Great experiece with very funny guy called umar was working alone the whole time we were there, made us best subs right when he was closing up thanks umar!

Staff can't read instructions. Missing items or order done wrong. Topping you didn't ask for are being added to the sandwich and missing extra items you may have paid for. Ridiculous. Subway need to properly train their staff.

absolutely pure waste of money !! how can this new management be this careless with this well reputed brand ?? Just look at the picture , just had one bite and i was about to vomit !! guy with beard showing his arrogance whenever he came to know i went there with discount code !! absolutely not recommended

Terrible store! Worst experience at a subway ever. They actually managed to make me (a die hard fan of subway) not like it. ONE REASON ONLY: HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been living near the store since a year. And this male employee with specs has ALWAYS been rude to me and to any other friend that ever visited. Today the guy charged me extra for swapping cheese without informing me prior. And then over compensated with his very aggressive demeanor to my simple question where I had to back off and leave the store. If you’re reading this Subway, this guy needs few hours of front office training where he actually LEARNS how to talk to a customer without sounding my super rude. Maybe magic words like: please, thank you and sorry.

The person who served me was very rude. He literally threw the bag at me. No sorry nothing !!

It is 7.30, sign on door says "open", the employee closed the door and is waiving people away. Fix your opening times or stay open till 8 like it says online!

Halal subway So beautiful So elegant Just tasted like a wow 😆 Tbh it has best value for money pound for pound for any fast food in the UK Highly recommended Was wondering if more halal subways should pop up.

I visited to this subway outlet as I was so hungry. The service was so horrible, out of two members one was busy on call and the other girl served as if she is doing a favour on us. I ordered 6 inch chicken tikka sub and regular cringle wedges and she served the wedges with random quantity without measuring them to 135gms of standard weight, She just took few of them in her hands and put them in the box that too without gloves. I told her to toast the wedges twice she did it once and served as if she is paying my bill 😂😂. We asked them that shall we sit upstairs they said it's closed and made us sit in one corner. It was the horrible experience in subway. No one was bothered about the customer service. On asking for extra tissues they offered one tissue as if they have to bring the tissues from home. Lolz 😂😂 Worst Experience i had in my entire life. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone. This store doesn't even deserve 1 star.

As I am a vegitarian, I tried subway and it was worth eating healthy.

Staff are ignorant, sandwich was awful, there's a much better Subway about 1 minute away, go there instead. It'll be quicker and taste better. I am still gobsmacked trying to understand how they managed to mess up putting cheese on a sandwich.

They always forget one or two items from the order, never include forks for the salad and the drinks are warm. Customer services is useless, they don’t really help.

Every time I come In , from the manager I get a free cookie . So thank you are that 😂 just enjoy the company of the this exact subways as it just tastes so much different then the rest of the Coventry subways - clean and tiny as usual . Will come back every week .

Sub was okay service was sub par, didn't have many of the breads available and also tried to wrap my sub up with out asking if I'd like sauce. Plus their hot sauce isn't hot so if your looking for spice bring your own

I never go to Subway before I came here. I don't know which menu is good, so I ask for a recommendation from a staff there. The staffs are friendly and kind, we have chat a bit. The price is also good.

Can I give it 6 stars? If it's good enough for Happy Gilmore, it is good enough for me.

It's a Subway. You'll get what you expect from a subway. It's got some nice seating upstairs though kind of small. Closes a bit early for my liking and for some reason they don't have some subs that they have in other Subways

I loved my sandwich that was provided here at the SUBWAY. There are toilets, there are two floors, but downstairs is pretty cramped. Nevertheless, the food is fantastic and their service is good. Out of /100, I would give 100/100.

Service seemed a little slow as it’s aupposed to be fast food however I don’t blame the person who was working as they where working their socks off. Lack of team seemed to be the prob. My tikka subway was lovely none of the less.

This review is going to be generic like all other large corporate fast food companies. The food is generically subway with no real diversity. The staff are generically subway with no real diverse personalities. If you are looking for a generic sub then subway is the only place for you. On a side note the playlist that is always playing in any subway is always a walk down memory lane of the last 10 years.

Called in for a breakfast sub, using a voucher. The man took the voucher book from me, ripped out the voucher then started to talk to me in a foreign language, which I didn’t understand. He chatted to the female assistant but ignored me. I felt maybe he didn’t like me using the voucher. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable, so I won’t be using that branch again. It’s a shame as I love subway foods & often call in when I see a branch, knowing I get good value.

It's a pretty small subway so if it's busy be prepared to be squashed a bit. There is seating upstairs a spiral staircase in the centre of the room, the bathroom is only available for customers as you have to request the code/have an employee let you in. Relatively clean, the main mess is left behind from other people and it's cleaned up quickly if it isn't very busy.

Tastefull sandwich ever, really like its salad and beef/ turkey especially its bbq sauce. Price is standard and its halal food only at cross cheaping

Un nivel subterráneo, buena selección de comida, bien preparada y con un precio razonable. Sabes lo que te van a dar con esta cadena, así que el personal que hacen toda la diferencia. Aquí, el personal parece que funciona bien, pero no una sonrisa o señal de que se valoró la satisfacción de los clientes en el servicio. Este no es siempre el caso en esta cadena y algunas tienen un ambiente muy animado, atento, así que quizás podrían considerar que si los clientes se sientan bienvenidos podrían visitar más! Sin duda no será!

Wonderful choice of healthy meals - the seating isnt good only room for 4 downstairs and you have to negotiate a spiral staircase with a tray bag etc but at least there are plenty of seats up there.

I enjoy subways and thats the best vegetarian sandwich I can find in a foreign land. I didnot find the Parmesian bread but Whole Wheat was fine.

Recently I've seen the advert showing the £3 lunch deal and noticed that the salad option looked fantastic but failed to believe it would actually come as big and as well presented as they show. I was pleasantly surprised! Although not all salads are included in this deal! So I opted for just a chicken tikka salad which was £3.29 (without a drink) but as I eat all the salad it was a great sized portion and I actually felt full once I'd finished! If I could have had a drink included in this price then it would have had 5 stars. Next time I'll try to make use of the deal!(Excuse the photo! I planned to take it before I started eating but forgot so had had a couple of mouthfuls by this stage!)

went to subway for a big beef melt, really nice tasted fresh. the only problem is always feel really rushed when eating at subway.

its your run of the mill subway but i found it dirty, old looking in need of a refurb, the staff where very unfriendly and didnt provide even basic customer service, train your staff to at least smile

Great for a quick meal on the move. I prefer it to places like McDonald's because it is fresh and they have brown granary bread.

You get to pick all the contents of your sandwich plus the bread it is on so no nasty surprises as you eat.

Always good for that foot long sub. Staff are organised and polite. I like the foot long meatball marinara on honey oats with spicy cheese and homey mustard.

My teenage kids convinced me that this was a good choice for lunch - bad move. You need to know what bread you want, how big, what filling, what salad, what sauce etc with absolutely no idea at all what any of these things mean, and if you try to question what types of bread they actually have, the 'subista' behind the counter will roll her eyes and just repeat the options, ad nauseum. There seems to be a panicky, faster than fast food attitude, and as long as you know exactly what you want (my daughter did), then I guess you'll be fine. While I was trying to grapple with the scary process of actually making it 'my way' The cashier was actually waving an empty paper cup at me and asking if I wanted 'this' (turns out you have to get your own drink, but not being told that, it didn't really help) And this fake efficiency thing was just wrong, there was no-one else in there. Also, I found the fact that three subs and three drinks came to exactly ten pounds a little odd (3.33 each?) When asked, was told that one filling (steak (Steak it is NOT)) apparently costs more than meatballs - fair enough, but the fact that my tenner was taken and I was not given a receipt was just a bit fishy (maybe management would like to check their till rolls a little more carefully....) Anyway, rubbish 'food', rubbish service and some petty fraud on the side....

Not enough seating area, however the food is good (good choice) and the staff very friendly (apart from not opening the upstairs seating area when really needed).

The best thing about Subway is Choice - you get to choose your bread your filling the salad that goes with it and the dressing, you can have it in a salad. However the 6 choices of bread are all soft (steam bread), the steak filling is a cheap burger type substance, the cheese is processed the chilli dressing has no kick to it. The drink are not so good either. Having said all that there is enough choice to find something good for most people.

Its a good standard Subway . . . fresh food served up in bread stick. The seating area is upstairs and was clean and tidy, toilets good. I would go there again

E' uma saida quando voce nao aguenta mais comer baguetes de 1 libra. Mesma coisa do brasil, mas nao tem pimenta calabresa e o molho chipotle nao e' apimentado, em troca voce pode por jalapenos que sao pimentas com um sabor forte e deixam seu sanduiche bastante marcado (lembra o gosto do pimentao).
