It took way too long to get food, the drink was half spilt out and the food was barely warm

food was stone cold waited a long time for it and my drink was spilt in the bag. absolutely vile.

Ordered food at 6:20pm food arrived at 9:55pm refused delivery so my order has not been delivered.

I was very disappointed when my order arrived. My food was freezing cold. I'm not happy so won't be using your service again.

Placed an order waiting for 2h and I live in the Centre. Even worse they put the wrong stuff in the bag which rly pissed me off like they don’t treat it as a serious service.

Just like fast food place. The Burges MCDONALD'S is only place in Coventry where mc spicy burger is enough spicy for those who like spicy food. Any other franchise in cov is not that spicy.

The Macdonald's at cross cheaping genuinely can be an ok experience however I have found that when you order the table service they shout your table number expecting you to go an collect it even when not busy.

I payed for delivery buy received no food because the driver wanted to stay in car instead of delivering the food.

My delivery was never delivered. The driver called me and told me to come to the bus stop which was far from my house, even though the delivery address was clearly on the website and I called and kindly asked him to come to my house and explained the directions.

Can the staff in this place not read? Like it’s not hard to read a receipt and put the correct items that are on the receipt in the bag!! Everytime.

I ordered a chicken wrap and they just gave me chicken, the wrong flavour of chicken bare mind, my fries were also unsalted and they didn’t give a straw for the drinks. I am so disappointed.

Not a lot you can say about a McDonalds. The drive through gets very busy and the self service kiosks inside often fail to print a receipt. Table service is usually pretty quick.

Waited 3 hours for food after being told 30 mins, it didn't arrive despite the system saying it was delivered. An hour after that a driver arrived with food (4 hours later now, we were all in bed). He argued the order was only just placed even though I had the email order verification from 4 hours earlier. He tried to insist I accept the food, even after I explained and said that we'd had to order food from elsewhere. Had to close the door on him before he'd leave. Horrible experience.

The delivery time kept getting pushed back. It took a total of over 2 hours to arrive. the food was stone cold and the chips weren't edible. If I knew how long it would take to arrive in the first place I wouldn't have ordered. however because the food was stuck on "processing order" there was no way of cancelling it.

Too busy dealing with uber eats orders rather than the customers in store. Customers told they cannot order from tills and must use self service. They got the order wrong three times and blamed My 11 year old daughter for not entering what she wanted on the screen. Staff really rude, messy tables and smelly, dirty toilets.

The poor quality of the manager, staff and customer base makes the dining environment like a garbage dump. Customers leave tables dirty and floors wet after meals. The staff will leave this dire situation alone. It's impossible to eat in such a dirty place.

I recently visited the local McDonald's, hopeful for a quick and tasty meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, the service was surprisingly lackluster. Upon entering, I noticed the staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, leading to long wait times at the counter. Once I finally placed my order, it took an unusually long time for my food to arrive. When it did, I was dismayed to find that it was not fresh or hot, which is a standard expectation for a fast-food establishment. As for the food itself, it was a letdown. I ordered a Big Mac with fries and a milkshake; the Big Mac was soggy and lacking the usual flavorful sauce that makes it iconic. The fries were stale and barely warm, lacking the crunchiness that I have come to enjoy. To top it off, the milkshake was more akin to flavored milk than the thick, creamy treat I was anticipating. The cleanliness of the restaurant also raised concerns. The dining area was poorly maintained, with litter left on tables and the floors needing a good cleaning. It diminished the overall atmosphere and made the experience less enjoyable. Lastly, the restroom facilities were in dire need of attention. They were not only unclean but also lacked essential supplies, which is unacceptable for any dining experience. Overall, my trip to McDonald's was far from satisfactory. I appreciate that fast food is meant to be quick and convenient, but that should not come at the cost of quality and service. I hope that this location can improve in these areas, as I used to enjoy visiting McDonald's. However, after this experience, I may think twice before returning.

Some African origin women works at this place they are extremely unprofessional rude. I go to this place often and every time before I enter the restaurant I check to make sure they are NOT there and I go if they are there I won't go. The rest of staff are fine . Only them African origin women they always like singing and moving they body like dancing instead of paying attention to work that why so many negative reviews because people complain about missing items or wrong foods !!! Plus when you ask any questions them African women they don't even listen or answer costomer or delivery drivers!! I saw they completely ignored drivers!! Disgusting attitude. They are 3 !!!

I ordered 2 wraps meals and 2 chocolate brownies. They replaced a drink with another drink in both the meals. And with the brownies I wasn't even able to taste it because they never sent it. Both the brownies were missing. And they say refund isn't possible now. Worst experience.
