Friendly driver. Staff were helpful when I called for an update on ETA. Food was good.

Donner meal arrived with no donner meat.

Where to start honestly? I ordered 3 samosas, fine but poor presentation to be honest, looked unappetising.. then I had a can of coke which they sent Pepsi, okay no problems then I have a Ben and jerrys and ask for any of 5 flavours and they send me a vegan??? Version haha and the chocolate cake isn’t chocolate cake it’s gateau but again not a huge problem

Ordered at 9.25 and it's now 11.37 and still not received our food

After 2 hours of waiting my order still hasn't arrived. After calling the restaurant I was told the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago, 50 minutes later my order still hadn't arrived. Shocking service.

Our food took over two hours to arrive- it stated 45 mins- this is absolutely ridiculous still not arrived 2:15 hours later and they keep saying it’s coming. So the food arrived, saddest looking kebab I’ve ever seen- not a lettuce leaf in sight- chips were icy!!! Cheese- solid, pizza like Sylvester Stallone- would have been amazing at its peak but well past it’s best. Hottest item were the mushrooms and the Pepsi- yep that had been kept in the ‘hot bag’ so was now also room temperature! Honestly this was our first time ordering a ‘just eat’ at the ripe age of 38, and now also the last. Highlight of the meal (made me giggle at 10:47pm)…. The pizza was square! Totally would not recommend this place, sorry guys but shocking

Order arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering. After the long wait order arrived missing drinks. However was refunded for drinks

Probably would of been better if it was hot shame really as it did taste good. delivered 15mins past the last delivery time giving over a hour waiting time from the Suggested 30-45mins. 12min drive took 25mins after it said it was out for delivery so unfortunately wasn’t exactly hot when it arrived

Delivery time & service was great. Unfortunately the free can of pop was missing, as was salad on the kebab and the chicken was so overcooked it actually clattered on the plate. I couldn't get hardly any edible meat off the chicken at all . Disappointed, and won't use again.

Will never order from here again.

Some of the worst tasting food I have ever had!! Cold food, fries were like cardboard, doner meat tasted as though it was cooked days ago and reheated. Really disgusting food - will not order from here again!

Despite putting hotel room and contact number delivery was left at reception unannounced. Was completely cold and barely edible by the time we received it. Very disappointed.

I waited 2 hours for a pizza and chips… I had to ring multiple times. Usually I never have issues with this place and I’ve never write a complaint but this was absolutely ridiculous. The food wasn’t even that grand by the time it turned up either. I became too tired to even want to eat it.

After waiting for over 1 hour they missed a portion of chips (which were cold) and the pepperoni pizza was cold, when it was delivered I questioned about the full order....then when the delivery driver got back they rung to see if I still wanted the chips...I said yes please, but also mentioned about the cold food... i was told it was fresh...it definitely wasn't...when the late portion of chips arrived (28 mins) after the phone call the delivery driver just slammed the chips in my hand.. I said thankyou for your customer service....he just laughed...I won't ever use this takeaway again !!!!!!!!

2 Hours late and counting. Who wants their food 2 hrs later than they order. What use is that to anyone.

Understandably they were busy, food was a little bit late because of this which is no issue in the grand scheme of things, but when the food arrived the pizza toppings and crust were burnt, when the driver delivered he said that a new batch of Dough had to be made to make my order which is appreciated but due to being burnt it wasn’t all that enjoyable. Not saying I wouldn’t order from there again as I’ve had previous orders that have been amazing, this was a one off I’m assuming.

Ordered food at 8:15pm didnt get it untill 22:20pm and when it came it was cold,tasted like it came out iceland freezer section and chips were burnt.

Really disappointed with this restaurant. Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to deliver from time of order and an hour late. When called they said it would be 5 minutes and was another 35 minutes. Food was very small portions for price. Warm and not hot. Chicken was very dry and over cooked. No offer of money off for delay. First time using this take away and last.

Called to tell me they didn't have my veggie burger so offered me veg samosas instead. When they arrived it was 3 mini samosas in a tray. Nowhere near as filling as a burger! Considering that was my meal was not happy! Also cheesy chips came with barely any cheese on them. Very disappointed and won't be ordering again.

Blood in food. as well as dessert was still froze.

Finally found a kebab that I enjoy in Rugeley!!

Half an hour late with no apology and the food was as dry as the dessert and stone cold ☹️ completely unsatisfied won’t be ordering again..

Food was late, was told there was something free from the menu included as an apology, nothing extra was delivered and no way of questioning it.

Only small thing. Chicken was different to normal on bbq chicken pizza. Was still nice just not quite as nice as normal one. Thank You as always great service and great food

Took well over an hour to arrive. Arrived cold. Chicken wrap £3.80 for literally 2 chicken goujons & a wrap. Wrong drinks. Restaurant not interested. Don't bother.

Called after delivery time to be told they were just putting chips in the bag. Should be delivered in 10 mins, 15 mins later... No sign, called again to be told 5 mins, 10 mins later driver calls to see where I am... Full instructions left when order placed... Food arrived over 90 mins after order placed

Food still hasn’t arrived. I rang the shop and they said he left at 8:15 it’s now 8:40 and it only takes 15 minutes to get here. Not sure what’s happened but I do hope my food arrives soon.

Never turned up. I'm with a friend need to go home back to Woodville Derbyshire. Ordered food because I felt unwell. Now I just have an acid gut. Cheers

Ordered 2 standard pizzas at 8.15pm. Didn't arrive till 10.20pm. Was told problem with petrol/delivery drivers but only when I instigated contact. Though from other reviews it's clear this is a regular problem. Staff should have temporarily changed orders to collection only. Or called and apologised asking us if we would like to collect or explaining how late it would be. Perhaps throwing in a bag of chips or something extra as a gesture of goodwill. It was our first time ordering here and sadly we won't be again. Suggest management work out better solutions for dealing with busy delivery nights.

Asked for salad, no salad, food late

No salad or sauce with the kabab, just given meat and bread. Delivery was over 30mins late.

food was hot, ordered at 19:55, said it would arrive 20:35-20:55, arrived at 21:35. Rang up to check, said it had only just left the store at 21:24, when i'd received a text to say it was on the way at 20:45, didn't seem to care in the slightest.

Order was late spoken to the restaurant attitude was terrible same from the driver. I will speak to my friends and family not to use this restaurant ever

Doner meat looked quite pink and the fries was quite dry and hard. No salad or sauces put on any of the food and also missing a bottle of pop.

Food was good but the main problem with ordering is that you can’t add salad to the kebabs so basically it comes as a dry kebab. Different sauces would be a good idea too.

My food was late so I messaged you for info and was given another time by yourselves and the delivery was 15 minutes late that time too. I wasn’t informed by yourself or restaurant about delay

Food was over an hour late. Chips were wet and soggy, kebab meat was so dry, shish was over cooked, waste of my money and waste of my time waiting for that rubbish to arrive, never again.

Food still hasn’t arrived after I rang twice. They claimed the driver had left around about 6:10 it takes 10 minutes to get to where I live and yet he only just turned up at 6:50.

Food arrived late, both of us asked for salad and sauce on the burgers but they came dry as a bone. We also both asked for chocolate cake and a tub of phish food ice cream, we recieved one chocolate cake a strawberry cheesecake and a cookie dough ice cream.

Food arrived half an hour late! Naan was doughy no salad in the mixed Kebabs & chicken wasn't the best. Won't be ordering from here again!

- Driver couldn’t find my address - Restaurant didn’t call - Waited 45 minutes and cancelled the order - Just eat offered 50% refund. Won’t use this restaurant and certainly won’t order using just eat again. VERY POOR SERVICE

Brilliant food but same issues with free bottle of pop they promise, driver error or not that is 5 times in a row.

Not very good at all ... kebab was literally just a bit of meat and pitta 🙁 cheesy chips were just plain chips and all in all very disappointing
