My food was great and expertly made. The staff member serving the person in front of me was a bit slow though and made the sandwich wrong and had to remake it which meant that I had to wait longer. There was also a group of 11 year olds hanging around for seemingly no reason. They weren’t in the queue and they hadn’t bought anything but staff didn’t seem to be asking them to move on. They were kicking a football around in the shop and none of the staff seemed to care.

I would give zero star. I ordered a footlong with Italian herb and cheese as bread and some salad and sauces. I got a cold sub with just chicken Tikka. The chicken was still freezing cold. Biggest scam in Coventry.....

Top Class customer service! Very Happy👏🙌 Wish every subway be like this!These guys should be the managers at the subway the one on M6 from Birmingham to Coventry to fix it. As the customer service coming from the young staff there is disrespectful.

Very slow service, you can be first In the queue but because they concentrate on there takeaways you could be stood there for ages. Several times I have walked out of here and went somewhere else. Today finished it for me 3 people dealing with takeouts and no one serving customers in the queue, very poor service

Too busy Yapping verbal diarrhoea at the back of the room rather than serving customers stood there for over 5 minutes with no one coking to serve, however I did learn a lot about their private love life and what they got up to at the weekend.

I was very disappointed by the indifference of the staff towards the feedback I kept giving to this store. We are vegetarians and don't like to have any meat in the food that we eat. The food is arranged such that when the staff picks up beef, many times it falls in the bowl of tomatoes through the slippery plastic hand gloves that the staff wear. We've repeatedly requested the store to separate the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food bowls, but to no avail. We always avoid having tomatoes in the food that we order. We're now thinking if we should stop visiting this store altogether.

I had a sandwich, with no meat, no cheese. Only lettuce. Let me tell you, it's the almost best lettuce I've ever had, the best lettuce however is McDonald's lettuce. Although they don't just make lettuce sandwiches so subway is an acceptable alternative.

I wasnt very happy with the amount of filling and service provided here... Due to my job i eat in many subways around the country and by far this was the worst service and value for money i have experianced. My foot long was flat with minimal salad and the filler did not cover the whole sandwich, i ended up eating an inch of bread on each end. the young lad serving me really didnt show much interest in making the meal, i realise it may not be the most forfilling job but come on your providing a service for the paying customer.... I truely wish i had bought a cheap sandwich from the spar attached....then at least i would of expected it to be rubbish...

The food was delicious. We had a large order as there was a few people and they got everything to perfection. They even gave us some freebies which was a nice touch . We were all happy with our food and will definitely use again

I had the worst experience with Papa John’s tonight. I placed an order for two pizzas, but when my delivery arrived, there was only one pizza. The driver not only tried to lie to me, claiming there were two pizzas in one box (which is obviously impossible), but also got up in my face and started shouting at me. When I asked for his name, he refused to provide it and even tried to lie about that too. Thinking I could resolve this with the restaurant, I called and spoke to someone claiming to be the “supervisor.” She was just as unprofessional as the driver. She rudely told me there was nothing they could do because the store was closing, then started shouting at me, refused to give her name, and hung up on me multiple times when I tried to get help. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I’ve never dealt with such rude, unprofessional behavior from any business, let alone a major pizza chain. Papa John’s needs to seriously rethink how they train their staff and handle customer service. Until this is addressed, I won’t be ordering from this location again—and I’ll be warning others to avoid it, too.
