said it was coming for 7pm originally then changed to 7.30pm

slightly cold but everything was there

Everything was very cold. Obviously made a while ago and just left to go cold. Also missing half of a muffin !!! Dreadful customer service. Will NEVER order from again

As you would expect from McDonald's, food and service very good. And for 10 am, not exceptionally busy and a nice atmosphere not too loud. Rugeley McDonald's very good.

order was correct and food came on time, no spillages etc however the food was cold upon arrival so had to be reheated which was disappointing as we didn’t wait long for delivery

Everything about this order was wrong and freezing cold, it took 45 minutes to arrive despite originally taking 10-15, and I was offered a £2 refund for an £11 order, I think I deserve a full refund as the food was not even edible by time it arrived, what an absolute joke this place is

It's been a while since we had a macdonalds meal, Just fancied one tonight, service was quick and seemed professional the whole place was very busy, I ordered & collected at Rugeley Macdonalds, Raced home so it would still be hot, But it was all stone cold and compared to previous it was no where near the standard or size it used to be, Very Poor, And the cost has sky rocketed too, I doubt we will bother to go again as it really was disappointing, So sad as we have always enjoyed our meals previosly

Driver was quite rude as I couldn't find the order code and I tried giving him my phone number but said it was wrong.i suffer with severe mental health anxiety this didn't help me.

Lids weren't on the drinks properly so they'd spilled in the bag, sauces were missing even though we were charged for them, and straws weren't sent.

the expect delivery time kept changing. Beginning at 12.45 you o 1.05 arrived 1.13. But food had me obviously waited around and was stone cold. Would not use this service again.

Almost an hour late and was freezing cold and missing items. Again. I returned food to restaurant to be told "tough, not our problem, take it up- with Uber..." so basically admitting they couldn't even be bothered to even confirm delivery company.

To start the driver has such a bad attitude when I made a query and was rude. The food when it arrived was of very poor standard, all squashed, falling apart and it was very cold!! Extremely disappointing

I am sorry to say that the service I am receiving from just eat recently is appalling. Every time an order comes especially from McDonald's is all stone cold, and considering the cost of the food this isn't right. Then all you over is a minimal amount for a refund considering the cost of the overall order. Maybe the communication between restaurant and courier should be improved and only do the orders when courier is actually at the restaurant as cold food and drink isn't pleasant.

Only two out of the three drinks came, happy meal looked like it was thrown together, mccrispy looked like the person who made it couldn't be arsed.

Never ordering again. Whenever we order from McDonald’s there are always items missing or stone cold. I ordered a large mcplant meal and they only sent fries and a drink 🤷🏼‍♀️ what is the point? You can’t order and complain and no one you can talk to in the restaurant. You pay a delivery and service charge which you don’t get back when you have ordered a full meal and then end up cooking and waiting longer for food anyway so might aswel not of ordered.

I recently visited the McDonald’s in Rugeley, and I had a disappointing experience with one of the shift managers. I felt ignored and disrespected during my interaction. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but that wasn’t the case here. The shift manager not only disregarded me but also made me feel unwelcome, which is unacceptable. I hope McDonald’s addresses this issue and provides training to ensure all staff members treat customers fairly and respectfully. This experience has left a negative impression on me, and I hope the company takes it seriously to prevent it from happening again.
