Always have a pizza from ginos they r just to taste I have not yet had a bad one good evertime I have one from ginos best in town

Used to order from these regularly but things seem to have changed I pay for extra toppings now and just receive bog standard on the last couple of orders I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Today evening me and my hubby went there for veg pizza and it was our first experience in Cannock . Great pizza, very tasty, really good crispy, among the most delicious pizzas I've tasted."

ordered a calzone but received a thin crust pizza 🍕

The food we received was good but it wasn’t 100% what we ordered, we should have had a 12inch calzone however what we received was a 9inch pizza. The nachos we ordered had no salsa or jalapeños on it just had the chicken, cheese and buffalo sauce, but overall what we did get was fresh and tasted good.

I am so fed up with the delivery driver. I have asked him politely to close my gates on the driveway and he just ignores me. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again

Don't order from this place unless you want to be ripped off !! Ordered an extra large family size pizza to be told it's 15 inch in size when I came to collect it it looked small despite the guy behind the counter saying that's the size of my pans 15 inch so I got out a tape measure out of my car and measured it it clearly was not 15 inch more like 14 inch in size. And clearly NOT deep pan as it looked DISGUSTING and thin and the crust edges rolled over on ends to make it look deep pan, more like regular crust . No way was I buying that, Total RIP OFF and a CON !!

Unfortunately the quality has gone down massively and also ripped off with the 2 for one offer so won't be going back, shame, used to be the best.

2 hour 35 minute wait food apparently made fresh after the delay and the only thing too arrive warm was the wings

Very poor delivery time for a Monday evening...less than a mile away from shop! Food was warm...not hot..

Still cannot get the driver to close the gates after him, what is wrong with the man.

Awful! Ordered a deal, if you can call it that! Chicken wings were not even cooked properly and inedible, pizza tasted horrible, undercooked and wasnt even cut up properly, garlic bread was raw. £4.00 delivery and i only live 1 mile away. Will never order from here again

It came and presentation was poor. All stick to grease proof so when I tried to pick up like a bite it just went to mush on paper Also tasted absolutely disgusting Me and partner ate 1 each out of 12. 🤢

Second time ordering a mixed box. Foord great although I'd change the brand of nuggets. They taste a bit fishy.

Ordered 3 pizzas, Not very hot, even they was overcooked.Mexican heatwave tasteless supposed to be 15" pizzas when arrived I thought they looked small so I measured them and they was only 13" 1/2 inches £50 wasted

Absolutely diabolical 2 and half hours after a 40 minute wait they missed the order then i gave to wait for a refund so had to order elsewhere a disgrace never again and the 1 star is only because i couldn't give the 0

lets much never disappoints with their food its never been anything but good. the only thing that i think this food needed was a bit more sauce on the base's of the pizzas but overall fantastic.

I never complain ever about anything I just get on with life but this needs to be addressed ordered the mix grill box but there was no chicken. Skewers when We phoned to complain we wee Dudley told we don’t do skewers anymore but just eat won’t take them off. I actually think this is false advertising I could request a full refund fir the item because that’s your only option on just eat but I had the crest so I didn’t all I would say us never again order that box you willl be disappointed and it isn’t the restaurant’s fault because just eat falsely advertise when he has told them. I am considering switching to Uber now because just eat allowed me an order knowing that it would have parts missing. My dinner is ruined thanks Just Eat

Ordered the mixed grill box & the items for it must of been not available, so they just sent whatever they had available. The items for us choosing the box in the first place, were not in the order. No call from the restaurant to ask if this was ok & no note on the delivery boxes to apologise. Not the first time this has happened. Last time we put it down to a one off mistake. But twice isn’t a mistake. Won’t bother ordering with them again.

Delivery driver very rude and impatient.

The Peri hot chicken wings were a bit undercooked and not spicy. The chilli cheese nuggets however were amazing! They sent Wedges in the meal instead of curly fries. I will give them another chance as the food was pretty tasty, but if they mess up again, I won't order there again.

To be honest I really have no idea what to say we had 3 pieces off chicken and 5 wings when it was meant to be 8 a hand full off chips and a missing nugget from the 6 nuggets deal not impressed what so ever the delivery was 25 minutes early aswel and at this point I was trying to get my little one to sleep if I were to rate it out off 10 it wouldn’t be anymore than a 3

Ordered a pizza for £27. Never turned up. Tried to call them and they put the call down and took the phone off the hook so no one could call.

The food very tasty. The pizza was lovely, the tomato base tasted good. Tasted fresh and arrived hot.

Spaghetti bolognaise.... REALLY NASTY, dried up hard Spaghetti, no sauce, just dried up tomatoes flavoured, gristley meat..... Just awful 😖

Ordered my food 2 hours ago. They have taken the money and no pizza has been delivered. Phone line has been constantly engaged for the last hour. Not happy at all!

I have ordered from Ginos for over 20 years. I am up to 249 loyalty points and over the past 6 months called them over 15 times asking how I redeem my loyalty points to be told “the manager will call you back”. I have never had a call !!! I have called in today to complain and was given a 01782 number for food hub to redeem my points. They informed me that I need to have at least 500 points to get £1 off an order. This means I need to spend at least £370 to get £1 off my next order. This is not mentioned on ginos website. When I do order it says “YOU HAVE EARNT ANOTHER 20+ POINTS, USE THESE ON YOUR NEXT ORDER”. This is false advertisement and not good enough GINOS !!! Looks like I will be stopping to domino’s round the corner

First time order. Was really pleased with the food when it turned up. My only small complaint would be the marinated olives. They were clearly the olives you would get in a jar for about a quid! And there were not marinated at all. We added garlic and chilli to them and some lemon oil and they were fantastic! The drinks were nice and cold and the delivery time was spot on. Thanks

Food was ok the cheesecake was frozen and tastless.

After 40 minutes late I rang up to ask what the situation was, when they replied they had delivered it which they had not at the time but promised us a dessert as compensation. When food finally arrived with questions about the food they gave us a drink instead of said dessert which just confused us! Food was tasty when arrived though so can't fault the flavour.

Paid and not get delivered my order!!! Not answering to the phone Not recommend!!!

I purchased 2 munch boxes. One veg munch box and the mixed grill box both with 4 dips and 2 cans. The food and drinks arrived on time but a I recived no dips. I phoned the restaurant and they apologised and said they would send out the dips which was great except from the fact they arrived 30 minutes after the food which rendered them obsolite. The food was delicious though.

Food was ok, chicken skewers were not very tasty, lasagna was ok, not premium, chips and cheese was stuck to wrapping, maybe try a different packaging method next time.

I had the chicken skewers, they were absolutely gorgeous. Quality peices of meat, perfectly cooked, still moist but lovely, crispy and slightly charred on the outside. Really friendly staff, they even gave me a free slice of chocolate cake, which was also gorgeous. Even the delivery driver was lovely. Definitely will be ordering from them again, on top of everything else, great prices.

Bought a pizza from here last night after a miserable feck of a day, have to say it was very nice all round will order the same pizza style again in the future 5 stars.

First time ordering from here. Food was cold and soggy. most of it got thrown away. It could have been because they were very busy, but I won't be ordering again.

Made my own pizza, thin crust is amazing and tomato purée on the pizza is amazing!😍

Portion sizes were great and the cookie dough was amazing, however we didn’t receive the drinks we requested with the order. Wedges were slightly underdone and I had paid extra for bacon with the chilli cheese nuggets and received none. Overall alright, but if I were to order again I’d probably only get the cookie dough.

Meh is how I feel about the food. Chicken skewers and mini fillets were nice, but only just warm. Chicken wings lots of skin and greasy. Not enough curly fries for 2. Cookie dough nice. Won't be using again

Will not be ordering again I order lasagne and bottle of coke I received lasagne and can of coke which was late but was willing to excuse as the weather was really bad I rang the restaurant about the coke and they said they will send a bottle out I waited 1hour and half for the coke my order was ment to be here at 815 finally received full oder at 10 50 and the lasagne wasnt very good hardly any meat and sauce just pasta

The meat lasagna might as well of been a meat free one. I could of got a better quality one down the supermarket and just heated up myself instead The chicken in the chicken mushroom pasta seemed to be frozen chicken strips
