Delivery driver couldn’t find the address so food was freezing when it arrived and a £2.70 credit isn’t good enough for food I had to throw away

food was cold and I didn't eat it I did put in a complaint and haven't heard nothing

The burgers were extremely dry.

Delivery did not arrive at all.

Chips didn’t taste good not floppy as usually are they were all hard. N cold .. not a good taste .. lettuce looked old for the amount that was on it it was easy to remove

Worst McDonalds in coventry. Whenever I go there the workers are always slow and the food tastes horrific.I only ordered a porridge today which took them about 15 minutes😐 UPDATE: because they took so long with my porridge it was cold. There have been numerous other times where I have been unhappy with this place. 1. I ordered a Hot chocolate in the morning and when I went up to get my order she told me that there was not much chocolate left but I did not understand what she meant at the time until i tried it. I was basically just drinking hot water. I do not understand why it was still available if there was no chocolate left to make the hot chocolates because I basically just wasted my money to drink hot water. 2. I ordered a porridge in the morning before work ( this was another time). When it came there was porridge everywhere, the lady had not bothered to clean up the mess she had made and I had to clean it up myself. She had somehow got it all over the tub and all in the bag and it was a mess to try eat. 3. I went there to have lunch with my boyfriend and the food just was not good. It was sloppily made and it tasted dull. Lettuce was hanging out of my mayo chicken burger and I honestly just gave up on eating it😭

Burger was very dry and tasteless. The lettuce was not fresh at all. Waste of money, the burger

Food was missing from the order

Food cold. Tried to call the restaurant who didn’t pick up numerous times. They also left out sauces that we paid for.

This is an absolute joke. I have ordered food through the mc donalds app and I received cold, floppy fries and double cheeseburger that tasted like it was made yesterday. I also haven't received my mc crispy meal. I have tried to call the "restaurant" to let them know food is missing from my order but they blamed uber delivery. I spent 1 hour calling uber and mc donalds to get the refund and in the end they have refunded me £5 but the meal costed me £8.40. I even sent them the receipt but they have said the computer generate the money they refund. That was my last time when I ordered food from mc donalds. It is a joke.

I ordered a chicken wrap and they just gave me chicken, the wrong flavour of chicken bare mind, my fries were also unsalted and they didn’t give a straw for the drinks. I am so disappointed. Update. I ordered a plain CHEESEBURGER and they just gave me a hamburger. I told some man working there and he THREW the receipt in my face and told me to tell someone downstairs. I was NOT happy with his attitude. A minute later a woman comes over and she told me that I ordered a plain cheeseburger, I then said I know and she said I was given what I ordered, and it was not. I then sat there for 10 minutes trying to educate her on the difference between ordering a plain HAMBURGER and a plain CHEESEBURGER and she had non of it and tried to blame the mistake on me. I was not having any of it. She said she will go downstairs and fix it and she came back up and handed me a non plain cheese burger. I was so disappointed. She kept calling me a woman so as she handed me another disappointment of a burger, I said “Thank you sir”, she gave me a dirty look and I hope it made her re-think her life. Anyway, as I opened my burger to see if they fixed their mistake, I was appalled when I seen every ingredient they had in the poor establishment placed upon my sad and soggy cheeseburger. I then decided I had to go downstairs and speak to them directly. The man didn’t even listen to me and just took my burger away from me and said it would only be 2 minutes and it intact was not, it was 5. After that, he eventually came back and gave me a plain CHEESEBURGER. The conclusion of this hateful review is that maybe hire more competent staff members who know 1. How not to be rude. 2. Knows the difference between a cheeseburger and a hamburger 3. Doesn’t gaslight people when they made a mistake. Very disappointed. Update 2. I was so angry. Not only were me and my friends harassed, we were blamed for the mistake some other kids made. As me and my friends were sat in MacDonalds there were some little annoying chavs throwing things at us all because my friend stood up for themself after they were calling them names and talking VERY loudly in front of them. When the security guard finally came, most of my friend group had left he asked me and my other friend why we were throwing things and we said we weren't. A very kind (rare) worker stood up for us and told the man the truth, I then watched the security guard manhandle one of the kids.

Drink was leaking and wet al lthe food

ordered 4 double cheeseburgers and a chicken nugget happy meal, all was stone cold like he’d drive round with it.

Dirty and staff don't seem to care, to busy talking amongst themselves and no attention to the customer

The atmosphere was very nice, they had some nice classical music playing. My issue with the service though. It was taking way too long and the burger came out cold anyway. There wasn't that many people so I'm not quite sure what the issue was, I would go back but the problem with food being or overcooked or cold seems to be a reoccurring issue. Otherwise the seating is nice. The staff keep the place clean

Shockingly bad. They seem incapable of delivering a hot meal. Order from a 4-star and see how consistently they can deliver a hot meal and then you realize how little McDonalds care. Nobody deserves this level of contempt or indifference from them.

Just like fast food place. The Burges MCDONALD'S is only place in Coventry where mc spicy burger is enough spicy for those who like spicy food. Any other franchise in cov is not that spicy.

The Macdonald's at cross cheaping genuinely can be an ok experience however I have found that when you order the table service they shout your table number expecting you to go an collect it even when not busy.

I payed for delivery buy received no food because the driver wanted to stay in car instead of delivering the food.

My delivery was never delivered. The driver called me and told me to come to the bus stop which was far from my house, even though the delivery address was clearly on the website and I called and kindly asked him to come to my house and explained the directions.

I was missing 4 items and one of the McMuffins didn’t taste right at all and I left it. One of the drinks was wrong too. McDonald’s fails everytime I’m not going to bother again.

Turned up at the door 45 minutes late. two drinks missing as they had no banana milkshake available but was available when I ordered! will not be ordering again from here. I now have a very unhappy son as this was his treat.

Not a lot you can say about a McDonalds. The drive through gets very busy and the self service kiosks inside often fail to print a receipt. Table service is usually pretty quick.

Waited 3 hours for food after being told 30 mins, it didn't arrive despite the system saying it was delivered. An hour after that a driver arrived with food (4 hours later now, we were all in bed). He argued the order was only just placed even though I had the email order verification from 4 hours earlier. He tried to insist I accept the food, even after I explained and said that we'd had to order food from elsewhere. Had to close the door on him before he'd leave. Horrible experience.

The delivery time kept getting pushed back. It took a total of over 2 hours to arrive. the food was stone cold and the chips weren't edible. If I knew how long it would take to arrive in the first place I wouldn't have ordered. however because the food was stuck on "processing order" there was no way of cancelling it.

Omg in McDonalds door security is working as crew member..Not hygiene..No health and safety procedures, cross contamination 😢

Too busy dealing with uber eats orders rather than the customers in store. Customers told they cannot order from tills and must use self service. They got the order wrong three times and blamed My 11 year old daughter for not entering what she wanted on the screen. Staff really rude, messy tables and smelly, dirty toilets.
