Disgusting cold food bad attitude from staff told to reheat rice and pork we always used to use never again. Plenty of other chinesess that would appreciate our custom as we are regulars not anymore

I booked a table via the website, 4days prior, I received the confirmation email however when we arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time the place was in darkness, they were closed! This cost us taxis and a friend who's birthday it was felt let down. Terrible, I will not be using them again!

said it was coming for 7pm originally then changed to 7.30pm

ordered two toasties, one all day breakfast and the other cheese and ham... what got delivered was a cheese and bean toastie and think a breakfast wrap 🙄

Visited this pub today for the first time in quite a long time as the food had become somewhat expensive. We were initially surprised to find a revised menu since our last visit, with prices much more competitive, so we decided to order lunch. We were somewhat dismayed however, when on asking to swap peas for baked beans on one fish and chip meal, we were told that “beans will be £1 extra”. Given that beans are already available as they do breakfast pretty much all day so don't have to open anything especially, and we weren’t adding an extra ingredient, merely swapping one for another, this appears pure profiteering. No pub we visit ever charges us extra when we make the same request with them. Rather than waste the peas we ordered the dish without them even though it was tempting to take the dish as it came and just leave them on the plate to be thrown away. The meals were adequate, befitting of the price, but weren’t the greatest; the chips on my meal in particular looked like the bits left at the bottom of the pack, with few measuring more than 1" in length. But with such a petty attitude we probably won’t visit again any time soon.

The service in here was great and so friendly. The food was OK. We used to come when it was Dilshad for the Indian curries. But we wanted to try Nepalese food and it was OK. Not the best food I've had and was left a little disappointed. But I absolutely loved the service. The staff were amazing.

Where do I start with how outrageous this food was we had delivered, it was cold and soggy ,picked up my taco 🌮 for the inside to drop straight out of the taco on to the floor, because they was very soggy they missed half of our order , when I phoned to explain how awful the food was and things missing I was told the delivery driver had gone home and I could have 5 pound of my next order which I replied I’ve just thrown away my cold stale food I really won’t be ordering again 30 pound well and truely wasted money don’t ever order from there waste of money

Took 2 hours to arrive and the food was cold and bland.

Left me waiting 2 hours lat night and didn’t even bother to bring my food . No phone call or nothing !! Sat up until 12.30 for it to arrive !!

Brilliant food yet again. Good prices, beef fried rice really large and free prawn crackers again on what was only a small delivery order (£18). The meat is always good quality and well cooked (tender) and the fried rice is exactly as it should be. It reminds me of Chinese takeaways years ago, they really do make the effort to provide good food.

I have been a long standing customer here but wont be after tonight. Ordered a duck curry without mushrooms and duck in plum sauce. The curry came with mushrooms and the duck came with no sauce. Contacted the restaurant and had awful customer service. They accused us of lying, saying they sent the sauce and that we never asked for the curry without mushrooms (i know i did because we have a mushrooms allergy). Got cut off the phone twice with them when trying to discuss the order. Awful service!

Food was quite nice . Service terrible. Young girl. No smile nothing. Asked for sugar for drink. She threw 2 sachets at us and muttered 'here!'. No stirrers. Nobody to ask. Store nearly empty - not surprised 😑. No atmosphere and cold . Stirred coffee with a chip!

Appalling service. Forgotten chicken selects. Cold chips. Split drink dripping out of bag. Never again.

Went to see a band. Band were cancelled as they couldn't afford to pay them. 2 people on a Saturday night. Band have a following. No wonder pubs are closing down with people like that running them
