry where there are few restaurants, this restaurant can be said to be delicious. The service attitude of the landlady is also very good. The only drawback is that it is a bit expensive, about 30 to 40 pounds per person.

Delicious fried barbecue restaurant! Oh my god, it’s so rare to be able to taste this in the UK. It’s really great! ! ! Highly recommend the beef skewers! Very fresh! There are also grilled pig trotters and crayfish, which are so delicious! Thumbs up! This barbecue is very delicious! Style fashion! It's hard to find such a good restaurant in coventry!

This kebab stove is really great. I thought it would be slow to grill raw meat on the stove (based on past experience, I have tried both charcoal and electric ones). I didn’t expect that this stove is really efficient and can satisfy me. It’s fun to operate and you can eat already cooked food in a short time. It’s the best among similar restaurants I’ve ever eaten in. Moreover, this stove is very warm when lit and is perfect for eating in cold weather. It’s incredible. I couldn’t be more satisfied. The ingredients are not only fresh but also affordable. Today I also had the most delicious and filling roasted pig’s trotters since coming to the UK.

It tastes terrible, really. The portion is small and tastes terrible. I really don’t know what the selling point is... The fried skewers I ordered were really unbelievable. I think I can apply for a job as a chef. Oops...

This is the new restaurant in Coventry. We went there expecting for having different type of food (yakitori). We ordered some drinks and food, but had to wait for almost an hour not sure whether they didnt have enough skewer sticks or number of staffs. They only serve small size can of Culpis drinks which cost £2.5. Also, some of the staffs couldnt speak or understand English well and the service were quite bad. We ended up cancel the order and went to Noodle Bar in which in all categories (food, waiting time, staffs and service) are so much better. I did not recommend this restaurant as you will waste loads of time waiting for the food with poor staff service.
