I visited yesterday afternoon with a friend, and unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The man at the till (Mujahid, according to the receipt) was extremely rude and impatient, despite us being the first customers and placing a straightforward order. My friend even had to politely remind him that there was no need to be angry, yet his attitude didn’t improve. To make matters worse, I waited 40 minutes for my drink(after reminding that I hadn’t received it), even though the place wasn’t busy—it could have easily been handed over the counter. That being said, the Bento box was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the chicken sausage roll—it had an odd, almost soapy taste. Overall, a mixed experience. The food had some highlights, but the poor service really let it down. (Coventry Branch)

The food took over 2 hours to arrive! When we called to say we had been waiting an hour and a half there was no compensation or apology. They blamed JustEat but our just eat driver was waiting for over 45 minutes at the restaurant and was as annoyed as us! The food then was awful. Way too spicy and bad quality. We ordered 5 fortune cookies and got empty packets!!!! You could tell before opening so I recorded I video of me opening the packet. I have posted the screenshots from the video. A huge waste of our money and time!

The best halal Chinese in Coventry tried mostly all the boxes and never disappointed with any of the flavours the food is always freshly prepared 10/10 the manager Akbar and the entire staff has great custom values highly recommended

Very disappointed, as someone who's been ordering from here regularly; my most recent order was awful. The food arrived cold, there was bout 5 pieces of chicken in the box stuffed with noodles; where's the rest of the pieces gone? One of the boxes with caramel chicken and Manchurian chicken had this horrible coconut taste to it. The food was inedible, my money has gone to waste. There should be description of the topping clearly stating coconut flavour/taste becuase I would not haven chosen it then! I tried calling the store as soon as I received the food to complain but no one was answering, even after I tried a few times. I am not happy not at all and could not eat this food I paid for

King prawn chow ming probably worst one I had. Way too spicy, prawns mashed up and soggy, noodles overcooked.

The customer service is very good. Order was fast and it’s always perfect. I am a regular here and not stopping soon

Love their food tonight's visit was worth it Ordered my favourite noodles dish tried out their Wok fired need in a wrap an an extra with my main dish. Manager is always a very friendly guy And willing to answer questions at all time Psss keep up the good work 12/01/25 Oodles Coventry

I called them about my missing order and they never answered the phone. They said I was first in line. I waited 10 minutes it cut me off I called again after 10 minutes they cut me off again. I am never ordering from them again. It was 6 pm they close at 11 pm

Lovely oodles store in Coventry. Glad to see these guys expanding. Ordered the large box which consisted of spicy chips, veg noodles, prawns, Manchurian chicken and chilli chicken. Lovely combination all put together. Food was lovely and had the right amount of spices. Store itself is small in size and height is very restricted so, do be very careful. Best part is the prices are all the same at every store which is amazing. There is free parking after 6pm otherwise you can pay and park nearby.

Overall the food is good however I felt the amount of chicken was less in quantity. And, it would be really great if the box had different sections.

Delicious Halal food 😋and a wide variety of vegetarian meals. We got a Meal Deal 4 Two which was amazing. Also a regular box is enough for 2 people. Sas (one of the members of staff) was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Overall this is one of the best food places in this area.

I ordered the caramel chicken and kung pou combo. It was extremely dry and 6 pcs of chicken in total, it was shocking. My favorite food place in town, but this time it let me down. Having said this , I will still come back again as I love their food usually and I am hoping it was just a 1 off.

unprofessional and Rude staff. Kitchen staff were seen taking food back out of food boxes and putting it into the serving dish’s. My order was in A queue and I waited over 20 minutes, after watching the kitchen staff not being hygienic I decided to ask for refund this was declined.
