From 5 stars to 1. We waited 30 mins for 4 ice-creams , then when we finally got them, they were melted. The Uber facility has destroyed this once super service.

How hard is it to make sure all the food I’ve PAID for is in the bag BEFORE you send it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is becoming a regular occurrence…

It says 4 bites on the little bag but there are only 3 inside the bag . Someone needs to learn to how to count !!!

Food was awful, up there with the worst take away I have ever had, cardboard container for the burger had gotten that wet from the amount of ketchup they had put on the burger, which then the box had disintegrated into my burger which made it inedible. delivery was fine just late and driver was polite.

All my food was cold the hash browns were kinda warm and my coffee was split on the bag and it was ice cold as soon as I got it out of the bag to drink

original delivery was in 15 mins actually 45 mins

My milkshake and McFlurry was melted and my food was cold

Every time I order from the McDonald’s they somehow always forget the sauces that I order and the chips are always cold what’s the point in ordering a chicken share box and not sending the sauces it’s not a difficult task you literally just have time read

Went to my local McDonald’s to get some McFlurrys for me and the mrs. Waited ages to be served at the speaker then I got to window one and this is where it all went downhill. A lad called Leighton was too busy having a laugh with his mate and flicking cloths at each other rather and serving me. He looked at me multiple times and could see I was waiting but was more concerned about his conversation and having a laugh. I understand he’s a young lad but it was rude and unprofessional. When he eventually did open the window, he didn’t say a word to myself and just shoved the card machine in my face. He was still having his conversation and openly swearing in front of me. When I eventually got away from him after about 5 minutes I got to window 2. Girl in window two was very professional and apologised for the wait. I was absolutely disgusted with the behaviour and attitude of Leighton.

Arrived to an empty drive thru. Placed order. Not many people about but lots were waiting for food. We ordered basics cheeseburger. Still had a wait. Way too many food delivery cars double parked on double yellow lines . Extremely dangerous. Been asked to review again We ordered through the app. No cars were waiting. Order took a while. Order was correct this time and actually warmer than usual.

Delivered completely the wrong food compared to the order. Wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you have no other choice.

Again items missing… This has happened several times now whenever I’ve put a larger order through, item/items will be missing..

Got our order wrong, only realised once we got home so obviously being hungry we ate the food. We decided to call up, told them we ate the nuggets due to being hungry, they told us to pop down and they could get it sorted for us and provide us with the chicken selects instead as there’s a jump in price between nuggets and chicken selects. We drove back down and on arrival they refused to help once taking our receipt, they shut the window on us and never even offered us the 4 pound refund. We’re not ones to complain and it’s quite sad that I’m writing this in a Saturday afternoon but the communication between staff is so poor. Upon arrival the manager was unhelpful and the staff were not bothered either, completely wasted our time.

We ordered McFlurry ice creams with our food, they were defrosted to the state of being liquid and unbeatable. Surely when sending ices, they should be kept away from the hot food

After waiting for ages watching the staff get the just eat etc food ready instead of the customers that actually made the effort to go there, they didn’t give us one of the main burgers ordered and paid for which is to late when you have driven all the way home.

Delivery was bang on. Fries were cold and drink was flat. The courier brought it straight here (I watched in real time) so wasn't them.

Very poor service & rude staff, disappointed. We ordered 2 x 20 chicken nuggets for the kids & they delivered only 1. When we asked for another box they said we have to pay for it again yet they gave the driver 1 box & they tried to blame it to the driver. Then the lady who was on the phone dropped the line on us so we didn't get a refund or anything.

Fuming ,the order came cold,not even !! I have no microwave either so went in the bin.! The burgers came without onion and was mashed together ,burgers looked overdone . And to tip it all the large mcflurry didn't barely cover the bottom of the carton. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL THAT A MCDONALDS EMPLOYEE THOUGHT THUS WAS OK!! don't bother with any of the extras on a meal as they either don't bother to add them, or if you want to remove something they won't bother to do that either

If someone told you that this is the worst McDonalds in The World… you’d easily believe it the majority of staff, are either so demoralised, just don’t give a… have no common sense or have simply given up on life already even though still a teenager (or early 20s) i would love to know how the majority of team leaders/ shift managers have managed to achieve senior positions, i’ve never know such an ignorant rude bunch… the way they treat the delivery drivers is just disgusting… rude, ignorant and barely acknowledge the drivers people, if you’re food is cold/ takes 50 mins to arrive, it’s the restaurants fault not the driver… if you ever go inside you can often see a number of drivers waiting to collect, and often have to point out at staff that the order has just been dumped on the racks, would be so simple for someone to call out the order number or ask the drivers what order they’re waiting for never ever order from Uber, the food gets made straight away irrespective of whether there is an available driver, at least with Just Eat the food is prepared when the driver arrives, alas this still won’t prevent any lengthy time delays due to the sheer incompetence of the franchise whoever does own this franchise needs a great big kick up the arse to get it sorted

missing items again. it happens so often I'm starting to think management tell the staff to leave things out of delivery orders so they can make more money

18/5/2024 at 1830. How many times can you get an order for 2 people wrong - 3 times on this occasion, and when you go in store to inform and ask for your food that you actually ordered they ignore you while the rest of your food goes cold in your car. Too many of your staff are bimbling around, chatting with each other and not working.

Cold and the breaded muffins was stuck to the grease paper so lost half of it.

fries was cold, and half my order was missing had to go and collect it myself, McDonald's was helpful and replaced my fries and missing items

We ordered cheese on the mcChicken and didn’t receive it. What’s the point in paying for extra’s when you don’t receive them?! The last three times we have paid for dips and not received them! Chips weren’t cooked properly
