Great place for a quick order to takeaway for the grandchildren

Food cold and old fit for the bin as thats were it went so ill never be going again as abysmal

Enjoyed our meals. Was a bit busy but nice outlook while eating.

order missing 2 mcflurry, I don't even know how you forget 2 to be honest, pathetic

Why is my food always cold. I will not be using this service again. I’m a totally fed up with it. It’s not even cheap.

Drinks spilled in bag got oasis everywhere all over my kitchen floor

Food was totally inedible it was that cold it had gone stale. went straight in the bin. there was no sauce again with the mcnuggets either. seriously need new staff. ones that can follow orders when they come in. absolutely no need for it. I honestly think they do it on purpose.

Food did not arrive after 2 hours - delivery driver turned up and said issue with Just Eat and they weren't speaking to him. Just eat said they had spoken to him. I have requested refund.

Delivery never turned up, I didn’t receive a phone call asking for directions either. Order was cleared as delivered yet I received nothing. This is the second time this has happened

took a long time to be delivered, food cold and dips missing. every order I've placed from McDonald's Rugeley via just eat has an issue

Stayed in premier inn and used the app to place order at 10.30.walked over to find door locked so myself and my 5 year old son had to walk though the drive though to be told it should be open so the girl shouted down to a boy who got one of the delivery drivers to open the door.Waiting for order that had been paid for a women comes out and says no ice cream avail can have a cookie,so I paid 1.69 for a cookie I didn't want and went in bin when I should of had a refund.the app showed it all avail when I placed order.Hppefully won't have to return here again .And the same happened while I am here again in the premier inn.10.30 main door closed and floor being cleaned but can't get in and app keeps saying item not avail when showes all avail.One bad place when it says closes at midnight.

One bag was ripped on side drinks had spilt in bag , food was not very hot , chips were cold and brownie was missing was really looking forward to trying new Philly burger aswell

Delivery time got pushed bk from 19:15 and eventually turned up at 19:36 food was absolutely freezing was disgusting.

Orders are constantly wrong. I'm not sure if the staff struggle to read the order or have trouble lifting it into the bag but if you order for delivery there is a very good chance you will not get what you paid for

Arrived cold and half my order missing

The complete order came wrong wont be ordering off just eat again

The delivery driver arrived at the restaurant within 5 minutes was kept waiting for 20 mins for food and a further 20 minutes for drinks. This problem was entirely the fault of restaurant and not the delivery driver.

All the drinks spilled on the journey to my house and the food was cold. The drinks order was also completely wrong. The delivery driver was very apologetic and it wasn't his fault - staff don't package the food well, especially drinks.

The order was stone cold! It had obviously been sitting prepared while waiting for a driver to be assigned. Over an hour since I ordered before it came! Just eat kept pushing back the delivery time. But the food was not freshly cooked for such delay!

Again didn’t get the full order. Just Eat have refunded for the drinks that weren’t included but what’s the staff doing not checking the order before it leaves the store

They sent me small chicken nuggets instead of large one too!!

All cold, waited over an hour, its almost lunch and the coffee had spilt all through the bag so no coffee

Took over one hour and when arrived the Drinks were empty had leaked in the bag, Damaging food all wet and un-edible cost £15;and went straight into the bin. Photos taken of the bag and mess. Refund my account at the very earliest opportunity!

The food was freezing cold and the fries were everywhere including the mc plant and double Big Mac where just ridiculous the mc plants top bun wasn’t even on the burger and the Big Mac had a piece of meat off in the bag . I suggest you give me my money back this is not exceptable I hope you sort this issue or you will be losing 5 customers who order 2 times a week I hope I will not have to do this again if it does I will be coming to the restaurant and getting my full order re done WARM !!!!!!!

From 5 stars to 1. We waited 30 mins for 4 ice-creams , then when we finally got them, they were melted. The Uber facility has destroyed this once super service.

It says 4 bites on the little bag but there are only 3 inside the bag . Someone needs to learn to how to count !!!
