worst mcdonalds ever run by faulty ai bots, cant even make fries nice or fillet of fish avoid this place go kfc instead opposite atleast they fix your order issues.

was missing a double burger on my last order

Error between app and the store app said to visit counter with code. paid the man and then checked me bank the app had taken the money then expected me to pay again but plus 88p unsure why that was. But the store sorted the issue and delt with it effectively! Great customer service when you respect the staff.

mcdonald’s employee didn’t pack food correctly- not double bagged- so came cold

Cold food, all items thrown in bag upside down so loose chips everywhere, burgers were on their sides.

Missed off my order again, this time was the mcflurry

Around 7pm, the small Eastern European lady was rude to me and seemed to have no interest in taking my order. Talking to the other staff members and even put my order through wrong. I didn’t raise this as a concern because I was waiting for so long for my order already.

once again drink spilled everywhere. Pointless ordering them. The same delivery people spill every time. Most are careful just a few exceptions but they get used the most...shame.

Forgot the drink with the happy meal, but got to say the food was really lovely! Chips were hot with a good amount of salt and the burgers tasted fresh

The coffee had spittle in the bag causing all my food to be soaking wet with coffee. And then the paper bag broke causing the food to fall on the floor

Lesson learned. Order from McDonalds on a Saturday after 10pm, it gets very busy = added wait time. But all is well

First order wasn’t delivered at all , second order was clearly the first one sent out again stone cold… all went in the bin

the food was cold and the delivery driver tried to deliver to the wrong address dispute me putting a note to tell them they delivering to the funeral home. no apology from him and none of the drinks were labelled didn't know what was coke and what was coke zero.

This establishment is awful absolutely completely pure vermin , if a dead rat tuned into a restaurant it would be this one right here. My own experience of this little piece of hell was , I walked in after a long day hot , sweaty ,tired I felt like I just wanted some nice cold ice cream so I ordered one , after I had ordered my McFlurry I waited and waited so I asked somebody and I got COMPLETELY ignored so I was forced to wait some more to the point I think I wanted to collapse on the floor and disappear(especially after a day where you completed a GCSE exam). I witnessed my ice cream just sitting there slowly slowly melting away like my soul in the moment I asked again and I felt relieved I thought I was going to get my nice treat FINALLY ! but no this is Coventry , I got handed a pool of white liquid with what looked like cut up bits of black pudding thrown into it like a witches cauldron. My appetite left faster than my dad and it went straight into the bin , I would’ve been a sin if I ate it . PLEASE 🙏 DO NOT EVER come to this place unless you want to waste money and be thrown into an atmosphere where the shop windows are getting smashed , chavs are having a scrap and the police and playing hide and seek around the store. I am never coming back unless I want to self harm 😄

Went on the website to see if it's open 24hrs as I had a early start at work. Website said its 24hrs and I turned up just after 5am to get a breakfast and a coffee to start my day and it was shut. Really not impressed.

Very late took ages to get a driver, recipet says cooked at 7 a didn’t get delivered till half past! Most of the food was missing an what I did get was stone cold this is unacceptable

Mac Donald’s staff need to pack the food correctly and no left item behind also the other burgers was not complete like missed ingredients, if I order something I am expecting to have the full enjoyment when eating it but I am not satisfied with the way my order was . I order the EVM Hat Trick and it wasn’t.

Ordered from here as the other McDonald's I've previously ordered from messed up my order and didn't refund the item that was missing. Guess what! This restaurant also messed up my order and when I requested a refund I was denied. Oh and it was the same item, the chocolate brownie.

Maccies is convenient as it is, but Cassington deserves some recognition man. He seems like a chill guy and helped accommodate some requests for my food and remembered me from a while back when I was tryna get some pickles. Guy is goated, and I hope he finds success in whatever he does.

Yesterday, I stopped by McDonald’s and was shocked by the poor service. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get fries! While waiting, the manager and staff were laughing and joking around, ignoring customers. The manager even swore multiple times, using the F word loudly as a joke. I'm glad my kids weren’t with me, but this behavior is unacceptable, especially in a family-friendly place. This location needs serious improvement in both service and professionalism.

I recently visited a McDonald's with my niece, hoping to dine in and relax after a long day. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the seating area was disappointing. There was ketchup smeared on the sofa and salt scattered across the table, making it impossible for us to sit comfortably. This lack of cleanliness affected our dining experience, and we had to take our meal to go instead. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the overall customer experience.

It always seems to be a very busy location from the different times I've gone in. There's a lot of crowds so you'll likely find it hard to find somewhere to dine-in. It can also be hard to hear the orders called over the noise. However I haven't had a bad experience yet. My last order I got to take back home with me and it was very hot, the cheese was gooey, the burger patties were juicy and my drink was refreshingly cold.

Tried the location and was really not happy. There was no crowd control nor clean enough area to sit. Most area were filled with sauces, tissues and left over food wraps. Wanted to do a dine-in but took the food out.

The place itself is fine, clean, staff are great, speed of service depends on the time of day. The only problem in the morning is that the management allows the homeless and/or drunks to take up seating and sleep. Not a good look for McDonald's at all!

Customer service was okay speed was okay however food was absolutely revolting the McMuffin was that soaked with that much grease that the paper it was rapped in was soaked through the bun basically just acted as a fat sponge absolutely revolting
