everytime i eat this pizza i get the $hits and its coming out my bum like a bullet from a gun i do not recommend for the weak. will not be ordering again i cant sit down.

Always loved Dominoes but the one we had from here tonight was disgusting! The pizza was dry with hardly any topings. It was asthough they had found a week old one out the back and stuck it in the microwave! Even the edges were curling! Dominoes is definitely not worth the money anymore, will never be ordering one again.

It'd domino's. Thr dame as everywhere else. Staff are ok. Not rude not chatty. The biggest issue is parking. Double yellow lines outside and 2 good sized car parks very close, both pay and display. Obviously usual expensive takeaway pizza price

apples, I eat pizza from Domino's and only here the cheese is missing I will order 1 pizza in the same way next week and if it still comes without cheese I will stop buying from you.

To many businesses not bothered about the quality of the food that people are paying good money for. Dominos are one. bad service overcooked or burnt food. Just like pizza hut for some reason must have been told to cut back on cheese. How can you not put enough cheese on a pizza. High prices poor service bad food shame on you Dominos.

Going down the pan used to be a decent pizza nowadays just ingredients thrown on a iceland cheese and tomato bace bring back half and half and quality disgusting prices for frozen pizza and aldi chips

Didn't get the pizza I ordered I clicked on create own. Added my toppings. Mt pizza arrived and it was basic cheese and tomato. I phoned up to complain to be told nothing they can do. What the point In having a box asked for special requirements if u don't look at it. £23 wasted will never order from there again

I accidentally ordered extra food, I called to say I didn’t want the extra, it was a mistake. The chap was lovely and said he’s take it off the order and refund the money. He didn’t. It all arrived and I was charged in full. Lost a customer.

Had a Medium Veggie Supreme which was just right shared between 2 people. The traditional crust was light and crispy and the toppings were well distributed across the pizza.

Had very bad experience,did oder online, collection time was 14 minutes but I went at store after 25 minutes,asked about order,staff member said took a couple of minutes I said no worries,I did 15-18 minutes more even I went there to collect it when my tracker said it's ready to collect, that's not matter,I worst thing was I got cold garlic bread,literally I was displeased ans thought why I waste my money,never recommended,I am disappointed from them staff service...........

I called dominos to order and the guy was very rude, had an attitude. Pizza came freezing cold, just looked like it had been slapped together and in my wedges box there was a FLY!!!!! When ringing back dominos to tell them I was offered a full refund straight away, still waiting a week later for it! When calling the restaurant no answer and I went into store and they just say nothings written down about this. WORST PLACE EVER

Staff spent a lot of time on their phone and didnt borher to serve me until I made a point of it.

Very bad experience here. Attempted to order food in the store on an advertised deal, however we were told we had to order online. After 15 minutes of negotiating there website, we were then told we had to set up an account related to a bank card. No staff were willing to help, and the lack of help and manners received was very poor. I definitely won't coming here again, would rather pay an extra couple of pounds and go to my independent takeaway. Not recommended.

Delivery driver didn't even try to find our house... even though we called twice to guide him and we've had deliveries from this location 2 previous times! Called the store back and spoke to the manager, GAVIN, who said he'd refund our money since the driver returned to the store stating 'the address doesn't exist!' Gavin said he'd refund back to PayPal immediately! It's been over 2 hours and the refund doesn't appear on my online account yet. So what gives? I called the Cannock location again to find out when the refund was to be completed, and Gavin hung up on me! Definitely didn't learn about positive customer service experiences... too bad.

Very bad wait for my food more than one hour not recommend sorry Sunday and the kids are still waiting for food they go late to bed🤨and food is cold not ordering any more from this shop very disappointed 😡😡😡😡

Contaminated pizza gave me food poisoning won't be ordering again

Ordered 2x Pizzas at 17:00, was told 20-30 min delivery time. At 18:00 called the shop to find out where the order was. Store claimed it had been despatched but couldn’t tell me when. My food finally arrived at 18:15 and it was stone cold. Won’t be ordering again.

If I cud give 0 stars I would order at 6.30pm for delivery estimate delivery time 7.30 pm still no food at 8 so called them no answer for 40 mins finally get an answer ask them were my food was and if there was a delay for them to tell me there was no order placed this order has to be accepted via the just eat machine so would have most definitely gone thru they offerd no help of finding out what had happend didn't really care and told me to take it up with just eat and that's all I could do angry is an understatement sat waiting and calling for ages not good enough will not be using g just eat or even ordering form this establishment again ....

Absolutely love the food, fast, friendly staff go beyond expectations to make sure enough ge that you need. Will be back soon .

Won't ever order any pizza again!! Took them two hours to get it delivered..and arrived cold as ice

So sad because it’s a hit and miss with this dominos. Last time I ordered it was perfect, this time both pizzas came cold, wedges were almost there and toppings are non existent. Also paid £5 for wedges and was hardly any in there. Got 50% refund which I’m happy with but not the point

Ordered off just eat! Unfortunately it said delivered when it had not arrived. I called up and they where happy to sort it out, and I received food half hour after phone call thank you x

Thought there was meant to be cheese on a pizza? Toppings not spread out evenly, bare patches, would be good if it were cut properly too. Not for the first time regretted ordering, learnt now. Order from Burntwood when at daughter's house, so much better, especially for the price charged nowadays.

Took ages to acknowledge me in the shop. Too busy talking amongst themselves. Then had to remake my order but didn't tell me so it took 15 minutes past when the screen said it was ready. Didn't communicate this to me. Shrugged it off why my order disappeared off the screen. Then when we got the pizzas home there were large areas with no toppings. Hardly any cheese. Slices ridiculously different sizes. Not impressed. Won't be hurrying back.

We ordered 3x pizzas for a family gathering. One pizza was just pepperoni for 4 young children (aged between 4 and 8). One of the pizzas didn’t arrive. I called and asked how soon they can deliver pizza and was told sorry no we will just refund. I explained we had promised children the pizza for dinner and we still required the pizza for them. He replied it would take 2 hours minimum. I said “no, sorry we still require the pizza we have 4 kids awaiting their dinner at 7:20pm” he replied “not my problem, we’re busy”. This is not acceptable customer service and not acceptable in any walk of life to say to a mother, your hungry children is not my problem. Disgraceful service and I would highly recommend people give this place a wide birth. The only blessing was a driver who said he has kids himself and offered to deliver the pizza as he knows it is not acceptable to treat people the way we were treated after spending almost £60.

Saw alot of 1 star reviews which I would agree with over last 2 or 3 years but last couple months iv had 3 or 4 n bin bang on must b a new pizza chef 👨‍🍳

I ordered 2 large pizzas for collection and when I got home realised one was a medium. I then called up the store for them to say the only way they could fix this was me taking it back in and getting a new pizza. I am appalled with this especially when I worked there and have seen then give refunds without the person taking the pizza back !!!!!!!

Expensive for that it is. Store is nice and clean plus it’s fun to watch the staff make the pizzas. But mediocre food at best. Oh and the pizzas aren’t always thoroughly sliced which is slightly annoying.

This place is real hit and miss, I guess it depends on who’s cooking that day. Delivery is usually pretty quick though, but orders can often be wrong. I wouldn’t even bother paying extra for double decadence as they don’t seem to even bother putting in the cheese layer. Not sure why I keep on ordering from them to be honest.

Ordered a small size meateor pizza and rang immediately after placing the order online to ask if the order could be changed to the small home alone deal. All that was needed would be a portion of garlic bread and a drink. Was told the pizza had already gone in the oven and therefore the garlic bread couldn’t be added to create the deal. Having tracked the order online, it was an hour before the pizza left the store for delivery. It was clear that the pizza had never gone straight into the oven, as claimed, but the staff did in fact have a major case of cba disorder.

Staff are a joke just seem like moody teenagers not helpful at all told me twice my food was on the way both half hour apart then told me they haven't even received my order when the payment had left my bank. Wouldn't waste your time with staff like that order from another branch.

Ordered online to collect in store. Great to be able to select your pick up time. No fuss or hassle. Still only a reduced menu. But doesn't effect service.

I've had a few pizzas and never had a problem till last week. Being on my own I find the cheapest deal for me is two personal pizzas and a 1.5lt bottle of Fanta, my last order they had only sent the 500ml bottle of pop, the driver said he could either take that back and bring me the 1.5 ltr bottle or he would arrange for a refund, I opted for the refund to save him having to come back, alas I never got it, also one of the pizzas was all dough and hardly any toppings, it's put me off ordering again.

I purchased an half cooked pizza tonight . I contacted the Cannock store and was offered a partial refund and I could still eat it , eat it come on they wasn’t even listening I should have drove back and asked one of the 8 staff if they’d like to eat it and I’m 90% sure no one would and I asked who wasquality check and was advised the manager , I have to say at that point I was stuck for words. She needs to relieve herself of her duties , that’s what I say . Better still no one apologised iether , I’ve attached a picture as proof and I’m going to await my reply , so watch this space , I may invite Facebook too

I wouldn’t recommend dominoes Cannock at all. My pizza came as if it was rushed and thrown together it was a mess. Have the slices didn’t have cheese or no sauce base. Toppings were pathetic as well. Advise you to get a pizza from Asda or Sainsbury’s and save your money! dont go here at all!!

Awful...dry pizza,crust was massive and chewy meat. Ended up in the bin and wasted ££. Wouldn't recommend.

Always enjoy the pizza but have noticed the last few times they seem to forget something off your order and also the toppings are getting less and less each time. For the price they charge this shouldn’t be an issue.

Staff member was very nervous struggled to take order over phone, went into store. Same staff served was still nervous, made a few errors, with order. Overall ok, found store very expensive.

Ordered our first Domino's pizza and first delivery, the cheeseburger topping was spot on, really enjoyed the pizza and delivery was just 5 mins late so no complaints there, we'll be back but not to often cos it was a touch expensive.

The toppings are getting less and less all the time. Ordered pizza today with sweetcorn and one piece of sweetcorn on the whole pizza.

Since the salt content has been lowered so have the taste of the pizzas. Each meat tastes the same nowadays.

Order came with incorrect items and inedible pizza! It took them three attempts and over two hours to finally get the order correct. Unfortunately I am unable to upload my photo as it is too large. Avoid!

Just a couple of pints over the road in the Newhall, brilliant and just fancied a pizza. To be honest I don’t have pizza very often so didn’t take too much notice when I ordered. I must be getting old but £11.99 for 6 slices seems far too expensive for an average pepperoni I did take it back only to be told that’s what I ordered and I fact I had a discount 😮 Wont be going back , sorry

When it first opened all those years ago it was one of the best pizza places around. Sadly the standards have fallen over the years and it now lacks the value and quality of other pizza eateries in Cannock. It's rare that when I order fir delivery that my pizza arrives very hot.

Manager Jade. Was appalling. Bad manners. Swearing at customers. Refusing to refund or exchange a item. Even though it was shops fault. Absolute disgrace if a so called manager!

Wow. Haven't had a domino's for a while. This place has gone WAY downhill.

We ordered the cheeseburger pizza and it came with no sauce on it which makes it the cheeseburger pizza.... without it its just a normal pizza. So we left it and ordered the same today but just checked it at the door and what a surprise.... no sauce again now waiting for delivery driver to take it bk and come back with it wont be ordering from here again. Useless

Very disappointing. Firstly had issues using the website to order. After ringing to place an order was told that they do not deliver to the address. Clearly untrue as we have had deliveries previously. Just could not be bothered to take our order.

Food delivered but forgot drinks....phoned up and they said they will deliver straight away...had to phone up an hour later and the drinks still hadn’t left the store.... this is what happens when you pay online...once they have your money they don’t care....piss poor

One star simple order and have got it wrong more than once now, people at the dominos seem to have a lack of training and a lack of management witch explains all the mistake that many people are having. Dominos pizza is nice pizza and taste the same no matter where you go so all you have to do is focus on product and customer satisfaction.

Waited an hour and 45 mins for a pizza this has happened more than once completely unacceptable. The worst part is if you phone them they said it's 5 mins away and arrives about 30 mins later. Will never use this dominoes again

The sirvece is awful we orded a pizza at 8 o'clock and by 9:45 we got a call from the driver which we missed so the driver decided to hed back which was fine but instead of just admitting that the driver (and the manager) decided to lie by saying that they have rung the doorbell and nocked the door but they have done nether because we were all siting in the front room and we didn't here the door once plus I know they where lying because they said that they rang the door bell even though we don't even have one.

Nearly 1hr 30minutes!!!!! Our pizza been in "quality control" for an hour so it's gotta be the best pizza I have ever tasted when it arrives......

Refused my order because they were "busy" ... What at an utter joke!

Absolutely abysmal service from here on the 30th September. We ordered online, waited an hour, called up and were told they hadn't made the pizzas yet. Waited a further 30 minutes, still no pizzas. Called up again to be told they had no drivers and there would be a further wait of an hour! We opted to collect, and we were told our Pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes (6 Pizzas and 3 Garlic Bread). We were given 3 boxes of cookies as a gesture of goodwill. We got to the store within 10 minutes, and were able to collect all the pizzas. 4 of which we realised were pretty cold. We got home and found that the pizzas were definitely NOT freshly baked since we called last, my wives pizza looked like it had been sat for at least an hour (completely congealed cheese). We called up and asked for a refund (apparently so did another 40 or so orders that night), and were told up to 5 working days for it to appear in our account. 12 days on, still no refund, and all we're getting is excuse after excuse to the whereabouts of it. We've raised with Domino complaints department...nothing so far. Annoyingly, our friends have all had their refunds processed...so, what the hell?!

When delivered I had £40 the bill came to £22 the driver said I have no change. So rang his manager at store came off the phone and said just give me £20 for the order so I did and said thank you. 1 hour later I have a voicemail off the store manager excusing me of theft over £2! Over 4-5 months I have spent £200--£300 pound lost customer!!!!!!

Pizza's lovely, delivery and service great. But the whole menu is a little expensive though, and the sides and deserts are very small.
