10/10 would recommend this takeaway to anyone! Has been my favourite for years and never once disappointed! Food is always hot, delicious and all round bang on!

Never again….. ordered at 6pm for delivery at 7pm. 7.15 called to be told it’s with the driver… 7.30 called again to be told … What Order!! So staff lied about it being with driver….. Then I was told the website was down even tho I had ordered through it, had email receipt and confirmation on their own website so another lie!! Then… oh we’ve got your order now… will be with you in half an hour or so…… No it won’t……. You lied to me …. I don’t do liars!! ……

Ordered through Just Eat, given a delivery time of 16.55. Still not arrived at 19.00. No answer when phoned them. Food never arrived, refund by Just Eat.

Uber order but takeaway say I didn't order 😡😡😡

Ordered and the food was ok, but less than an hour later everyone was being sick. Something not right with the food hygiene there at the moment.

Amazing food , lovely chunky chicken in the curry and the crispy chilli beef melted in my mouth , my go to Chinese now

Only giving 3 stars as tried here twice now and first meal which was chicken balls, chips, fried rice and curry was spot on, but second meal I had on a different occasion, which was chicken curry fried rice and chips didn't taste too good, plus had to go back as they forget my rice which I had to go back for and repay for as they said I hadn't paid for but I'm not gonna argue over food. I will try the 3rd time as this just may have been a blip.

Not been back since. Food is tasteless, we tried to order from heath Hayes and there the same company, again food is tasteless at both .

I love this place, most times delivery is early but every now and then delivery is slightly late, however the food is always hot and delivered by very friendly drivers! Highly recommend!

Amazing food and massive portions. Really enjoyed it, ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, curry sauce and salt and pepper chips! Definitely best Chinese I've had 😋

Disgusting value for money. Rip off. Pancake roll ? I asked for a large pancake roll. I was sent 2 small spring rolls which are different . I Cantonese chicken 1 rice 1 curry sauce it came to nearly £20. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered the managers special deep fried pubes salted shallow fried dogs bollox and crispy caged chihuahua it was still barking RSPCA confiscated it to take back to the lab.

Had a delivery today and I was really disappointed (normally really enjoy their food) but I ordered a special chow mein and although the noodles and veg were tasty there was no king prawns nor any meat whatsoever

Excellent service. Delivered in 40 minutes. Food well cooked, everything we ordered was there. One of the best Chinese takeaways we have had.

Absolute rip off, £7.60 for a small container of salt and pepper chicken. Rice was hard and just really disappointing.

Went in shop from work and ordered food for later delivery at 9pm The food follows 15 mins later 6.30 (not the first time) I said it’s not for now, they took it back, the driver took it back with a smile, I kinda knew, that same food was coming back ( not the first time) Sure enough it came, rock hard chips and the food had certain kinda a smell like it’s kept warm.. £16.20 you could of Least sent fresh chips sorry but no

Chips were absolutely disgusting. I asked for chicken curry with no onions and I still got onions. The was hardly any meat in the special curry. Only delivered one bag of chips when I ordered 2. Will not be ordering again.

Friendly welcome, menu with variety, great service from ladys on counter who took my order and held a conversation while I waited, food was handed over after 10 mins, and smelt amazing the whole way home. Food was absolutely delicious, my whole family enjoyed our meals and polished the very generous portions! Thankyou China dragon! We will be regulars!

Excessively slow delivery, like 2hours...thus chips cold, not even an apology from the delivery driver..

Worst place ever, just spoke to a young girl to chase my delivery that at time of ordering said 1 hour, now 2 hours later still nothing delivered. Her attitude stinks, rude and shouting over me. Want to complain and no manager ever attends, so what can I do. A charge back from my bank is in call for I think

Avoid Avoid Avoid when placing an order told 1hr took nearly 2.5hrs when we called to complain staff rude and condescending. Call my wife a liar said delivery times were approximate, I wonder if they have people stood around the shop for 2 hrs, food was cold greasy and inedible when it arrived. Will never order again.

Terrible customer service. Over an hour late and when we asked how long it would be, we were told I don't know, how ever long it takes.

Food was great And delivered on time twice… however the 3rd time we orderd it was over 30 minutes late, which wouldn’t of been a problem if the lady on the phone would of been apologetic and given us a new time instead of saying ‘however long it takes, I don’t drive.’ Little disappointed as the food was perfect.

If I could give no stars then I would. Worst Chinese I've ever had. Waited 2 and half hours. Got it. Chow mein smelt burnt and tasted burnt and bland. Swapped food with my partner. He had foo Yung..... Was horrible. All went in the bin. Waste of money

Petty and gross. They sent a completely different meat dish instead of a vegetarian choice on our just eat order. We politely complained and were refunded. However, on our next order they placed a piece of beef on top of the vegetarian dish as an FU so now I’m leaving them a review to show what immature pr*cks they are. Will not use again

Worst place going apparently plain noodles does come with veg but they don’t state this Either get the food wrong or don’t put items on your order then say you have to pay more

Ordered via Uber eats. Later than advertised, called them up for an update, got told are you sure you ordered? Yes I'm sure. Missing parts of my order called up to see where missing parts was. And heard the female I was talking to say 'this one is complaining about missing food'. Comes back on phone and asks if I'm sure its missing, we put it in. Well clearly they didn't. Eventually send me a my missing food, no apology or little extra just for inconvenience (I didn't want anything but customer service). Just put in my hand in a bag. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered this eve. Was given an expected delivery time for 7:10 - 7:20. Arrived at 6:50! Fantastic service. Food was plentiful and very tasty. Will definitely order again.

Absolute waste of time. Lied to me about getting my order by trying to say I set a scheduled time when it's clear on uber eats what time and also had an email to say delivery on the way. Spoke to me with a tone and expects me to be polite. Wouldn't give me a refund. How can a buisness have some bratty girl running the shop front. Oh and My order was cancelled even after waiting an hour.

Avoid at all costs! Ordered my food for 5pm 1 hour later it's still never arrived. Phoned multiple times and was told "it was with the driver", obviously a lie as it does not take over an hour to get to my address. They were very reluctant to give me my refund. Disgusting customer service.

Celebrated Grandsons birthday.We were given a specific area tables put together and all ready for when we arrived (big party).The restaurant is self service buffet style .Very Good range of food to select from something for everyone.Also good selection of sweets.Trays replenished all the time.Staff helpful.Prices reasonable. We had prebooked as larger party and went earlier in the night.It was extremely busy with some queuing though people did seem to get seated in a reasonable time.There is an area where younger children can sit and play.Would very much reccomend and will be visiting again. Also easy free parking by restaurant.

First time ordering from here. Can honestly say this is now my second local favourite. Chicken chow mein and chips were delicious and served hot. Curry Sauce was ok but not favourite. Will definitely order from here again.

Placed an order that didn't show for 3 and a half hours. We called after 2 and a half to be told our order was out for delivery. Called an hour later to be told our food hadn't even been cooked and we would be getting a refund. Unacceptable.

If it was possible to rate no stars I absolutely would. Food was over an hour late, so I called to cancel. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes while they tried to contact the driver. During this time I heard staff laughing at my frustration that I hadnt recieved my order and that was more than enough for me to leave this review and never order from China Dragon again. I can also add the rude nature of the 'managers' tone and lack of sincerity in her prompted apology to my review.

What amazing food hot every time delivery fast ordered in food was still hot when I got it .

Second time ordering and beautiful, I've been trying to find a good Chinese in Cannock since I moved here and I've found one. Asked them to call us when outside so the dog doesn't bark & they did just that. Salt & Pepper ribs 10/10. Will be my regular & will tell everyone I know about them in Cannock.

Food was late, 3 times this has happened here...ordered @ 6:30pm, arrived at 8:45pm stone cold by a rude delivery driver! Spoken to the manager and she said she didn't believe us, the only option was to take the food back to them for her to decide if it was cold enough for a partial refund! I queried what was she going to do with the food, she said microwave it for another customer. Absolutely appalling. Never ever eating from here again

Ordered at 6.45 through Just Eat, given a delivery time of 7.45. At 8.20 we still hadn't got our food so called the restaurant. After about 10 minutes we finally made contact and were told that the food was on the way and that they'd contact the driver to make us the next stop, no longer than five minutes. About 10 minutes later he arrived with the food and asked 'what's your problem?' and then accused me of 'giving me attitude' when all I had said was Thank you. Oddly enough it can't have been his fault because the food was still piping hot but I guess he'd been called and told to hurry by the restaurant. Food was good but nearly an hour late with a rude driver. Not going back there again.

I had a bad service once but gave them one more chance x i came home from a 11 hour shift at 7 o clock my son said I'll get you a take way x he ordered it at 7.15 and it has just arrived at 9,30 . Don't care weather it nice or not wont be useing them again id like to say minus 1.😣

Ordered on xmas eve through just eat, expected a wait. It said 1hour, 8.30pm delivery which was fine. 9pm comes and we check just eat and says its been delivered. Assuming it went to wrong house we call the restaurant and got no answer so requested a refund. We were heading to bed at about 10.15pm and a guy turns up with the food, I explain we no longer want it and have asked for refund and he leaves. Just eat now say it was delivered and kept the 20 odd pounds. Will not use either again.

First time ordering from this place today. I was really looking forward to having a chow mein tonight and my pork was very dry and my noodles had a really horrible taste to them, I didn't even have a full fork full and it is now in the microwave ready for the dogs dinner for tomorrow and that's how much money wasted now. I don't think I'm going back here again.

Very nice food but too many onions

Ordered from them at 8:12 its now 10:00, rang them up to see why they haven't arrived yet, said they are on the way and it's gonna be 20 minutes, I literally live about 5-10 minutes away, woman on the phone sounded like she didn't care. No apologies given, absolutely ridiculous.

Do not eat from here if you are vegetarian. We found beef in our mushroom chow mein and so we accepted a replacement when we called to complain only to find more beef in the replacement. They were very suspicious and adamant that it could not be possible and required the evidence to be sent back to them before they decided what to do. They agreed a refund but then we had to go through the rigmarole of requesting this through JustEat! I worry about people with allergies. For JustEat's part, they promised - very slowly via their chatbot - on Saturday to sort it. They have now only offered a refund of £5.90, despite us having the word of the takeaway that we would receive a full refund for the entire order we returned to them. We ate none of either our meals and are being treated shockingly by both the takeaway and JustEat. Beyond appalled.

Sweet and sour Cantonese chicken had such a strange taste so sugary , salt and pepper chips very oily

Just had a meal for my family everyone really enjoyed the food, one son even said best he has ever had. Enuff said thanks to all at the dragon 👌

Was really disappointed in the food the chow mein was a real let down the noodles texture was very slimy and tasteless and was unable to eat it

Food was dreadful. The BBQ sauce on the chips was an orange sticky gloopy tasteless substance. The BBQ duck didn't even taste of BBQ it was an oily gravy. Manager apologised and said it was a new chef, poor excuse poor food.

Where do I start first oh yes ordered our meal at 630 tonight at 740 no sign of the food so I rang and girl told me it left shop five mins ago. So why did a five min journey take 15 minutes and then meal order was wrong chips instead of rice so won't be using again

Don’t bother ordering on ‘Just Eat’ - you order, they say that it is on the way and then cancel for no reason?? As we were out we ordered through the just eat app (and paid by Apple Pay) for my son and his girlfriend, they are still waiting - yet no delivery!! Ordered from Mr Tangs - hopefully a better service!!

Ordered from these many times before for well over a year and would have rated them well at the time. However recently they've dropped massively in standards of food quality and getting the order right. My partner experienced disappointment with getting the wrong food but gave benefit of the doubt due to it being a weekend. We've ordered tonight and not only was it late, we didn't get the complimentary prawn crackers, one dish - which was allegedly satay - definitely wasn't, our 'yung chow mein' was actually special chow mein and the chefs had the audacity to lie to me about the dish as if I don't know Chinese food (I've worked in two Chinese takeaways) Saying it was Yung Chow despite the description in the menu saying different - and the fact that it was special chow mein... However the lady on the phone dealt with my complaint with quality customer service and she dealt with it the best she could despite the chefs causing a ruckus - which I could hear on the phone at the time. I won't be spending my money here again.

The first and second time using China Dragon we had fantastic service but having to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for our order and then it doesn't turn so I gave it 15 minutes then phoned the shop, they said it was on the way so 30 minutes later it still hadn't turned up so I phoned again they said it's on the way I asked when it left the shop they said when I last phoned so at this point I explained that the food had now been with the driver for over 30 minutes and that it would most likely be cold. The lady did apologise and explained that they was very busy and low on driver's. I said that it's not except able to be 55 minutes late and what I would like a refund, I did get my refund
