the food was rested on the cold cans of pop so some of the food was cold

Only complaint I have is that I received the incorrect cookie favour.

Food arrived it was hot my only criticism was the pop was warm

Delivery was prompt, food arrived warm, no complaints.

The driver was very rude shouting at me because he didn’t understand where I was telling me to go asked for my delivery code before delivery my food has his wife and kids in the car so guessing they wanted my food food was freezing there was no gravy

Very bad the chicken fillet was very small and think worst food ever never again from this store

The delivery is always fine but the service from the store is appalling as always things missing or incorrect

Delivered half of the items from a 55£ order , just eat never replied to my claim.

Ordered via the drive-through big mistake as the fella (Suganthan was his name) taking the orders could hardly speak English and totally messed my order big time. The chicken was dry and chips cold. TRAIN YOU'RE STAFF

Had food missing and all the drinks missing. No one picks up the phone to sort it out.

Just want to leave my experience in KFC Coventry - Walsgrave Road 276/278 CV2 4BL 8408, I usually do not post any reviews but now I want to because I was very surprised about the customer service, I ordered my food on the kiosk and I been a bit of trouble with my order, so the KFC worker Inga helped me with my order, she was very patient with me, very helpful, smiling, friendly, she explained for me everything how to make order, I didn't see before service as I get in this KFC. Definitely, I want to back. P.S Food was very nice and fresh.

The chicken and fries looks like they were old

When you ask for coleslaw and they beans that your wife hates not happy as they kfc do this a lot hot bean when the person clearly want cold food

restaurant had our order ready but not enough delivery drivers, order went in at 17:34 finally got food at 19:37 even went to the restaurant to find out, very disappointed food was then cold

this time the quality was poor, nowhere near the standard you would expect from kfc given the price, if that is the level of quality going forward it will be some time before I use them again

Everything was cold, only the gravy was still hot.

Around one hour ago we went there and ordered zinger rice box with wings but now at home when I opened it there is only salad with zinger and wings , that’s totally disgusting service really very disappointing I paid full money and what I received and also now I am trying to call them but they said can’t connect at the moment . 😡. Same thing happened with me again now I just went there now 30/12/2024 at 16:50 , I ordered rice box with extra zinger and again I got salad with chicken only, I confirmed with staff its a same thing which I order but again now I am trying to ring so that I will ask them the number given on website is not working, this is completely disappointment, very poor customer service. My order was 6044 via kiosk I hope you will take any action this time . Very bad experience.

30 minutes late from the original delivery time due to the driver taking more than 1 order and delivering the other order first, this other order was in the opposite direction to my house causing the food to be cold upon arrival

Paid for 8 piece bucket from machine. No receipt. (Legal requirement). Drove home to find food missing. No pop corn Tried calling 3 times just rang out. Very poor customer service. Machine should have roll. Orders should be checked and phone should always be answered. Ill just go hungry as i didnt get the food i paid for !!!.

Not the first time they have given us gravy instead of mash, seriously how hard can it be. Really annoys me something so simple for them to get right ruins the meal as a whole.

Awful service, there was none. Ordered at the computer and paid, then waited at the counter as I was the only customer at the time. Two staff members were seen having a conversation with each other throughout and my food was just dumped on the counter in front of me. No greetings, no small talk, no thanks, nothing. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience in their day and getting in the way of their chat. After the food was dumped, she turned away and continued chatting. No idea what it was about as it wasn't in English. Food was ok, standard KFC, but staff are atrocious.

The order has not been delivered. It gets tiring that the courier doesn't even wait 2 seconds at the door or call more than once. The order was expected from 18.30 to 18.50 I did not hear the door, I checked at 18.44 it has not been delivered.

Rude staff who can hardly speak a word of English and on top of that, the food has shrunk in size and the prices have gone up. You get very little for what you pay for. You will get a mini fillet in a fillet tower burger. Go up the road to Wall st burgers. Much better.

food amazing, can't fault that. delivery driver was aware I had a newborn baby and I was in a flat. I was directing as I can't leave my baby alone In the flat. he got me to come down to car park as couldn't find me. we'll maybe get off your bike then you will as you were opposite the alleyway leading directly to my flat

There was no gravy or beans which i ordered and also there was only 5 peices or chicen and not 6. I would mever order a kfc wothout gravy so it has ruined my whole meal whoch was almost £30 by the way!!! The chicken that did turn up was the worst kfc chicken i have ever eaten it was so bland and tasteless. Very dissapointed worh the service and i wouldnlike a refund. Hi I pacifically messaged the restaurant not to put chicken drum sticks in my order but l still received 2 drum sticks in my order. So l have had to throw them away. I paid £23.73 for my food but l have only been able to eat a third of food.
