This restaurant used to be my favourite hot pot place. Don’t know what happened, they changed the menu completely. The fried dishes are still delicious don’t get me wrong. However, we went there yesterday and ordered hotpot. It was such a big disappointment. Firstly, the pot was gross. Secondly, I ordered food on skewers ( they are normally £2 per skewers), but I got served in dishes instead. Thirdly, food is not fresh at all. You can tell all vegs have been frozen for ages. Then the waitress gave me two bills, the first one was £85 then the second one was £78. The amount of money they charged me , I would just go to happy lamb which is much cheaper and nice food. I told the boss I am not going to pay this for the food I got ( because the prices was different with the menu they gave me and most of food are not fresh) . Lucky, the boss was quite nice, he said sorry and only asked me to pay for half of the bill.

Food is okay, quite authentic. The downside is either pay by cash or bank transfer which is not convenient.

DO NOT USE. My daughter had a sweet and sour chicken and a chow mein last night and since then has been up all night with severe vomiting and diorehha. I have also reported this to FSA and Coventry council

Ordered a take out because Uber Eats had 35% of and I had my eyes on this place for a while. Was hoping that a bit higher than usual price will mean better quality. How wrong was I. Food totally tasteless, watery, very cheap stringy flavourless chicken, fried rice cold and no flavour. If paid full price would have send it back. Never again and would not recommend. There are plenty better Chinese places in Coventry.

Ordered food for delivery, which should have included chips, veg spring roles and Sichuan Style Fried Chicken with Potatoes. They were missing. Not only that, the Tofu was strangly gooy and watery. Everything was also overpowered with red chilli powder. Order with caution. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Amazing food. Price qite high but 1st class meals are worth it

My family normally have meal here every time we come to town. The taste definitely good. But since this August we had a very bad experience with this restaurant we will never ever go here again. I ordered some dishes, one of dish involved with 8 ingredients and charged accordingly. This dish we toke home didn't eat at restaurant but got home I realised there were 3 ingredients missing, we hadn't been informed and been fully charged. So we over paid £8 for the food. I don't like to go to restaurant have to worry and check the food/price were correct. Also food come up separately had big gape in between. That's one of reason we took the last dish home.

The worst restaurant i ve ever been to. I have ordered a sweet And sour chicken And it didnt have any chicken inside. The duck i ve ordered wqs probably a dog's meat... The guy didnt take the menu back And we had No space on table.

Great quality food here, tasty Chinese meals to eat in or Takeway. Clean friendly place, would recommend anytime 👍

One of the best places for hot pot in town. The staff was so kind but it would have been nicer if he let us know this place is cash only. Nevertheless, this unlimited buffet style hot pot is only 19.99 per person. Especially the quality of seafood was very good. From a range of vegetables, seafood to meat, you can choose whatever you like whenever you like! The broth was very tasty too. We ordered the plain and the spicy ones - I highly recommend this combination for the hot pot. There are a lot of options for sauce too. This place is just perfect for a hot pot meal! The only minus point is the beef was a bit too chewy but the pork had high quality! You won’t miss out here if you look for a nice hot pot restaurant!

Visited for my son's birthday meal and despite the food looking appealing it didn't taste quite as good. Too much onion, the fish fillet was greasy and way too salty, sweet and sour chicken was made up of tiny bits of thigh meat. There is no option of a hot drink with your meal. I prefer tea and was presented with a cold carton of lemon tea. There is only one toilet that is shared by both male and female so the toilet had wee and body hair on it. Staff are on display cleaning cutlery too which isn't very reassuring, they should be in a dishwasher being cleaned at a high temperature. Also there is a large patch of mould on the ceiling leading towards the cooking area. We have tried it but it's doubtful we are going back. Sorry.
