Came here yesterday what a disgrace buy a family bucket meal costing £24.99 and make you pay for dips as extra. Then forget half of order as usual. I would avoid this place.also staff smoke and vape outside the building

We went to order at the screen but we had concerns about an item not being on the kiosk, Jeevan came over and took our order at the till, giving us great customer service and a great experience. Food was great too.

Visited KFC last night as an after swimming treat for my daughter. The food was quick and really fresh! The lady who brought our food over was lovely and very engaging with our daughter didn't manage to catch her name unfortunately. We was then greated by Mayuri who asked if everything was ok with our meals, we've never been asked that before so was a pleasant surprise. She was very polite and helpful. Great service Hednesford KFC thank you!

Ordered via Uber eats. Meal arrived with items missing and the remaining meal looked like scraps. Surely it can't be difficult to count to 6! Meal was certainly not worth the money. Tried to claim back, but was impossible. Not impressed by the meal and service.

KFC has always been my go-to for a quick bite. I tried this location for the first time, ordering the Mighty Bucket for One and a small chicken popcorn. Service was top-notch, and the food was exactly what you'd expect—finger-licking good. Highly recommend!

The staff's attitude is not satisfactory. (Especially the staff took my order).Not a welcoming approach. Date 14.10.24 Time 18.30 Date 29.01.25 Time 18.15 When I requested the female employee who took my order for a paper plate after I had received my food, she told me to wait. I stood at the counter with my 7-year-old daughter for ten minutes to get a plate so we could eat, and she didn't even acknowledge us throughout that time. After 10 minutes she asked me "what I'm waiting for!?". I'm not sure why I consistently have negative experiences with this outlet.

The staff member on the drive through order intercom was extremely rude. There was clearly a problem with the speaker or the headphones because she kept either asking us what our order was or to speak up - my partner has a loud, deep voice and had to shout our order. She did not instruct us where to go to pay and collect - we used our instincts. The collection window looked closed initially, when she did appear, there was no apology or explanation for the rubbish intercom. Her customer service skills were shocking - no manners, just passed the drinks and food out and closed the window, no thanks or goodbye. Will be using another branch from now on

30 minutes wait ginger girl serving so rude,working at snails pace threw the food at us chips all over the bag like five guys

I went here on the 19th December 2024 and I placed my order while I was waiting for my food there was a argument between member of staff and a delivery driver well what can I say the lady was a manager and she was so rude to the driver the way she spoke was totally unacceptable I was shocked being a manager that is not setting good standards for the rest of the staff and especially when u got costumers in store she was totally wrong the way she was speaking to him and finally I got my food after 30mins wait

Finger lickin good! Visited KFC Hednesford while working in the area. From Huddersfield and by far better service and food than the KFC up here. Usually something is missing or cold in Huddersfield! Not the case here will definitely be calling again next time I’m in the area.

I watched my little nephew earlier eat a cup cake with icing and a party sausage he had put on top , and if I'm honest I'd of rather of had the same then the kfc I had delivered, I'm not one to write reviews but this was the worst I've every had in my 43 years.

Went here last night straight from work about 10,o clock no one in there ordered 2 buckets around 10 pound each the chap on the counter was nice enough now the food took about 60 seconds to come got home now that chicken what was is those bags must of been in that shop all day was dried up couldn't bite into it the chips were cold well when I say chips I mean the whole 8 what was in the bags ,20 pounds that cost me to go in the bin this is the 3rd time I've been here first time got orders wrong when I got hone, second time it took so long come I left it and had money back so last night finished for me I work hard for my money and expect decent food in return, this place needs a good manager to sort it or shut it down plz

I’m not surprised they have this on show on the front desk… however do not be fooled- I decided to sacrifice my free side or drink to leave bad feedback to warn other people to just drive to another KFC- don’t waste your time here, and I still got a free side even after leaving a ‘very dissatisfied’ review. Claim those sides! You’ll loose 2 stone waiting for your food! Waited over 10 minutes to be served at the counter, at no fault of the servers, who was Tayla, the poor girl was rushed off her feet sorting everything and anything by herself, which you could clearly see was overwhelming. Finally got served and then waited another 10 minutes before questioning where the food was.. after nobody knowing how long it would be I requested a refund, I had two kids over an hour away from home and just didn’t have the time. Mia the manager then came down and said it would be packed now… to which Tayla asked her if she’d pack it now for us, to which she did, but then they’d ran out of gravy…and if we wanted corn to decide quickly as they were running out of that too, there were three workers behind in the kitchen, at this point we’d be waiting over 20 mins total, another gentleman came in from the car park saying he’d been waiting 40odd minutes from ordering to then being told to park up.. Really feel sorry for the young worker Tayla, she was serving, packing food, making drinks and running food out! Only when several of us starting complaining did other workers including the manager come to help her! Just save your time, go somewhere else! I hope Tayla reads this review because girl you’re so clearly under appreciated and over stretched- you could run that place on your own and do a much better job.

Cold stale food half order is missing out of the meal. Bread buns are not as stated in the meal and stale. Didn't even change the meal, quite rude and ignorant. Basically it is the worst place I have been too, food is awful

Had a takeaway from here today we ended up chucking it all away. Wings looked like they had been cooked days before. Burger sauce made me sick tasted stale. Chips wasn't cooked to order.

Unfortunately i can't put 0 stars so 1 star it is. Experience was just awful, service was very slow waited 20 minutes for our order. Ordered from machine and 1 other customer walked in as we was ordering, apart from that there was no one else in. Prioritised the deliveries as about 6 came in and out but we was still waiting for food. Another customer came in in the meantime and they all walked out as they was fed up of waiting to be served and even acknowledged. Absolutely ridiculous! I would understand if it was busy but it was far from. Rice box was ready and sitting there for 10 minutes. Ordered a regular fries and there was barley a handful in the bag. Will not be ordering from this KFC again and will be using the orbital one from now on. Got a 'sorry for the wait' apology but that just felt forced. Disgusting service and awful experience.

Consistently the worst KFC, sadly it is our local and closest but they always miss part of your order, worth driving to the orbital. If you choose to eat-in you'll be ignored for 15 minutes if you want to pay at the desk as they prioritise drive through and Uber drivers. The app doesn't give you the option to complain that part of your order is missing AGAIN you have to call Uber. We ordered the BBQ boneless feast and received nothing BBQ related, no dips or BBQ chicken dips, so we paid £2 extra to the normal dipping box to be short changed. Really really poor and never seems to improve, if they are so consistently bad for our orders, it must be the same for others.

So slow to serve when you order. I have now been I. The drive through 15 mins after ordering, still waiting. On other orders they have been wrong or missing items. Very poor

Ordered 4 times in the last month and they didn’t get it even close to correct a single time. Last one was the last KFC I’ll be ordering from here - chips were uncooked, the chicken was cold, the gravy was inedible (cold, like water and flavourless) and they forgot the dips. Uber couldn’t help me, the KFC customer service team offered me £7 to make up for a £40+ order that was completely unfit for consumption and nothing else. Avoid this place like the plague, it’s ridiculously expensive for what it is and they seem incapable of getting an order correct no matter how simple it is.

I used to really rate this place but just lately the staff are getting worse once a month we have a 10 piece Wicked bucket which costs with all the extras we have about £28 I always asked if I could have thigh's in and I don't mind waiting but lately they tell me I've got to have what they give me,since when should anyone pay for what they don't like or want????? so twice now I've walked out and I refuse to go there again ....... I now use the orbital KFC which always accommodate what I want

Maybe 11 original species but don't taste the same as it use to. No taste to chicken seasoning anymore and gravy is just normal gravy. Why on earth change the seasoning?

Just called in on way home.. went through driveway.. ordered gravy megabox only to be informed there's no gravy.. ok fair enough.. just swap it for corn on the cob.. can't do that? Why not because they do every other kfc.. no we can't she says !! Thanks for nothing !!!.. so I go hungry because suddenly this branch don't do that anymore !! My crew mate had gravy megabox and they swapped the gravy for coleslaw for her lunch today !! Educate your staff !!!! Be consistent!!!!

After not being served for 20 minutes and being the only people waiting my kfc experience was as appalling as the staffs language when one of the members of staffs said the F word 3 times and the manager didn’t blink an eye lid. We was totally ignored after multiple members of staff eyeballed us and to top it off there was about 3 rats circling the building

Only giving 1 star because you can't give a 0... Had a 10pc bucket and it tasted like it was covered with chilli and very over cooked. The next day we were both sick. Second time we have had a bad meal, so won't be using them again.

Horrendous service. Ordered on the app, so paid in advance. Wait 20 minutes in a queue (2 cars in front) to be told no krushems. No problem at all, so asked for refund for the drink. Wait another 10 minutes to be asked if I want a refund, and I say yes but would also like the food I've been waiting for. The lady said says "oh we haven't done your food, I got told you wanted a refund for everything". I said I didn't want to wait any longer and a full refund is needed. It's getting worse - constant issues with servers and orders are continually wrong.

Quick easy to order and piping hot food ,this particular restaurant is always a little quieter than most 🙂

Visited there a few times in the evening around 8pm very quiet only a few people there . Food was spot on no issues The chicken was delicious gravy and mash potatoes were spot on staff were friendly and store was clean .
