Love Pizza Hut I find it difficult to decide whether to have deep pan or thin and crispy. I needn’t worry as they are both excellent choices.

I got a coffee frappe with hazelnut syrup and it was the worst thing I have ever tasted. It tasted as though the milk used had gone off and left it gross lingering after taste. I’m usually a fan Costa, however this drink is not it.

Went to the Chinese for a takeaway and they didn't close the container properly and the food was everywhere and rang up and they hung up the phone

Busy Costa on a Saturday morning. Female staff member more intent on getting your order processed and moving you on. Failed to clarify what was available in the offer we asked about and did not give us the chance to change, rushed us at every point, didn't like being questioned, looked unhappy when we checked on the piece of cake she had bagged up, then wrong toasties brought over to us. She was just not bothered about any care for customers in what she was doing, purely getting there queue down ASAP as if it was an inconvenience. Won't be returning

Hadn't seen my friend for a few months as she hadn't been very well so decided we'd go for a coffee. Upon arriving we were greeted ever so nicely by girl with glasses who was clearing some tables. We had ordered 2 lattes, a cheese and tomato toastie alongside 2 slices of carrot cake. Although the price shocked me at first due to how expensive it was, the lattes and cake were delicious, it was just a shame that the same couldn't be said about the toastie that didn't arrive for over 15 minutes. I approached a staff member (who i was later told was the manager) regarding the waiting time for the toastie, she looked at me with a face that looked fed up and miserable and rolled her eyes at me when i had told her how long i had been waiting. She then shouted across to someone to put a toastie in for me and continued to shout at other staff members. Every other staff member was so very nice, just disappointed with the lack of respect shown by the manager, it's no way for anyone to behave when were spending money let alone a manager. I received an apology on behalf of the manager from the young girl who came over to the table with my toastie and 2 free coffee vouchers for next time, which im unsure as to whether or not i shall be returning.

It's awful. Says award winning but I'd love to know what award. The food was plain pasta with Carbonara flavoured water on it. Truly one of the worst things I've eaten since I fell face first in the cow pat!!!

We arrived with a voucher for 2 drinks. The place is very small, around 3 tables and a bar I think. It took a while to get our order taken although there was only one other table; this was fair enough as everything is freshly made to order. When our order was taken, the woman (older lady) didnt seem to have much knowledge of the menu, didnt know what brands were eg) if Crispy roll was Nestle/ Flake was Cadburys etc. We ordered and a little while later we was told things were out of stock, eg chocolate seashells & the flake. We reordered. I beleive a music license costs money but I think it would improve the place a little, there was no atmosphere except for when the milkshakes were being made and the blender was blaring away. My friend got her drink first, and I got mine a while after. The chocolate wasnt blended properly, it was all at the bottom. I have to be brutally honest and if we'd of paid full price for the items we wouldn't have been very happy, but considering we had a voucher they was okay. I hope that maybe we caught it on a bad day, because it has so much potential. However on a positive note, the decor inside is really beautiful. There is balloons hanging from the ceiling which are unusual but stunning, and they have the most beautiful rose wall.

The crispy shredded beef and chicken were overcooked. The rest of the order was fine.

Really nice pizza place. Ordered 3xl pizzas & they was spot on! Really friendly staff and was cooked in a reasonable time. Highly recommend Thank you

Bad light lunch. Kept us waiting 1/2 after ordering due to uber order no one told us this was going to cause a delay. Offered Free coffee as apology. Food very quickly cooked and not enjoyable . Other table the same low quality of food.
