The best restaurants in Cannock Chase West Midlands

Staff is very rude with delivery drivers. They must keep in mind that we are not there parents and we will not tolerate. Shame on McDonald training.

Very disappointed on our visit for dinner a simple thing like a soup for starter was cold on arrival waited around 10 minutes for a replacement .. the steak meal was plain they had ran out of mushrooms just a tomato and overcooked chips with a mildly warm steak no salad garnish or onion rings ... this was over priced for the basic mildly warm meal ... would not recommend unless you want to be disappointed

Food was cold, there was no sauces that I paid for.

Mayuri was amazing and welcoming. Went above and beyond.

i think this place has just completely given up. will not be ordering from here again

In particular, my drive through experience with Jamie was absolutely excellent. He had a great vibe and helped where he could and where he couldn’t, was able to clearly explain why and for some reason I felt ok about it. Again, great experience all around. Thanks BK Rugeley!

Thought we would have a coffee before shopping The smell coming from the toilets put us off (it was strong and not pleasant) only one of the tables that were empty was clean. We decided not to order anything and went elsewhere

Really bad service we waited with kids 1 hour service very slow realy bullshit they all are my kids crying over there e told them give to kids first no one listen ..to much bad can't go ....

Do I have to pay extra for sauce?? You buy in the dough, and use a pizza pan, probably don't event hand stretch them. So, how hard is it to follow a basic recipe? You spend money on a franchise to serve this crap?. The delivery driver was courteous and on time though, so that's a bonus. Do yourself a favour and check out Grazie Mille in Walsall. You won't be disappointed

Ordered from here for years. Except last night my order did not turn up, they have put it has, and now just eat won't refund me! The number doesn't work to call them either! 5pm I ordered its was supposed to come by 6pm never showed. I will not order from these again as now I've just lost £25

This restaurant is amazing! Best chinese in staffordshire! The food is amazing and always offers the best deals. If your craving a chinese, this place is one to come too. Couldn't speak higher of the place.

All kebabs come with salad & Rellish ?Really ?? So your driver is on his way with our salad & Relish 3 hrs later? It amazes me how it can go so wrong !!
